Everyone I encountered was generally pleasant, nothing over the top or memorable, so no real complaints there. But I am currently here now and have been for 2.5 hours just to get one tire replaced. My car sat outside for 1 hour before it was even pulled in. I understand things take time but to be here going on 3 hours for one tire just seems inexcusable. Due to this, I cant see myself coming back to this location for any type of service, unless it's the closest location to me during an emergency, as was the situation today.

Terrible service! I took my car here for a tire patch and when I left my car was driving wobbly. I bought it back and they just rotated my tires. There was nothing wrong with my car before I bought it here. I took my car to the shop I originally go to & I ended up having to buy a new tire and get a wheel alignment. There was nothing wrong with my car before I bought it to this place. How do you efff up a tire patch?!! Do yourself a favor and take it somewhere else seriously!!!!!!!

They should not set appointments! My appointment was for 10:00AM and I was here on time! It's 10:39AM and I'm still sitting here looking at my car in the same spot I parked it in! It have not went in for service and it's almost 11:00AM! I have to reschedule my hair appointment that's at 11:15AM due to my appointment not being on time or even 30 minutes late but later! This is my 1st time here and I don't feel I'll be returning! It's clean in the sitting area which was great but appointments are unnecessary here! I don't understand why I couldn't just walk in and had to set an appointment!

I booked an oil change and tire rotation for 4pm. I wasn t seen until after 430. My recommendation is if you want efficient timely service don t come here. Not helpful. Not nice. Not on any type of timetable. I m going to miss my meeting. Will never come here again. They also didn t even check my tire pressure although the sheet said they did. Smh. Finally ready at 620. Terrible. I do not recommend. .

This was my first visit. I did not have an appointment, but they checked my car issue without hesitation. I noticed that they displayed great customer service to everyone who came in. My issue was completed, and I was/is very pleased.

Came in with a tire that needed patched. The technician that patched the tire was an *artist*. The hole was from large road debris that I picked up in the interstate. It was big enough I was prepared to replace the tire.The thing is.... tire patching is a free job at Goodyear. But I received the kind of service a paying customer should receive. The job was done with care, respect, accuracy, and speed.I would recommend them for other services without question.

If I could zero stars I would they are absolutely rude and clearly they hate their jobs because they don t speak to customers nor desire to help them. I can t believe this place is still open

I broke down on 285 , was towed to Good year auto service and was greeted with a warm welcome . The girls at the front desk were amazing and kind . I previously called and let them know my situation . Kimberline said they would take care of me .They truly care about their customers and go the extra mile for those who need help. I work for DELTA AIRLINES so understand and know customer service and serving people . These mechanics replaced my alternator and made sure I was able to drive out of there the same day in my emergency situation being stuck on the highway . Darryl Heard the service manager made sure of that and assured me he was going to get it done . God truly guided me to this place being stuck on the interstate hwy. 285 and then towed to Good year auto service . I definitely recommend this place for all who have a car service need and especially an emergency break down and need help . Thanks guys !! Fabian

I had a nail in my tire. They couldn t plug it, but everyone who helped me was phenomenal! The front desk and the manager both explained everything very well.

If you are a woman STEER CLEAR!I am a loyal Goodyear customer, my dad was a technician at Goodyear for 10 years. Very upstanding company but NOT THIS LOCATION!Took my car in for a simple tire patch. I had gotten my tires checked a month or so prior and the tread was just fine.They refused to patch the tire and said I had to buy 3 tires for the car even though the tread wasn t low. They said the best they could do was put my spare on. Luckily I went to my regular Goodyear and they assured me a patch was just fine.Women are often times taken advantage of at car dealerships but this was by far the worst experience I ve ever gotten. And as a woman who grew up around cars it was quite insulting.

Extremely unhappy with the poor quality service misdiagnosed the issue with my van took it another mechanic as far as the issue with the Check engine light the store manager told me that check engine light was not misfire it was some other issues another mechanic told me I needed a basic tuneup I already paid for the tuneup another mechanic told me nothing was not done plus I financed the repairs I am paying for each week. I paying for poor service and performance I am never going back to that pathetic location

We arrived at the Atlanta Greenbriar Parkway location as a walk-in after the tire started rapidly losing air pressure while on the interstate. The lobby was literally full of inconvenienced people but the clerk, Kimberline, patiently and efficiently attended to each of us with a positive attitude, a smile and excellent service. She also kept all customers updated as to what was happening with their automobile. She definitely deserves a bonus or raise! She exemplifies superb customer service in a day and age when that is a rarity. The techs worked quickly to plug our tire and we got back on the road in a short time. I wish I could give Ms. Weston and the technicians on shift more than 5 stars because I certainly would.

Third time back. Haven't had the new brakes and rotors for more then two months. Ben squealing since I had then. At thus point I think the brakes are defective. I have nothing against the service up here I just want my brakes done correctly. They shouldn't be making any noise by them being brand new. At this point I need a refund. I paid almost $400 for thus service and can't seem to get right.

Got here this morning for a preventive maintenance job on my car, God! I walked right into super bubbly receptionist by the name Kim, such a pleasant personality. Mark you; this s my first time at this location but she made me feel so welcome with all the jokes while maintaining super professional. I will definitely be back here as well as recommend the place to all my friends and family.

