Truly a horrible display of customer service and blatant lying. I experienced a transmission issue on my 2014 Dodge Charger and had left it to this Goodyear. Once checked out, I was told over the phone THREE TIMES the only service I was paying for was a "block test" for my engine which was $35. When I arrived to the shop to retrieve my car, I was given a bill for $186. They charged me for a "diagnosis run" as well which was not informed to me as the customer, nor did I agree to that at all in any case. When confronted about the over charge, the manager Tony and the sales associate "Q" did nothing but gaslight the situation, claim "I didn't remember what they told me", and held my vehicle hostage unless the total of $186 was paid. I also did not receive the itemized list requested for what was needed to be done to my vehicle. I, the customer, was flat out lied to and taken advantage of, while also being made to look as if I'm angry or irate, when I arrived with the pretense of paying $35 for a simple engine test, but was forced to pay $186. Another sales associate agreed they lied and stated they should've only rung me up for $35.These guys are unfortunately money hungry losers and they will lie to you over the phone and take advantage of any dollar they can. If going here, asked for itemized lists of work, associates names who you speak to on the phone, and maybe record your phone calls with this location. They will lie to you.The most disgusting display of customer service I've ever experienced and associates Tony and Q have not one ounce of professionalism, integrity, or honesty in their very, very small minds. Sadly this is what makes them nobodies. Unfortunate.I also called Goodyear and D.W. Campbell Corporate to report this claim and they informed me that THIS LOCATION is NO LONGER ASSOCIATED with D.W. Campbell OR Goodyear and is an INDEPENDENTLY OWNED SHOP. So in actuality, we DON'T KNOW who owns this shop and why they still wear Goodyear uniforms. They are lying for every dollar they can because basically, nobody can challenge them! Do not send your car here!

I have been going to this shop for 3 years and my family has been going here for 20+ years and I will NEVER be going back again. I took my 2001 suburban in for an oil change and lost all faith in this place. They did the oil change find but when I got back into my car after paying for the service I smelt cigarettes in my car and I looked down at my center console cup holders and there were multiple ashed out cigarettes in my cup holders and on my center console. I looked in the backseat and my third row seat was adjusted and I discovered more cigarettes and cartons in my back seat. I did not have time to go back into the shop and confront them due to early morning meetings I needed to get home for. I called them and told them what happen, I was dealing with the new store Manager Tony, I told him I was disgusted and very disappointed at the situation. Explaining I needed to spend more money to get it cleaned up. He said it wasn't his co-workers and said it sounded like a group of homeless folks decided to camp out in my car while it was on the lot. When asked why my doors weren't locked he explained they would have just have smashed my windows to get in and showed no remorse for me and the disgust I found. He told they had the sign in their lot saying "We are not responsible for cars on the lot" for circumstances just like this.I am very disappointed by the service and the new store manager Tony, he is seemingly always in a bad mood and shows no empathy for you. It is a shame because this use to be a great place to go to and they still have great honest folks there (Mike,Marcus, and Leonard are great). After Tony took over this place went down hill. I have spent thousands here as they were my trusted repairmen and I will no longer be coming back.

Disappointed more than anything. Went in to get my car serviced for a Driver Seat Motor that had went bad. My issue was that, I paid for a diagnostics and was assured that they would do a thorough job of detecting what my issue was, seeing that the diagnostic doesn't go towards the repair. The amount of man hours necessary to detect my issue was the cost of diagnostics. I respect time, energy and money. However it wasn't reciprocated when it came time for them to do the due diligence. My seat was never examined nor, was any fuses checked to see what my issue was. I knew the motor in the seat was bad. However they didn't go behind me to ensure if it was the track or the actual motor that was the issue. How do I know? There are plastic cosmetic coverings that hide the bolt connecting the seat to the frame. They were never taken off. Also no bolt was ever loosen or adjusted from being "examined". I would go a step further to stay they probably didn't even check the fuse, but I cant say for certain. I was offered a used seat from a potential junkyard that wouldn't match my interior, but solve the motor issue. Also I was told my track and motor are discontinued. Yet I found them on Amazon and called Ford to see if they could get it. I didn't oblige because that was an easy route of replacing my seat vs just doing they job of actually diagnosing my vehicle. I'm not writing this to be a disgruntled customer. I'm writing this more-so as an "alert" to say do better Goodyear.SincerelyAisha

