First time to this company and received great service. Very quick and reasonably priced. Even accommodated a schedule mistake that I made on my part. Very friendly and comfortable waiting room with a variety of complimentary refreshments. Great selection of services too. Will now be my go to place for my car servicing needs.

This location is amazing. Everyone has always been extremely helpful to me. I have driven to this specific location many times for oil changes and basic maintenance on my car and always left extremely happy! I went for an oil change and brake/ rotor replacement last time and left within an hour and a half! Josh is an amazing manager and always so happy to help me out. Thanks everyone!

Let me just give a shout out to this Wonderful team! Josh was so helpful. He took the time out to explain things to me and that means a lot. My car had two issues... and I had family obligations to get to safely. Josh made sure that my car was repaired so that I had safe reliable transportation to arrive on time...and all for a fair price!

I had got an oil change here 4/1/2024. 6 days later my car is out and oil and overheating. I went back today and they said my oil pan is leaking. I got a second opinion and my mechanic said it was the oil plug and it wasn't sealed. I went back to have it sealed and they wouldn t seal it. The service manager Torrey Hamilton couldn't give me a reason why they couldn't seal it. My car wasn't over heating or leaking oil before I had went here to get my oil changed. I do not suggest coming here for an oil change if you're a woman, alone, and don't know much about cars.they will try to take advantage and not fix their mistakes.

I ve come here off and on for oil changes over the years and have always been super impressed. The staff here is kind, courteous and makes everything so quick/easy! I never feel like I am being sold and they do a great job of being trustworthy and dependable. Came in today after failing an emissions test and my car making a strange noise after an oil change a few weeks ago. They helped me immediately and have 6 employees looking at my car while I sit here comfortable as can be. They have earned my business time and time again. I will continue to support this business and refer friends/family their way. In a world where customer service is declining, they are a shining star. Well done!!!Service: Oil change

Please don t go there! My friend and I went there today to get brakes and they tried to charge her $900 for a brakes and rotors repair. Don t go there. She went to Fire stone and they charged her $400 just don t go there.

I love that they don't pressure you into buying anything and let you take your time to decide what services you'd like to pay for. Breland was great, super polite, talked through what he was doing, and answered any questions I had during their oil change and car inspection. He explained what we could do for my car and what I'd need to do with my car's original dealership.The icing on the cake for this location is how they treat female customers. I usually get an oil change by myself but this time my brother was in the car with me so we could get lunch after. Other women may relate and know the struggle where if you have a man with you for anything car, finance, or tech related they'll talk to the man with you instead of you even if its your car. All the staff talked to me the WHOLE time and didn't defer to him for anything. This shows me how much they respect their customers, male or female. Highly recommend getting an oil change or basic maintenance here.

I went to Express Oil Change for an oil change as well as to get a new oil filter. It was a fine experience, but after about 3 months, a friend checked my oil and noted that I already needed a new oil change. That was very fast for my car, as I usually can go 6 months to even a year without an oil change. When I returned to Express Oil Change, they looked at my oil and confirmed that I needed an oil change. I asked them why, and they stated it was because I had a bad oil filter. When I mentioned that I had gotten my oil filter changed with them three months ago, they said it was not done by them. They showed me a picture of the oil filter on my car, and then the oil filters that they used, and they did not match. I then pulled up my receipt and showed them the oil filter that they charged me for, confirming that I either paid for a service I did not receive, or was lied to. They agreed to change the oil filter for free after that and to add oil again. I paid for the premium oil, but they said they had run out of premium oil. When I saw a box of premium oil on the wall across the shop, they said, "No, that's not premium," even though it was labeled as such. I didn't know what to believe, but I find it hard to believe that a place named "Express Oil Change" ran out of all premium oil at the same time they offered me a free refill. Overall, I had to advocate for myself a lot to get a service that I paid for and I feel like I cannot trust this business.

Always satisfied as a woman customer. Highly recommended for oil changes. $40 with quick service and attentive staff members on duty. well worth it and never disappointed! Mad love!

Tez was the most attentive engineer I ve probably ever experienced. He made me feel welcome, taken care of, listened to, and sent me on my way with a better vehicle. He was so good at communicating with me so I understood step by step and took the time to work out everything I needed for my vehicle. I appreciate his kind smile and charisma! Mike was also very helpful and figuring out what was going on overall! I love these guys, the energy is 10/10!!!!

This was my first time visiting Express Oil Change and I will definitely be back! I went to the Howell Mill Rd location and my tech Karl was very friendly, professional and hilarious! I've never had such a fun experience while getting an oil change . Who knew?! It's the little things that matter to me. Thank you for adding more joy to my day!

