This was our first visit to check them out. We engage with three of their members. We were standing at Service for somebody to see us. Meanwhile, we had connected with Francisco T. Very nice gentleman he looked up our previous service records. And offered help, gave valuable information and on additional questions we had directed us to spare parts service department. We met with another gentleman to help us find out if we could put a trailer hitch on our car, since this was not possible, he gave us information where we would find the shop that could do it. All in all very nice first impression, this will be our dealership for now. Check them out.

Service has gone downhill in the last 5 years. The price is not the issue-its customer care. There is not much difference between this BMW and Firestone Tire Center. The care, quality, and concern are just not the same as years past.

I attempted to speak with the service department and on FOUR consecutive calls the phone rang, an auto attendant said someone one help me shortly. After about 4 minutes the call simply dropped. And about 2 months earlier I tried to make a service appointment online and NO ONE every replied back. VERY POOR customer service.

I had a scheduled appointment for a new battery. I was told almost 2.5hrs into waiting that they gave the last battery to a client before me (how do you run out) and they were sending someone to go pick one up. After 4 hours of waiting and $700+ for just a battery, I was out the door. Update next day my car was dead! Unacceptable

I made an appointment to get a key battery, air pressure in my tires and the new software update. I went at 8am and left my car with service advisor Stephen Buckley. I left for maybe 20 min and got a call that the software update would take a week. Which made no sense. Stephen then said it takes MONTHS and should be done by December 2023 . I went to get my car and they couldn t find my paperwork or my key. I asked to speak the service manager but she was busy which is understandable. I gave Stephen 0 rating and he called me upset asking why. I told him it was because he wasted my time and it was unprofessional. He told me it was the service techniques fault so I explained Mark originally told me 6hrs and you re telling me 3 months - that s insane and you didn t put air in my tires. This is not the quality BMW is known for. I reiterated all of this to the service manager who stood by him.I then went 40 min to Decatur where I bought my car who put air in my tires AND made me an appointment for next this upcoming Saturday for the software update. I was told it will take 30-60min and they would have done it today had I have an appointment .This BMW is closer to me but I would drive further for better service.

I usually go there for the regular maintenance of my BMW and it was the best service i have received here in a very long time. Note that it was only for a coolant refill. :)

When my BMW 1st arrived on 12/21/22 Nick my service advisor was always available for updates on my car and status of insurance check. Today 2/6/23 I find out he no longer works there, that s why I haven t heard back from him. No one has reached out to me so I called this morning and still no answers. I was told no one in the shop this morning . I have not been assigned to a new service advisor. No one can tell me if the insurance check has arrived. Y all were great when I walked in the door at the BMW service center but your follow through needs some work. But you better bet Nick was all worried about me giving him a 10 last Monday on his survey and literally days later he no longer works there. I ve been duped and still without my car or any idea of when I can pick it up . Really disappointed.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Wont recommend anyone to get their service done at this location, even after having an appointment and getting here before time, I was told it will take 1 hour 30 mins to get the service done but I am still waiting after 3 hours. I was told I will get uber credit so I can be at work but still nothing. My first 10,000 miles service here and I am very upset, still no uber credit and I don t know when the car will be ready. All I here that its just getting finished. Horrible experience!2023 5 series.

I was very pleased and impressed with Global Imports BMW's fast service. I was able to get a same-day service appointment for a battery installation and programming, which was crucial because it was an emergency and my BMW needed a new battery ASAP. All the service staff were nice and very professional, especially my service advisor. He was able to get me out within a couple of hours. Other BMW dealerships couldn't accommodate me, so I'm grateful that Global Imports BMW was able to help me out. Going forward, this is where I will be taking my vehicle for all future maintenance. Only ask for Nick! Sorry, but he is very honest and out to keep the brand having loyal clients outside of just service! He always communicating and made great recommendations in regards to my service. I appreciate people like him and someone like him is very hard to find(integrity)!!!!! Terrible communicators and dishonest. My car was in for a service for 12 days. No loaner made available or offered, even though they promised one on my last visit when I arranged a second visit, because they told me the repair would take a couple of days.Excuse after excuse with little to no communication. I had to hound them and leave multiple voicemails just to get updates. The service manager Gianni is as useless as his service people Max and Nkosi. The car still has some of the issues that were supposedly being repaired. This was my second visit to get previous issues fixed. Immediately the service person told me my windscreen fluid dispenser was probably brokenm. Please. They just didn't fill it previously. This is one of those car places where magically any error on their end is a way to break things and get more cash out of you. I know for a fact it wasn't broken they just didn't fill it. Speaker rattle came back worse. Navigation wasn't fixed as promised. This place is not trustworthy!! The service or sales department.Funny I don't get the BMW surveys when they know they have messed up and done a poor job twice over...