Employee Marcus was extremely disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional! I purchased tires a few months ago from this location with roadside protection included and now all my tires are now bald which puts my car and hazardous and unsafe condition to drive. When I purchase the tires I was told that if anything happened to the tires before the 55K miles then I would be covered at no additional cost to replace the tires. Marcus lied to me and tried to up charge me on the new tires and told me that my tires were not eligible for the protection plan which is a complete lie in bogus. I am demanding a response from corporate. Please see attachments.

I took my 2007 LX 470 to this location to have the steering column replaced. The technician didn't clock the steering correctly and damaged my vehicle's VGRS. This replacement part costs over $3000 and my vehicle has never driven the same since. For anything other than tires or routine service, I recommend you take your business somewhere else.

I pulled in this business to ask questions about my tire pressure. Marcus was Awesome! He gave attentive, friendly, and efficient service. He shared his knowledge and experience openly and made me want to return. Customer Service like this is a dying breed. Five stars for Marcus making a difference.

These guys are great. I had went to the Dodge dealer a couple months ago to get my oil changed and was told that I needed new brakes and the drums resurfaced. I dropped off my truck this morning to get the brakes done, I get a call from the guys at DW Campbell of Atlanta stating that my truck does not need the brakes done at this time. These guys are amazing and showed a great deal of integrity. I will always bring my vehicles to these guys. I highly recommend them. They are always busy and now I see why, because their customers know a great business when they see one. Thanks guys!

I am disappointed and feel completely disrespected by the mechanics here. I used to come here under my carmax warranty- but it has since expired I have had to have THREE $250+ repairs within TWO WEEKS.I had a coolant leak and brought it in and they fixed it- THREE DAYS LATER another coolant leak!!! just a different hose and another $300 spent. (Not to mention the cost of two tows) And IMMEDIATELY after I left the second time, I heard a rattling under my carriage and took it to another shop (over Goodyear s service at this point!!) I explained to them how I overheated and was serviced which said that they think the water belt wasn t put on correctly, so broke, and that cost me another $280!!! Not to mention the new shop said I was low on coolant because of a loose valve and had to add fluid just THREE DAYS AFTER I WAS SERVICED FOR OVER HEATING.I don t have the energy to go back and fourth with Goodyear and their mechanics that reply with you can ask anyone leaks happen from everywhere . My mom would be disappointed in the things I have to say to them.

I love this place! Ray, Leonard, Marcus, Tony... the entire staff is great! I've taken all my cars to them and they take great care of you and your car. They never pressure you into the expensive option. They make sure you're fully informed! I always feel comfortable leaving my car in their hands.

I had my tire changed here after it popped. The traction control warning light was not on before, even when I drove my car after the tire popped, but it was on after they replaced my tire. I called the place 2 minutes after I left and asked if could come right back so they could look at it and see why the light was on. The guy said yes. So I turned around and drove straight back. When I got there I gave my keys to one of the workers and went inside. He came inside shortly after and told the guy at the counter that he didn't have time to look at my car and just moved it because it was in the way of another car being pulled into the bay. When I explained the light he said I probably broke something when my tire popped but he still didn't have time to check it.The tire change was fine, they did come tell me one of my other tires was pretty worn. I told them to go ahead and change that one too but they came back a few minutes later and told me they only had one of the tires I selected in stock so they couldn't change the worn tire.Whether they broke something changing the tire, or it broke when the tire popped, I don't understand why they didn't mention the warning light before I left and had me come back just to tell me they didn't even have time to check my car. They had time to warn me about my worn tire, so I would hopefully buy a new one, but not tell me about the warning light.

