This place is amazing. I called to get the pricing for a few parts the young lady I spoke with Ryan Was so professional and Kind. When I arrived I was greeted by Miss Ryan and she was even more professional in person. 100% the sweetest.

I've been to several pull your own part yards and this one was the messiest. Staff was nice and prices were reasonable. You almost need a truck to drive down the driveway It's so rough. The large gravel they used in the yard makes it hard to walk and push a wheelbarrow.

So when I came to this establishment let s just say I wasn t a nice customer being honest if I was a cashier I probably would ve cussed me out. Miss Ryan was polite and understanding. Very professional company and staff was the best

Professional people. Extremely nice and helpful. Clean area, and a good size back yard. Perfect place to find the parts you need. Cheap to get in and your pass is good for all day until they close. You can also use your pass at there other locations

Found out about this place maybe a week ago - holy cow - online at the web site, you can find the inventory, parts pricing, and even what's added daily to the inventory - in the last week I've shopped 3 times, what I've spent for actual OEM genuine parts is just a fraction of what I'd spend on Amazon for the Chinese cheap. This place is great and I'll be a frequent shopper. 5 stars all the way.

Professional people. Part I wanted was not there and gravel on yard was too big. Quite a balancing act and rough on the ankles. Driveway needs something to smooth it out. Great speed breaker though. Thanks for being off DLH Pkwy.

I like the amount of vehicles here and the variety of different parts. The bigger African-American woman at the counter is rude and makes me not want to come anymore.

My truck was stolen on 5/19/2022 @10:15@m. I called the police upon arriving at home and noticing the vehicle was gone. Called several tow companies and no one had the truck. People in the neighborhood informed me a white tow truck was seen towing the vehicle. A friend of mine also informed me that gray and white keep stolen vehicles on the property. I called and asked for a manager and asked him if they had purchased a truck or any vehicle he stated no. If he didn't purchase how did the truck end up on his lot. I went to gray and white around 4:45pm that afternoon they were closed. On 5/20/2022 my instinct said go and see if they have parts for a dodge ram. The young lady printed up every 1999 dodge ram and for sure mines was listed as the first vehicle. I went to aisle 38 and for sure it was my truck I even opened the door and handed the police the title out of it. The manager stated to me he don't know what the day of the week is when we asked him how did he get the 1999 dodge ram red. Before the truck was stolen the vehicle is registered with active registration and insurance. My truck was running with no issue the body color is not presentable but it was my work truck. I had 2 weed eaters, small compact lawn mower, all my work tools. What reason did they have to tow my vehicle without my permission? My vehicle didn't have a sticker or anything on it for it to be towed. The sad part is they didn't find it in a random area it was 10 steps from my front door. The truck has a active title. I'm pretty sure if they run a Vin check on all those vehicles majority are stolen on that property. I'm out here making a living for my family and people are riding around stealing vehicles for gray and white u pull it to keep his lot full. Please what can I do? My vehicle had sentimental value. How are they purchasing vehicles if the owner not selling it because they do have database with the DMV. They stole my vehicle and have sold parts off of it. They have strip my truck. The BBB is involved

No more all you can carry, no notice in any way that it was discontinued. Searched the website, the newer website, Instagram, tiktok (really pull a part? A tik tok?) Nothing.

Horrible place - harassed me about my service animal then once I had showed them all my paper work harrased me about me haven open toe sandels I think this she be listed that if your white or better said latino your gonna be harrased last time I'm coming rather but online new it's probably the same price anyway.

came here with my boyfriend don t come to this place if your cars lowered the worst road ever deep potholes and narrow road people can t drive and will almost hit you surprised we made it out without messing his car up also car arrangement is messy

Terrible place, I don't recommend it. I have bought 2 transmissions with them twice and they didn't work, and when it comes to asking for the warranty, they ask for more money. They are very irresponsible and not at all serious.

I just called and spoke with a VERY RUDE YOUNG LADY AT 1:30pm and because I was not knowledgeable about what part I needed she asked why is people calling up there with attitudes, it's not my fault yall dnt know wat to ask for. I stated ma'am we are not Machanic us customers come to you because you are supposed to be the PROFESSIONAL. I will be contacting their cooperate office ASAP OUT OF CONTROL AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THE MAX

A pleasant experience from the beginning. I did not know the place existed until today. Sure glad I found it because I like it!I had a few good laughs with the employees and the soda machine was nice and cold. I'm sure I will certainly return. Maybe they'll have more parts for my vehicle next time

I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this junkyard! It's VERY organized as junkyards go and they have very helpful staff... Plus, you can always ask for help from Alfredo, the resident Mexitalian mechanic who is there pretty much every single day. He has his own tools mostly and is always willing to help out for next to nothing... which is also what you pay for the parts you pull from here too... Win win for all.

If I knew the names of the people, I would post them. Beyond rude, hung up on twice. Just wanted to know if what I needed was available before I made the drive all the way there I m sure they don t mind losing a customer ..that s what their demeanor said
