I've been going to this shop for years, but feel compelled to write this review. I own a 2000 Toyota Camry with 163k miles on it. Anytime my car needs a service, this is the only place I take my car to. Whenever I go here, I never had any problems with customer service and how they service my car. Everyone here is so nice and welcoming. Fernando especially is an amazing and honest mechanic. He always go above and beyond to make sure my car is OK. I can always rely on him because he always gives a fair estimate. I do my part to make sure my old car lasts long, and Fernando does his part to make sure the mechanical aspects are working properly.My car recently had an issue with overheating when idling, so Fernando took a look. It was initially thought that the fan clutch (?) wasn't working, so he had that replaced. After testing it out and making sure my car no longer overheats, the temperature gauge was still rising. I was beginning to worry when he said he needed more time to figure out what was wrong with my car. I had to leave my car at the shop and waited anxiously for the phone call. He called me the next morning and told me that the cause of the overheating was the water pump and timing belt. They simply needed to be replaced. I was so relieved! I really thought there was something seriously wrong to the point I may need to get a new car, but thankfully that wasn't the case. He gave me a new estimate and decided not to charge me for the fan clutch. It was a little more than the initial estimate, but it was still such a good deal. My car now runs just as fine and without overheating.If you're looking for reasonable prices and honest mechanics, I highly recommend this shop! Fernando and everyone here never try to take more money from you unlike the other shops. They really do care and are passionate with their jobs. So thank you Fernando and everyone else for all your hard work and taking great care of my car!

Took my car in due to a check engine light and tire pressure light exactly a month ago. They said the knock sensors were the problem and they also reprogrammed the TPMS system, so I paid $486 for all the repairs. Next day I got the repairs, the check engine light came on again. Called them and took my car in again - they recommended me to replace my spark plugs, so I did because I believed in their abilities and expertise.One month later, my check engine light came on again today. Went to get a quick testing - it said knock sensors were the problem. Again.I'm sure they are wonderful people who work there. But will I trust them with my car again? Most likely not.I am just sincerely disappointed and angry.

I've been a customer for several years and have always received outstanding service. I travel from out of town because I know I m guaranteed to have a great outcome without any let downs. Staff if friendly and professional. And Fernando goes above and beyond to make sure you get you get your moneys worth. Hands down they are my go to place for car services.

I m totally disagree with all this negative reviews. Those guys are so profesional, honest and very helpful. I am a customer for a long time and I never had any problem. I always get a great customer service. For sure I recommend this workshop!

They told me they d diagnose my car for free then tried to charge me $80, gave me an absurd quote for the work, found it $200 cheaper at another shop, the girl was refusing to give my car to the tow truck driver at first, killed my battery, took fuses out which I had to replace myself, and took the plastic covers off my engine and battery and didn t put them back. Girl in the front was rude. Manager was reasonable. Wouldn t recommend to anyoneAnd I wasn t even gonna write this review until I saw my battery cover was gone

They have taken care of our cars for years price of car repairs are very important when considering who to choose. They have always worked with our budget as much as possible. I would recommend FM Motors to anyone needing honest mechanic.

I totally recommend this car body shop, not only do not agree with the underrated comments but emphasize is a great shop, I had a car that was unoperative for years and they fixed it fast and gave me an honest diagnosis and definitely a great price....the people there, were friendly enough....so again if you have a problem with your car, this is, for me the best place specially for their prices which at the end is what we look for. My Nissan Murano is worwing great!!!

Both ladies at the front desk are completely oblivious and rude. They barely know what their names are, however, they argue with you and don't even bother to double check with the shop before giving you inaccurate information.Whoever said they are friendly here, they were lying.

This shop was the worst one I've ever been to. I had an appointment and they didnt get to my car until 4 hours later for a one hour job! Then to add insult to injury, one of the mechanics tried to argue with me when I was letting him know that he was changing out the wrong side headlight. Never again.

Went to get a quote from them and the front desk girl was very rude and nasty. The customer service is horrible here. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They argue with you on everything. Worst shop ever
