I called in and asked about arriving a day earlier from my scheduled appointment as a walk-in customer. The gentleman said they could fit me in, and I arrived 10 minutes later. Everyone was pleasant, and the service was exceptional. Compared to the competitor store closer to my home on Cheshire Bridge road where they all were clueless about price and scheduling, and their cost was higher. I would sacrifice convenience over dependability and price most every time.

Dominique was extremely knowledgeable and skilled when he serviced my Express Van.He got me feeling safe and back on the road.Manager Mike was super helpful and professional. Very friendly, informative and accommodating. His task management was impeccable and even though this location was pretty busy, he seemed to get everybody in and out efficiently.I travel (from coast to coast) and live on the road full time. This is one of the smoothest running Firestone locations that I have encountered.Even the other gentlemen in the shop that were working on vehicles seemed to be focused, on task and friendly. This was an all around impressive experience!Thank you for your professionalism and amazing service guys!

I had an 11:00 am appt to repair a tire with a nail in it, the car didn t even get taken into the service area until 12:45. At that time they told me that they couldn t find the tire key, that the tire couldn t be repaired & that it would have to be replaced, & that a front tire needed to also be replaced. $600ish bill. Took car to Midtown Tire down the street the following am, they repaired the tire, said front tire was fine. $50, 30 min. BTW, a quick Google search told me where to find the tire key.

I have been using Firestone for all my car care needs since I purchased this vehicle in 2021. I have been treated with respect and honesty with every encounter. This time was no different. I will continue to use the North Druid Hills location.

Mike at Firestone is very knowledgeable and has great customer service. We have been taking our van to this location for over 3 years and have always been satisfied. They are honest about wait times and are great about recommending an appointment time if you call in advance. Highly recommend this location - used for oil changes, alignments and new tires.

Met Michael today and had an awesome experience. I had a flat tire, something I have often driving around Atlanta. I appreciated they told me about my sensors, in which only one was out, the one that had the flat. Another shop, Apex Auto in Stone Mountain, had quoted me for all 4. Turns out, Firestone says they have a diagnostic tool/ codes that told them which one needed replacing.Thank you so much for being honest about the situation and also doing the dual plug/patch because it's what I prefer to have and didn't know you offered this service until today. I ll definitely be back and recommending you to my friends and family.

As always, we had quick, professional service with the Firestone experts. I was notified of a few issues that I had no idea of that were also taken care of. Been using this Firestone for years, Mike, Benjamin and the mechanics are FIRST RATE!

I was very impressed with how helpful everyone was. I came in at the end of the day with a nail in my tire. Ben went out of his way to get my tire fixed before they closed. All the associates were very helpful. I will be back when I need to buy tires.

What Cluster! I make an appointment and show up 20 minutes early and drop my vehicle off for an oil change and tire rotation. I tell them I will wait for the vehicle. After having the vehicle for an hour, they still haven't touched it. I ask them when they are going to get to it and why they didn't tell me they were running behind when I first came in. They say that I next and maybe they can get to it in 20 minutes. It is an hour service so I would have to effectively wait 2+ hours for my one hour service. They offered no apologies, no explanations as to why they had not started on it. If you can't be professional enough at the front end, how can I trust you to work on my vehicle. Needless to say, I asked for my keys and left.I have used Firestone Complete in other states for different vehicles. This experience tells me that they just can't be trusted. I'll be finding a more trust worthy shop. Good bye Firestone!!

Probably one of the worst oil change experiences I can remember! I was so excited to book an appointment on their app, it s very nice and easy to use. I made the appointment for 5, but left work early and we made it a little before 4:30. They took us early which was great, but it took me obnoxiously waving to the employees for a few minutes for them to come inside from the garage to greet us, other people were waiting as well. The employees I had to flag down were not working on cars and were very clearly having a long and chill conversation. We waited what felt like forever, but they did have coffee. During that time employees came in and out, one guy was nice and made conversation. One just stared at everyone waiting while they walked to the bathroom, then as an afterthought said Y all need anything? Or something like that. YEAH, MY CAR! lol My receipt says our time in and out was 4:27-6:17, which is ridiculous for an oil change and car inspection . My boyfriend stepped out for air and said 4 employees were standing around talking and didn t move until they saw him come out and look at them. YIKES. Customer service is not what it use to be AT ALL. I ll stick to Express or Take5 honestly. Maybe it s just this location, but it put a sour taste in my mouth for Firestone. A plus was that the coupon I wanted to use didn t match the oil my car took, but they still found a coupon for me! Oh, and my oil change light was still on afterward as well, so I have to get that turned off. Hopefully the work was actually done!

