He came to look at my car but couldn t tell me what the problem was he was polite tho still paid $50 he just screwed my battery on tighter ran the codes but still couldn t tell me the problem

TODAY WE WERE GHOSTED!! LOL Ghost Mobile literally rescued us! Our repairs were made on site at my job as we could not safely drive our vehicle to pick up our two year old daughter and and helped me and my family get back on the road. After a VERY long month of car troubles so severe that our car would stop in the middle of the highway, this team got the job DONE! The owner of the business Alex was very prompt and even connected us to the part we needed to fix the problem. Will was the technician that came out and put in the work! He was professional, knowledgeable and very kind. If I could give 10 stars I d give 20! Exceptional job!

Will came to my house to diagnose my car which was no easy feat! The car wouldn t start and was showing no codes. He took his time and did not give up until we had an answer to the issue. First let me say this is something I don't normally do, but when credit is due you have to give it. So I fist called to schedule for a mobile mechanic, the guy stated he was tied up and wasn't able to get to me until the next day and within two seconds he called right back after remembering that he hired someone on his team that was the first great customer service thing then the gentleman by the name of Will who was sent out to look at my vehicle all I can say is This man is phenomenal, dependable and most importantly very knowledgeable on what he does I will recommend him to anyone and not to mention I will be using this service from here on out hands down thanks to ghost mobile mechanic.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I was having problems with my shifter cable had to pay him to come back twice and the car still isn t fixed! I called him to let him know that that the car still was not fixed and was told that he would be over to me in an hour. After an hour I called and he said he would be right over. By 9pm he still had not shown, and would not answer via text or phone to let me know when he would show. I requested a refund and was blocked. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Very unprofessional and charged me 3x what the shop ended up charging me.

Dude came through with his wife after I had been ghosted by 5 other mobile mechanics and fixed my problem within just a few short hours with him taking his time!! He's a jack of many trades give him a ring you won't be disappointed

I had great service for jumping my tractor. I was serviced by Will and great customer service.And he was sufficient and was on site very fast. Ghost Mobile is great! He was the only mobile mechanic who answered and was available on a Sunday. He got to me in an hour, and he easily got my car back up and running. Super polite and helpful! Would highly recommend!

Alex came in and took care of business with my battery replacement. I had called several mobile mechanics on a Sunday and soonest anyone was available was next Friday (due to Covid, etc....)I called Alex with just 2 hours advanced noticed and he came on time, swapped the battery out in 5 minutes, car started right up, he thanked me, and was on his way!Very pleased!