If you re going here for an oil change you re fine, I guess. If you re going in for tires- they will patch your damaged tire for just long enough for you to come back in 6 months later. They cut corners and repeatedly find other issues to boost bottom line. Avoid.

The manager, I failed to get his name but he is a white man. He is very rude and dismissive. He talks down to customers, and truly acts like he doesn t want to help, nor be at work. For as much money as I spent I would expect better customer service. I would suggest he changes his attitude or finds another place of employment that doesn t force him to treat others as if they ruined his day by asking a question.

Being in Atlanta on business, I got a nail in the company car. With little time to spend in between trainings in a new city i had hoped this wouldn t turn into a several hour issue after already dealing with getting the spare put on. I was greeted with professionalism and an eagerness to help with my situation. I was quite helpless being in a vehicle I d never driven before and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. It may not always be the case but I was in and out in an hour and I was so grateful to have this issue handled before heading back out on the road.

Unless you already have a relationship with this Goodyear, I HIGHLY recommend that you DO NOT take your car here. They aren't looking to build a relationship with customers, however, they do price gouge. This will be the LAST time I take my car here. Mark loves to talk a good game but, please beware of the LACK of integrity and accountability. I took my car here and came out with more problems than I started with. DO NOT trust these people with your vehicle!!

I would give this location a no star if I was able to. I took my Mercedes into this facility on 7/22/19 advising them of my steering wheel shaking whenever I stop. I made it very clear that I most likely need new front brakes. Tony came to me on the same day and said the brakes look new, we can just resurface the rotors so you don t have to get new ones I specifically asked if this was safe, and was advised that it was. Went back on 7/23/19 with the same complaint, when they drove my vehicle they claimed that they did not feel the shaking. I went back for a third time on 7/27/19 when I drove my vehicle with a technician, he immediately noticed the shaking. I was then told, yes you do need front rotors . As a courtesy they resurfaced my back for free . I was very upset as no one indicated to me on the first visit that it needed rotors. I called corporate, and was told to speak with the owner of this facility. When I called and spoke with her, she was nothing professional and debated with me over the phone. I just took my vehicle for service and I was told by numerous dealers and shops that they should never resurface rotors on a Mercedes! Called back to make another complaint with Tony and he cleaned his story up to cover his own behind. I called another Goodyear and they told me it is against their policy to resurface rotors on any Mercedes or BMW . I am now left to pay over $1,000 due to this shops negligence. I will NEVER come back here! I will be contacting BBB and will have an inspector at this location since they are trying to rip people off, as they do not know what is needed for luxury cars! Waste of time, and now my braking system is left damaged which I was told is life threatening, as the front brakes can crack!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! I take all of my vehicles here, personal and business. Everyone here is very trustworthy and I have always been extremely satisfied with their service and tires. They really stand up to the Goodyear name. I highly recommend taking your vehicles here whether you need tires or service.

I write this review as I wait for my tow truck. After getting my oil changed at the Hammomd Dr Goodyear location, I drove about 15 miles towards home. As my car spuddered and smoked, I pull off the highway to discover I am leaking oil. The brilliant staff at this location didn't tighten everything on the bottom of my car. Nothing like wasting a few extra hours on a Friday night. I would recommend not visiting this location. Buyer beware.

The experience for me has always been great at this Goodyear. They have always been honest and fair. I love that they work by appointment. I can call, find a time they have available that works with my schedule, and get prompt service. Great team from the counter to the guys in repair.

Was sold on a lifetime mount & balance with tire rotation and was told to come back in less than an hour for it to be ready. Came back in hour and 15 and it wasn't even started yet. Two people walked right in and had their cars seen on the spot. The guy in the front desk tried to explain that he's had non stop appointments but didn't mention that when I dropped off my car and he gave me an estimated time frame. Very upset because I walked home and back and there was no remorse. Definitely never returning after this.