I took my 550i to global bmw last year for an oil change and to see why my car was extremely slow to accelerate and the drivetrain malfunction was being displayed on the dash. Well about $1400 later they told me that it was my door lock and they disconnected it from the system because it was triggering a fail safe on the car that caused it to drive irregular, they said they needed to order new switches for another $1200-$1400 to correct the problem before they can reconnect it and I gave the go ahead. Well that was last year and I still haven t received the call that my switches came. I don t drive the car much because I also have a Mercedes Benz GLS and a company vehicle I recently went under the hood of my car and the first thing I noticed was that my engine cover was missing. The cover was there before I initially took it to the dealership because I look under the hood to see if I could see anything unusual when the car started acting funny .. so I immediately called Francisco Torres the service advisor I worked with before and left a message, well he called me back and told me that it s been about a year since my car was there and I m wrong because the mechanic told him that he didn t see a engine cover in his bay and he s been there for over 40 year so if his mechanic says it wasn t there then he believes his mechanic. I told him my car stays in my garage and nobody is going to come there to steal a engine cover so please investigate further he told me his manager was going to call me back, it s been a week and I still haven t heard from global, the manager or Francisco. I ve called and left a voicemail for Francisco but sadly I haven t received a call back. I have owned several different makes and models over the years and have never seen service this poorly especially at a BMW dealership this is by far the worst customer experience I ve ever experienced at dealership. I hope this review helps to save somebody the headache please spend your money elsewhere so you won t have to deal with the disappointmentServices: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

Outstanding service! From arrival to departure, the service is the best.Francisco made sure my vehicle was perfectly safe for my daughter and I to go back home. I appreciate all of the staff for being so helpful in transferring items from my vehicle to the loaner and back again.This is definitely the best BMW location, I have been to two others, one which is 25 minutes closer to me. Even with a toddler, I ll drive further to get better service at Global Imports BMW with Francisco.Thank you!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning

Great experience today and the Service representative, Francisco Torres, couldn t have been more polite, knowledgeable, or helpful. He was attentive and answered all my questions promptly. He also followed through with letting me know the costs and time frames for the different parts of my service. It was the opposite experience from my last maintenance service appointment. My prior appointments were less than impressive from the communication, costs explained, or promised time-frame. This time, Francisco was the opposite, he did exactly what he said he would do and let me know my true costs. Super nice guy and great representative for BMW.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

As always the people at Global imports were nothing short of amazing. From check in to check out I was greeted with a smile and positive attitude. My service lady Shina really needs a raise because she found a way to deliver the bad news that my repair wasn t under warranty in the most elegant way :-) . She was sensitive to my needs and was most accommodating all the way till I swiped my card to pay for my service. I ll NEVER go anywhere else! Being able to set up the appointment in app once the car detects it is needed it great. It makes it easy to find a time/date that works best for you. Global imports staff are super friendly and attentive to each customer needs. They are also super fast on making sure you are in and out in like an hour and a half depending on the service which I appreciate.Service: Oil change

I had a wonderful experience. I called ahead and had a appointment set. There were service advisors waiting, as I pulled up, to take my keys and service my car. The advisor also told me how much it would cost for repairs prior to starting them. Their lobby, waiting area, and restrooms are clean and in great order. I like how they have a cafe' with excellent prices on the second floor.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I normally use Global for my service needs since it is close to my work, but my most recent experience was not ideal. I brought my car in because the rear differential had a leak. The service rep told me that some parts needed to be ordered and that she would get back to me the following week once the parts arrived.Two big issues here:1. They never called me back. I called them a week after the parts were supposed to arrive and had to leave a voicemail that was never returned. In fact, I still haven't gotten a call back for my parts or my call to check on them, and it's been a month.2. I went get a second opinion on the work they quoted me, and they were going to charge me to change all of the seals on the differential and for a temperature monitor when all I needed was one of the three seals done.I got the work done at a different dealership that didn't overcharge me for unnecessary services, and that dealership got back to me almost immediately. Time to move on I guess...