My family and I were back home visiting family (in Atlanta) traveling from N.C. After being here for a week, we were headed back home to NC. The night before we were set to leave, our "check coolant" icon came on. We thought it was an easy fix, so we stopped and purchased some coolant, tapped it off, and went about our way. However, the icon continued to blink, and we noticed leaking under the car. We decided that we shouldn't hit the road until we had the car checked out. We arrived at Goodyear at about 7:50am (they open at 8am). We were second in line. The manager, Demetrius, explained that they would have to do a coolant flush to see why the car was leaking, and then he would be able to tell us the issue. It didn't take long, and he let us know it was our waterpump that needed to be replaced. We have a 2016 VW Tiguan, so parts/labor are a bit pricey, and because of the type of car we have, we weren't sure if the part was even available. Demetrius and the fellas worked it out and worked extensively to get us out the same day because we were traveling! We are tremendously grateful for your time and energy, and we made it home safe and sound! I recommend Goodyear for all car needs! Thanks, Fellas!

After having 2 blowouts on our RV coming from Texas to North Carolina, I hd to stop and get 4 trailer tires.This was the best experience I could of had with having to buy 4 tires I order to get home 500 miles away. Kim is awesome, and was super helpful definitely an angel for us. I will never forget the kindness and compassion showed us in our desperation. They were quick to get us back on our way home also.Thank you guys, so much!

Demetrius and Kim at Goodyear Greenbriar treated me very well. I had to get brakes, rotors, full synthetic oil change along with an alignment for a little over $600.00. The only person I wasn t very fond of is Stephanie. Please check them out for impeccable customer service and quality work.TeeM.

Drove down to Atlanta fromMichigan on a Monday. Realized my rear brakes were grinding when we got into Georgia. I do all my own work, but had to job this out since I was 750 miles fromHome. I don t want just anyone working on my cars, so I did my due diligence and found what looked like a highly rated Goodyear service center.I was nervous that I wouldn t get it done quickly, but Daryl said to get it there and he d get er dun in a few hours. I NEEDED the car, as I was driving my kid and her friend to an event later that day.They got to it and, as someone who does all my own maintenance, it was hard NOT to peek at how things were going. Let me tell you that the fella doing the work did not cut corners, rush the job, or take any liberties to make the job less than complete. He took the time to clean the assemblies, lubricate the pins and slides, and properly torque the lugs instead of impacting them on. Not all shops are that thorough. This Goodyear was. I am grateful for their prompt service, friendly disposition, and professional work. Nick from Michigan thanks you for a job well done! God bless!

Ms. Kim is the best. I came in thinking that I couldn t help me with my tire because they was closing but she told me don t worry about they will get me straight. Everytime I come she always friendly and helpful. Mr. Darryl is a service manager he took good care of me.

Took my car for a tire warranty replacement. They messed with the sensors and now the tire pressure readings are inaccurate. 12 hours later my ABS system is having issues, now i have to take it to the dealership.I am not stopping till they make up for damaging my car. I didn't even want my car there but it is the only way to have a warranty done. The store manager claimed i came in with a spare tire, which is untrue because the tire was removed and they checked for nails or leaks.Initially the store rep stated i have a nail where the tire cannot be repaired and started giving me options for new tires. When i asked to see this nail you can imagine my surprise when nothing was found and the conversation turned to warranty replacement.If you value your car and peace of mind, do not go to this shop.

I'm glad to say that I recently visited the Goodyear Greenbrier location and was happily serviced and satisfied. Demetrius Heard is one of the nicest and most respectable people working there. He does a good job and explains details of service. Demetrius is kind to seniors especially, and I really appreciate him along with the great service! Even when I pulled up to get air in tires, the other workers were helpful and friendly. I can say that Demetrius is consistent in extending great customer service, every time I come in. It helps to know you are paying for a service and get treated well as a customer!I have had a very positive experience at this location, every time I make an appointment for service. Many times it's very busy, however the staff maintains good customer service and will keep you updated on progress of your automotive needs. Martin and Demetrius are especially respectful and polite and have demonstrated customer care by going out of their way to be of service!

I normally go to Good Year Fayetteville but since I was on the Westside tried Greenbriar. OMG RED FLAG had an oil change which came with free tire rotation fluid too off and tire pressure check. Well Good Year has been doing my service for 4 years now. I drive a Genesis and never had any issues til going to Greenbriar. The technician put the wrong oil in my car and 5w30 and rotated my tires with no pressure check and didn't top of My car fluids car was pulling hard and sounded like a truck. Called Daryl he told me to come back to have service correctly done he gave me a refund but it got worst. Well I almost caused a major accident on Highway 166. The under carriage cover was not put back on correctly and flew off under my car in pieces Was this done on internationally I am seeking a attorney because this is the by far the scariest experience I had to encounter at GOODYEAR. Daryl was very calm and professional and went above and beyound to correct the issues at hand. He should'nt he the one to bit the bullets if the same issues keep occurring6 which I am almost sure with this Tech . The oil was done tires was done but now it gets very concerning. The same guy the put the wrong oil in my car was the same guy to correct the issues my fluid.. Well now I get on highway and heard a loud pop cars was blowing but I didn't know why. A car flagged me down to pull over to let me know that my cover under my car flew off almost causing a major accident. Somethings can't be apologizd for. What if is my big concern thank GOD it was a better turnout. The place could reall use a face lift and have a more inviting look of appeal. Totally different from the others.

Was passing through town and had a blow out while pulling a car on a trailer. Put the spare on it and the valve stem was leaking and losing air very quickly.The generous staff replaced my valve stem and got me in and out super quick, even thought they were really busy on a Saturday evening at around 5pm.Very friendly people and was extremely helpful in getting me back on the road. Very much appreciated and would recommend to anyone in the area!

Kim and Darryl was very amazing when assisting me to find a new tire for my 2018 Lexus.Unfortunately the tire was out of stock at this location and I had to go to another location which was off of Howell mill road NW. Because of the amazing experience that Kim and Darryl offered. I will definitely be back at this location to purchase my other 3 tires. Keep up the great customer services guys
