My husband made my appointment but when I got there I noticed that he made my appointment at a different Goodyear. Everyone there was welcoming and really helpful and they squeezed me in for a nail in two of my tires. It was an awful rainy day and they even brought my car out right to the door. These guys know what they are doing and would highly recommend this shop. David and Darren are amazing as well as all the mechanics there. Thank you!!

I made an appointment for an oil change. I got there when they first opened and the manager let me know they were short handed (call outs, running late) and it would be a wait, which was cool because I wasn t in a hurry and brought my laptop with me to work. He kept me updated with when other techs were on the way and when they got there. Overall the wait didn t end up being that long and the manager kept great communication of what was going on. I got my oil change done with no issues and was on my way. I'd take my car back again

Was able to be seen relatively quickly on a Saturday morning with no appointment but did have to wait. Was back on the road with a new tire for a decent price. While not my normal tire dealer, my experience was positive and I would use them again.

I have been coming to this Goodyear for a number of years and I must say they are top tier!!! The customer service is great and the work that is done on my car is outstanding every time!!! Darren, in particular has gone above and beyond every time to make sure my vehicle was serviced promptly and in the correct condition!!! Thank you Goodyear!!!!

My go to place. Operator Aram Cruz Martinez provides excellent customer service. He thoroughly reviews the repairs with me and recaps services when I come to pick up. Very reliable crew and they call/text when carvis ready. Highly recommend this location.

You made an appointment but when you get here they tell you that you have to wait 30mins due to there only being one tech. That's something that should be told to you. Certain appointments may only require 30mins. The bald black guy that my reaction to not waiting to wait was funny... First and last time here.

Mr.Brown was kind, courteous and knowledgeable about what I needed for my vehicle to get back on the road. He went above and beyond and even recommended other services without being pushy. I will definitely return to this location and recommend it to others.

Hats off to Great Customer Service from Store Manager, Darren Brown!!!! Mr. Brown has always provided a professional, courteous and attentive customer service experience each time I ve had my car serviced at this location. His staff has also never disappointed!!! I recall a time in the past when I shared with Mr. Brown during a service visit that another mechanic told me I needed new breaks and rotors. I was pleasantly informed that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the breaks or rotors. Two years LATER I am just now needing the brakes and rotors replaced. INTEGRITY is a character trait that I appreciate the most and what keeps me coming back!! Thanks for all you do Mr. Brown!

I wanted the discount for a set of my tires and the shop that could do it earliest was this one. I typically go to the one on Lavista and thought this store wouldn t be that different. I had an awful experience. I booked an appointment online and when I arrived they didn t have it and asked if I was in the right location. My information and what I wanted to be done was written down from my confirmation email that I showed him. This was done Saturday and I called the store at 5 pm cause I knew the store would close soon, they told me 30 minutes. They called me back at 6:45 pm saying my car was ready but they were closed and closed on Sunday too. So I needed to pick up my car before work on Monday. I arrived at 8:30 am on Monday and signed the paperwork. I was told my car was going to be pulled out but it was after 1 hour of me standing outside and watching them watch a YouTube video to turn off my service now alerts. After the hour I told them I had to go because I was going to arrive even later to work. Grateful for the tire and oil change, but I won t be returning.

So a few months ago I went in because my front tires were shaking.. Thinking the alignment was off I took it in and we found that the seems were pulling apart and 2 new tires were needed in the front. Fine obviously for my safety it needed to be done. I had also asked that the back passenger tire be checked and plugged because I knew there was a nail in the tire. So I come back later that day and ask was the nail found in the back tire which he responded with well if it was on the work order then it was taken care of. Ok cool. So I take the car home. So tell me why not even 2 days after I brought it back home my tire pressure light was on and when I checked that back tire it was below a 25?! And I have been continually putting air in it every 2 to three days. I was charged for taking the nail out when the nail was never taken out! Last time I will ever set foot in there.

Not good service at all. Walked in when it was not busy. Promised it would be an hour to an hour and a half. Then after an hour they said they had forgotten about thec car would get to it when they could because they were busy.

I've been coming to this specific Goodyear for years now. There are many places to go but it's rare when you find a place that treats you like family! Darren and his staff are excellent. Very professional and efficient. I never have a problem.

This location seems to be better run than others in the area. The manager here is good to work with, and takes care of his customers. The wait can be a bit long, but that is likely due to the volume of business they do.

I have given this location a lot of business over the years, but they just lost a customer. Their communication has gone down severely. I made an appointment for an oil change at 3:30pm today (Thursday) and arrived at 3:10pm to be told they were short staffed. I was asked to come back the next day (Friday) and they would take care of me. I have an issue with this because they could've called earlier in the day to let me know they needed me to reschedule. I could've made arrangements to go elsewhere.

Good local tire shop.I don't care for Goodyear tires but bring my own from the nearby online distributor.Their install is reasonable and includes lifetime rotate and balance. I like to get the 3 year alignment plan as well.Friendly and prompt staff.

MR DARREN BROWN, the general manager is the greatest I drive a Cadillac and I had a few expensive problems!! Everytime i would drive between 40-60mph my car would shake!! I expressed my frustration after going to other places to fix the issues. Darren did a full inspection and got right to the problem. I am super happy to write this review. There are alot of ways to show professionalism, even when you have to pay a big price!! He was very courteous and understanding. I recommend the Chamblee location for all of your car care needs. Ask for Darren.

This place does not open at 7am. Sadly, they are retaliatory and will mess up your car if you do not buy their recommended services. Employees are unprofessional and the managers will make excuses for staff violating your boundaries.