Been here several times for service and it never gets any better. The customer service, communication, professionalism are all AWFUL. You can walk into service department with an appointment and no one will help you or even acknowledge you for 20 mins. This place us a joke. Save yourself the headache and frustration. GO ELSEHWERE

I had to take my BMW to the Global Imports Service Center for a battery and car alarm issues. When I first called, I spoke to a gentleman named Ron. When I arrived, he promptly and kindly spoke to me and facilitated an introduction to my service person, Max. Max let me know the process through which they were about to take me and the car, and either called or texted with each step of the way. Communication was key for me. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and my car is running great since the work has been done. Highly recommend.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Battery

I bought my car from here so I was faithfully coming for all services until my last experience. The physically damaged my interior dash and someone spilled sticky liquid all over the interior. When I asked for the issue to be fixed, the service manager essentially called me a liar about the damage and said my toddler spilled the liquor. He had someone wipe the seats as a kind gesture but there was residue all over the back seats, windows, side of the passenger and drivers seats and in the trunk of the car. It was ridiculous and insulting after paying almost $2K in repairs. I will NEVER use this dealership again.Services: Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

Dropped my 330ci off for its 225000 mile service, just an oil change and a brake fluid flush. I also asked them to adjust the parking brake and they did a recall that was on the vehicle. When making the appointment I was told it would take 2 hours for it to be done, which was fine. I dropped it off on a Saturday at 1pm. Had to get someone to pick me up because they had no loaners available. I only heard back on Monday that the car was ready. Went to pick up the car and waited around for 20 min because none of the valets could drive a manual. After about 10-15 min of driving i realized that there was a rather noticeable brake bias towards the passenger side that wasn't there when I dropped the car off. Got home, which is an hour away, and called them. They offered to look at the car but I had to drop it off which would be fine but no loaners available for the next month. So I asked if they could pick it up, their response "its too dangerous for a valet to pick it up because of the brakes." Its too dangerous for their valet to drive then car, so i have to risk my life driving a car with an issue that they caused?Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

I purchased two cars from Global Import recently. The staff is professional and well informed about their vehicles. I am very please with my purchase and the entire buying process.If anything concerned me they were very accommodating and resolve any question or issues I had.I have purchased many cars and must say this dealership is the most organized and accommodating I have ever worked with.

This was THE WORST SERVICE experience I have ever had. I am new to BMW world and had THE BEST BUYING experience with my X5. The service experience (for a door ding) was deplorable. I did contact Daniel, the service manager, who listened to what I had to say about what happened, as well as the service advisor that I had worked with and they did state that that would get back to me and neither have. It has been 7 days since our conversation so at this point I don t expect to hear from them. I won t be taking my vehicle there for any further service and regret giving Global Imports any money at all.

Shina did a great job working with my tire&wheel warranty. She was my advocate in making sure the damaged rims where covered. Also very please with the work that was performed by the service technicians at Global Import- smooth ride now. When we got there we were not even greeted by a service person for 10 minutes, so we were just standing in the service garage not really knowing what to do. They had already refused my request for a courtesy car, but had said someone would take us over to the mall. Well, that didn t happen either. We had to pay to Lyft over and back. Then we had to stand outside and wait to be checked out. I am not impressed at all, especially after going to Nalley Lexus with my daughter. She was met by her designated service person who immediately took her inside to an air conditioned office. We were valeted wherever we wanted to go. She was also taken back into the office of her designated service person to check out. We were brought water and snacks. I will try a different BMW place for my next service. I heard many others complaining at Global.

Shina, service agent, is extremely helpful and professional. Daniel, service manager, addresses any concerns or issues quickly my satisfaction. My overall customer experience is great. The waiting areas downstairs and upstairs are clean, updated, and aesthically pleasing. Upstairs you can get delicious food as well as use individual office bays to conduct business. I highly recommend this location for your BMW service.
