I the fact that it has taken 3 visits and my tires is still not installed to my satisfaction. I now have to go to a BmW dealer.I recently visited Firestone for a tire change on my 2019 BMW X2. Following the service, I encountered persistent issues with the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS). Despite my efforts to address this with the staff at Firestone, the problem remains unresolved.My experience began positively, trusting Firestone with routine tire maintenance. However, shortly after the service, my TPMS warning light indicated a malfunction. Understanding the importance of a correctly functioning TPMS for safety and tire longevity, I promptly returned to Firestone, hoping for a quick resolution.Unfortunately, my concerns were not adequately addressed. The staff, while courteous, could not assist with the TPMS issue, leaving me in a difficult situation. The lack of resolution has not only been inconvenient but also concerning, as the TPMS is critical for monitoring tire pressure.I had hoped for more comprehensive support from Firestone, especially considering the safety implications of a malfunctioning TPMS. As a customer, I anticipated a level of service that not only addressed the immediate needs of tire installation but also ensured all related systems remained fully operational.This experience has significantly affected my trust in Firestone for future automotive services. I urge Firestone to consider the full scope of vehicle maintenance, including the TPMS and other safety systems, to ensure customers leave with their vehicles in optimal condition.

Service absolutely outstanding! It s truly a pleasure every time I come in. Crystal is pleasant, knowledgeable and quick to get resolution! Lee is the definition of no excuses , there were 3 other cars in front of me and I was still out in less then an hour !! CRYSTAL AND LEE DESERVE RAISES, IMMEDIATELY!

Crystal and the Firestone team were amazing. I spent three weeks with another mechanic that lied about my car issues. Took my car to Firestone and they told me the real issue with my car and fixed it immediately. Crystal and the team are super efficient and incredibly trustworthy.

I have had to take my daughter s car to this location three times. The warranty company was forcing us to use this location. She arrives before they even open and is still there for 4-8 hrs. They are getting the wrong parts then she has to wait longer. Not providing the needed information to the warranty company. The manager Crystal is no real help at all. It s crazy how the techs are more forcused on getting donuts than completing the repairs. I wish they sent out a survey for the work. They are truly horrible to work with.

Friendly, courteous service. Incomplete service on switch for the power window on the front driver's side. I was told by the service rep. that he couldn't find the part but would continue to look it up, then he got busy and I left before he could get back to me. I tried to call back yesterday to speak to the rep. but he relayed the message that he would call me back however he has yet to do so.

Very unprofessional. I scheduled an appt for 330 and I did not leave until 545. They never acknowledged my wait. The cashier couldn't figure out how to turn my oil change light off because all the technicians went home. Then told me I guess you're going to have to come back tomorrow.

It s like no one wanted to work. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire replacement due to what appeared to be a leak in one of my tires. I waited 2.5 hours to find out only the oil was changed. To be honest, I don t even know if that service was provided. I asked the technician and he said he didn t know about the tires and that he added air. Total waste of time.

It s never fun knowing you have issues with your car nor having to take the unexpected time out of your day to find a solution. I ve been to this location a few times but never have I experienced customer service as great as with SHAE. He got me in and out and addressed every need with ease; it calmed my nerves to say the least.

I had to wait over 8 hours for brake inspection and that is the only reason I went there but then they had me wait for tires that I didn t even ask for. I missed a whole day of work . I will never go back here or send anyone here that is ridiculous

DO NOT RECOMMENDWENT IN FOR NEW TIRES AND NOW I HAVE SO MANY ISSUESI came to this Firestone for convenience because the location is close to work. I also brought it here because first one was having a sale on tires. I went into the store got my tires replaced. Few days later my car was shaky and high speeds (65+) and I informed the place and he said he will check it out. They checked it out and said there was no issue. Couple of days pass and I start hearing noises and vibrating gets worse. I take it back and they said they did a test drive and they didn t hear anything. So I take my car back and drive home on the highway!The undercharge of my car falls while I m driving 70 on highway.I went to Firestone to fix it and it falls again cause of the damage on the highwayNow they are saying they aren t responsible and that the undercarriage fell because I hit the parking cement blocks to hard???? Like come up with a better excuse. I came in with no problems and walking out with way too many.

Got a flat tire and came here. They were booked with appointments but still able to get us fixed and on our way. We worked with Shae, and he was great! He also took the time to explain and show us when our tires need to be replaced by looking at the treads. Very helpful!

Went for a Wheel Alignment - BUT MY CAR IS TOO LOW. 5th business I've been to.......anyhoot, the FIRESTONE guys were helpful in giving me a possible location. Next time (MONDAY) I'm sending a photo.

Not the most convenient location as there isn't much to walk to while waiting and the lobby is SUPER small BUT.......Sean there makes it worth it. I worked with him on my previous vehicle when he was at the Cobb location and was thrilled to see that he was in SW ATL when I moved (been working with him for 5-6 years now?). He is honest and gives it to you straight and I really trust him whether it's regular maintenance or troubleshooting an issue.

I came into Firestone asking them about a Pacific problem I was having with my car they told me everything else except for the noise that was coming from my car they could not give me a specific answer this was a waste of my time and money Firestone tell you one thing and they do another

Dropped my companies Transit vehicle off that morning. They had it available for me by the EOB/ same day. Phenomenal service and no one had an attitude. Everyone was in good spirits even at the end of the day. This was by far the worst TIRE change I ve ever received. Shae is incompetent, inconsiderate and unprofessional. Shawn (store manager) isn t much help either. He speaks to his employees in a very degrading manor. No wonder the service here is s**t!I came in on a Tuesday around 4:30pm to get my tire changed. Shae sent me off for 2 hours. Came back, no tire. I returned Wednesday, still NO TIRE. I was told that I would receive a call Thursday when my tire arrived. OF COURSE I DIDNT! Now it s Friday I arrive at 2:15pm I didn t LEAVE until 5:30!

Horrible experience. The guy at the front counter with a Jamaican accent very was not polite at all. I told him what I need and asked him questions he practically brushed me off. Didn t even actually engage with me to figure out what wrong with my car. I would not recommend FIRESTONE/BRIDGESTONE to anyone.

I dropped my car my off to them at 10am September 14,2022. I was speaking with the man who was working the counter he asked what time i got off work i replied 5. I asked if my car could be done before hand he told me yeah because the person working on my car leaves at 3:30pm i said perfect. I paid and left. I come back to the shop and I m waiting 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me at the counter. After all that just to be told my car not done because he was told he had until 4:30pm. Keep in mind i drop my car off at 10am and the service i was getting takes 2 1/2 hours. The service i had done was near $700 and not worth the customer service i received today. Definitely will take my money else where . They literally had from 10am - to 3:30pm for a service that took 2 1/2 hours to be done . I had an appointment and everything left and came back just to still have to wait a a hour and 45. The car was still not ready at 4:30pm. The most slowest car place i have ever been too. They have no respect for people time and no customer service skills.

They have the worst customer service of any store I ever seen. They should be shut down. They messed up my day. Talking bout 2 hour wait time for an oil change. That would have been cool if they had some hospitality.
