I have very few car service reviews out there, because lots of times you have to deal with insurance. However, we have used Frank's Auto Body twice now (bad Atlanta road luck, we got hit and then I rear ended someone).My partner initially found Frank and was impressed with him, which impressed me!When I had my accident - I called Frank and his team on the same day and he helped me get a tow and arrange everything so it would be easy for me!From there, the service was always amazing. Dealing with insurance there was some back and forth, but Frank and his team also were helping me speak with the insurers to make sure everything was done in time.They submitted the supplemental request for me, and followed up with the insurance on my behalf, expediting the process so I could get my car back in time to do my rental.The place is clean, and organized, which I also like. Safe and ample parking and a family business where you don't have to worry about them not communicating. They also were very understanding and up front about any questions I asked, which is a lot sometimes from me :)I could go on and on about them, but really just wanted to say thank you! I'll include some pictures of the crash and the repairs!Really am grateful for the team at Frank's! I hope to not be back... But if I need a body shop repair, this will be my go to!

Hands down some of the best people I've ever dealt with. Afford tow truck to pick up my vehicle and fixed it in less time than expected. Truly professional with a smile. Come in and meet this wonder team. The atmosphere is great as well if you need to wait for some repairs. I will definitely be referring all my friends and family

They did a perfect job at a reasonable price. With them I saved more than $800 compared to the price my dealership had asked me to fix a tailgate .

I was T-boned by a drunk driver in my 18 Silverado unfortunately the driver fled, and I needed my truck fixed, every body shop said No its totaled without really looking, my friend suggested Franks as i called , he immediately had it removed from tow yard and did a real assessment, then giving me a realistic price considering I'm paying out of pocket, its currently still in shop but so far i am EXTREMELY IMPRESSED and will use no other body shop.Services: Painting, Auto glass repair

I had a minor paint job that needed to be done. I took my car to them on short notice, and they had me all fixed up on the same day. They also charged a reasonable price! Very great customer service as well!

This place seemed too good to be true with the pricing and how fast they said they could fix my car. Well it was! My bumper was hanging from someone rear-ending me. They said they could fix it the next day within 30 minutes. Well, they didn't tell me but their fix was to put screws into my bumper from my trunk vs telling me my brackets were broken and needed to be replaced. Now the frame of my car has holes in it it doesn't need (which I hope don't rust) and they ruined my bumper cover with the screws they put in. I will never use this place again and if you do, make sure to pay with credit card (not cash) so you can dispute any charges if needed with your credit card company. Also, get a receipt. They never gave me one and I stupidly payed cash. I am so saddened I fell for their niceness and cheap price!Service: Auto body & trim repair

This business site was my best option especially for paintings of my cars for taxi service a year ago. But by this time when I took my small car for painting, service price was increased by 75 dollars, service quality and the business owner s friendly customer treatment highly reduced. To much scars on the painted site of my car

I unfortunately hit someone who was speeding across my path and messed up my front bumper and slightly damaged my hood as well. I took my car around Atlanta and even had my usual repair guy quote me crazy prices in the thousands just for a bumper when I just so happened to be on my way home and saw the shop. I am soooo happy I stopped because not only did he charge a very reasonable price but he made my car look even better than before and matched my paint job which is sometimes hard to find. I would refer everyone here not only for top car care and repair but the amazing customer service!!

Cedric did a wonderful job on my vehicle! No one could find the problem and fix but him! No long waiting period, showed up and showed out! My 2012 Chevy Malibu LT runs better than ever!!! I do recommend 110%!!!

I was rear-ended and needed a bumper repair or replacement. I took my car to 3 shops for estimates. The first offered a full replacement for 1k in 5 days. The second 800 in 2 days. Frank's offered to repair (not replace) for 400 in 1 day. The repair looks as good as new from about 10+ft, and you have to look very closely to see minor imperfections. I had my car back exactly 24 hrs after dropping it off. An amazing value; totally blew the other shops out of the water.

Very disappointed took my car in a month ago misquoted me 2 times had me drive 35+ minutes 3-4 times telling me my parts would arrive then once I get there it was another excuse then after the month mark told me he didn t have the parts for my car after telling me every other time they would come tomorrow just gave me the run around which was so unprofessional & inconvenient if you couldn t get the parts for my car why make me pay & wait so long won t be back

I love this place. They always get my right. Unlike other mechanics Mr. Frank has been nothing but completely honest with me. He always fixes the problem at hand. I always leave satisfied. Might i add,,, they work in an efficient and timely manner. If you are having any type of car trouble,,, i suggest you start here. If and only uf Mr. Frank cant fix it then i dont know what else to say. Mr. Frank is AWESOME

I did a paving job for Frank's. While I was there I saw a lot of high end vehicles with severe damage and I also saw other expensive vehicles that we're in the process of being fixed. As a mechanic myself, I would say they do very good work and would bring my own vehicle if needed.