Made an appt very last minute and they fit me in. Did all the work on my car in a very efficient manner (I waited there) and communicated all parts of the process with me. Did not feel like they were trying to sell me on anything unnecessary either. Will definitely be back!

Please do yourself a favor and avoid the Firestone on Druid Hills like the plague. They are unprofessional and dishonest. They gave me an appointment at noon on Sat and so I took my car in. All smiles, they assured me it would be dove by 6pm. First lie. I ubered home and waited for the call to say car was ready. No call. Finally at 5:15 I called them only to find out the car hadn t even been looked at. After I lost my cool, I was told I could pick the car up and bring back on Sunday. Better believe k picked up my car again ubering out of pocket and will never take it back to them. They are terrible. Read other people s reviews too and you will see. I read reviews after this incident and was shocked. Firestone should be boycotted and forced to close its doors. They are terrible. Take your car to Mavis instead.Only giving one star since no star is not an option

Great, friendly, knowledgeable service, plus they are open on Sundays, which many competitors are not. Got us through a sudden oil emergency and did repairs plus other maintenance issues quickly and at a reasonable price.

Business is businessToo Long, Didn't Read: Firestone Complete Automanipulation on Druid Hills will manipulate the well-being of your car, and take their sweet time with it, too!Took my car back to firestone after noticing a funny sound coming from my car after they did my oil change last week. Turns out it was the muffler of my exhaust making that terrible noise, fair. I didn't learn this, however, until they did a general vehicle inspection and I learned my steering/suspension, brake pads, and wheel needed to be repaired, aligned, etc... apparently. They don't do exhaust work so they recommended I go somewhere else to get that done. 'OK'. Called my dad (I'm a young lady) to let him know what was being recommended after I gave them the go-ahead to start working. At second thought, we decided getting the exhaust work done first would be better. Within 5 minutes of calling Firestone back to stay "never mind, we will do exhaust work first before coming back to you, and that I'm coming right away to pick up my car," I'm told that I need to give them a few minutes to put back what they've taken apart. ...ok... I arrive to the store about 15 minutes later and my car is still mounted. 'Fine, they probably need to screw some things back'. But the guys are out there laid back, joking and laughing. (This is where I start to regret trusting such individuals with the care of my car). One hour later, I see that my car has been put down and another 30 minutes goes by before I have to get up myself and get the attention of someone up front, who then goes out to ask if they're done working, to which a worker swiftly grabs the keys and drives my car up front. 'Hmm, if it was that easy, why did I wait that long?'...Now, here's the kicker. My car WOBBLES now over speeds of 30mph! And my brakes are now *actually* TRASH! Feels like my wheels are going to fall off and I have no control over my vehicle. Why was my car "taken apart" then "put back together" in worse condition? What kind of "auto care" is this? Why would you put an innocent person in danger like that? What makes you think I'd come back and say, "oh no, looks like my car is worse, please fix it for me and I'll give you money".I will not be returning, because business is business and the business done here is that of evil. Make sure to come off knowledgeable and intentional, otherwise they will put your life in danger for the sake of business.

Lala was helpful, but nobody told me that the tires I ordered on Monday that should have been delivered Tuesday morning were not even in the shop today on Wednesday until I had waited over an hour. An extra day and $50 in Lyft rides later, I get home and fine an entire tires worth of missing lug caps, and the cap pulling tool has been taken, used, and lost.Good customer service, poor actual service. I do not recommend using this facility for work.EDIT: After getting on the highway a couple days after my purchase and installation and feeling like I was driving a washing machine, I took my car to another tire shop and the tires were ALL found to be out of balance - they were so bad that the other tire shop suggested the balancer may be out of calibration.

Very disappointed with the service and lack of functioning equipment from Firestone. I paid more than $2000.00 to get my AC fixed and had to return it once because it stepped working. It has stopped working once again and I was told that the machine used to check the AC system is out of service and it is unknown when the part when will available.I don't understand how any business functions in this way. I was instructed to call around town and find another location. Firestone is not living up to their mission statement of being "Positively involved in your world offering not only the best customer service, quality products and the right solutions for your auto care needs."The manager should've ensured that their team offered better solutions of having the recommendation for another store to perform a service that they can't due to a mechanical delay. Additionally, I called three other stores who stated that that they don't have an AC Technician on their team to do the job I need performed. It's a shame that I have to drive so far from home and can't get this done at my neighborhood Firestone.

I decided it was time to bring my 2016 Honda Civic in for tires. I spoke to Benjamin and agreed to wait while their technician would replace all 4 tires. Included as always, is the courtesy check, which I decline any listed repairs which were rear brakes and a dirty air filter. I would take care of those items at a later date on my own as I work on my car at home. I waited a little over an hour, and my car was ready. I paid my invoice and proceeded outside to do a walk around to check my new tires out. I realized one of the valve stem caps was left off. So I walked inside and asked for one. I drive off a little disappointed. A mile and a half later, my tire light shows on the dash display. Im thinking-Okay, so I call the store back as I'm turning around and speaking to the service advisor sharing with him that his technician probably did not pay attention to the door jam that states 32 psi as the inflated pressure. I pulled up as the Benjamin walked out to my car and indeed did verify that was the issue issue with the TPMS light being on. I set my vehicle to calibration mode to reset the light and drove home.Tonight as I was driving home, I noticed that as I would accelerate, I was hearing an unusual sound from my engine compartment. I arrived home and opened my hood to give a visual inspection. So irritated and extremely disappointed and angry. I discovered the source of this sound and decided to share that here. My air filter box was left unlatched. I have been driving for 4 days with my throttle body and engine sucking in DIRTY air and that was what the noise was. The service technician who worked on my vehicle FAILED again. I am very skeptical when I DO have to have someone look at my car just for this example. I called the store but the manager will be in the morning. Please stay away from this place.

The team fixed a faulty valve stem they had recently installed extremely quickly and without any issue. I've been coming to this store for over 20 years, and will continue to be a customer going forward!

I have been coming to Mike and Ben for years...before I could even drive, because my mom would go to them. They have always treated my mom, my brother, and myself with respect and honesty about our cars. We trust no one else as much as we trust this firestone location with our cars. I am just so thankful I know I'll be taken care of and not taken advantage of.Thank you to Michael and LaLa too! They are very professional and welcoming every time we see them too

The worst experience of my life! Please go somewhere else! I took my car in yesterday to get an oxygen sensor replaced and now my car is completely messed up, my A/C won t work, my sunroof or windows won t roll down anymore, they over charged me. The workers were so rude, literally besides one man, but he wasn t there during pickup, absolutely had the worst service I have ever received, and on top of that it was the service manager I was speaking too.I will be making a claim to my insurance, that s how bad is it, please save your money! Try Midtown tire or Motor South!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Transmission repair

Please save your time and money! This has to be the worst firestone in Atlanta. I had a bolt missing from my caliper and Before i could even state what issue was or greet anyone . Benjamn who was extremely rude and nasty basically tells me he cant help me , shrugs his shoulders and continues to do what he was doing which was NOTHING. Mind you i called before coming to see what a good time would be etc. so to my surprise i get up at 8:00 to make sure im there by 8:30am as instructed just for him to tell me he cant help me. Honestly After reading these reviews from others he certainly did me a favor. I went down the street to midtown tire who were more than happy to help and turns out it was really a QUICK fix !

I mostly go here because of the associate Lala. She always helps me understand what is wrong with my car and she is super friendly. The other staff is also helpful. I have spoken to Mike a few times and he has also been very helpful. They always take care of my car and definitely help me understand the process

Giving this place even a single star is overly generous. My recent encounter at Firestone Auto was nothing short of a complete swindle. I simply walked in to have a basic headlight bulb replaced, and to my disbelief, they had the nerve to bill me an exorbitant almost $100.00 for this minor task. I selected Firestone Auto because it happened to be the closest option. What a dreadful mistake that turned out to be.

I had an apt for oil change at 10. I was there by 10:02. on leaving the car, they said the car would be ready in an hour. The car was not ready until 11:15

Pleasantly surprised that not only did they have the tire I needed for my Jeep Compass , but they also had the tire for less than Mavis tire and significantly lower price than Courtesy Dodge Jeep Ram Chrysler. Not to mention I also my Oil changed for a Gr8t price as well. Very pleased.

UNETHICAL, DISHONEST, UNPROFESSIONAL & CORRUPT. Do NOT take your business here unless you want to leave with more problems than you started with. Mike Crunk, the manager and Nick Griswold, the claims supervisor are completely unethical business men and will absolutely leave you high and dry in a terrible, expensive situation. I am telling you- stay far, far away. Extremely DISHONEST work!!! They will lie to you throughout your entire experience. Then when they ve not only not fixed your car but ruined it- not take accountability. I wouldn t send my worst enemy to Firestone. I ve been trying to get their help to correct the situation they caused almost a month now.

I needed my flat tire repaired and repaired quickly. Turns out, I legit needed another two tires as well....They were able to get this all taken care of within a few hours on a Sunday afternoon. Pricing was better than what I was quoted at Costco.