I went for an oil change on Saturday morning. Shortly after I left I had a flat tire and discovered a screw with a torx head similar to the ones that secure the plastic underpinning of many vehicles. I suspected that I ran over the screw when i was getting the oil changed. I changed the tire on Sunday and then proceeded to drive down the connector. I suddenly heard a loud scrubbing sound underneath the car and realized that the plastic belly pan of my vehicle was detached. I pulled over and verified my suspicions. Now the screw in the tire and the unsecured belly pan are two dots I can connect to getting my oil changed at this place. Now the screw and the vehicle damage add up. I don't think I will be going back to this place anytime soon.

I had a nail in my tire and took it to Express Oil Change. They removed the nail, told me it did not puncture the tire, and charged me nothing for their time! Great shop, and Josh the manager is top notch with customer service, highly recommend this place.

Amazing service. I took my car in because the brake light was on, not knowing that I still had a good amount of miles on them before they needed to replace. Instead of telling me I needed to get them replaced when they didn't, they called me and told me it didn't need to be replaced yet. Honesty and integrity from them goes a long way. I'll be coming back here for my auto needs. Definitely reccomend. Shout out to Josh.

I recently took my car to here and the auto mechanic Tez was so awesome and I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. Tez was friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue with my car. The prices were really good and the work was done in a timely manner. I will definitely be returning to this mechanic for any future car repairs. I highly recommend Tez to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy auto mechanic.

I came into this location one day because I was having issues with another location. I planned on being here maybe about a hour or two. I was out in 15 minutes.I had another location do some work (radiator) & I just wanted them to check and make sure the issues I was having, wasn't from the work they did. I had to reach out to corporate to get anything moving & was told I could just get checked at another location.The previous location told me that the car would need to sit a few hours, cool down, etc in order for them to check it. This location came back with a new diagnosis for me in 15 minutes (head gasket). The manager at this location is very professional & handles his customers very well. He went over it with me & even recommended a product that might help since they don't do head gaskets there.This location is smaller but, definitely a better choice than my location in Smyrna.

Anytime I mean almost anytime I have a problem with my custom vehicle and when I mean custom... I don't let anybody drive her. the truck has lift doors. it is so special that there's only a very few people that are even allowed to drive her and James is one of the exceptions. Their shop is super super clean the customer service is exceptional. I never have to leave my car overnight I'm in-and-out usually the same day. Everybody asks how I keep my vehicle running at top maintenance performance... it is because of express will change on Howell mill road in Atlanta Georgia in James is the primary technician that takes care of her. Anytime I mean almost anytime I have a problem with my custom vehicle in what I mean custom I don't let anybody drive the truck lift doors up it is so special that there's only a very few people that are even allowed to drive her in they are one of the exceptions.. their shop is super super clean. the customer service is exceptional.. Definitely coming back again. Brandon made sure that my oil change went smoothly and that my car was behaving as expected. I did not feel like he was rushing just to get me out the door. Overall, I felt that he and his manager cared about doing a good job.

This is a busy place but the service was professional and accommodating. I called ahead to confirm with manager Josh that it would be okay for me to ship a set of unusually sized tires, which I ordered direct to their shop for instllation. He said they'd be happy to help and disclosed the reasonable price ahead of time. I then received a professional call from tire expert Octavius the day that the shipment arrived, stating that he personally looked at the tires and doesn't think they would fit my car. I greatly appreciated honesty even at risk of losing business. I assured him they should fit as I did my own measurements. As it turned out, I was wrong! Despite a busy day at the shop, both Octavius and his very friendly and helpful colleague Berris took the time to show me the tires and explain their concern in person prior to installation. After I insisted on trying to install one tire to test it out, they were again very patient and allowed me to examine the area where the now-installed tire would be rubbing (the proof I needed that it really would not work!). Instead of giving up, they suggested that I buy wheel spacers on Amazon which would allow the tires to fit, and to bring the vehicle back. When I stated that I only one off from work to get this done, they patiently kept the car up on the lift as I sprinted to the nearest auto parts store to see if they had the spacer part I needed. In the end, because of their patience, I was able to buy the part locally same day and complete the installation. The entire team was friendly and welcoming, and seemed genuinely invested in helping me make this unusual modification work, even taking a moment to show me a similar wheel mod they did on one of their own cars. Great service!

I just got off the phone but I forgot the gentleman's name; any who, I was only calling to get an estimate and his Customer Service skills is off the chain !!I already made an appointment I didn't have to look no farther. So this five stars goes to you Express Oil due to that and knowledge received for he explained things for my understanding. Thank you, see ya very soon.

As of 12/1, no one has contacted me. I reached out to corporate again too. Please be cautious because if there s an issue this is the treatment. The response was just a standard reply from them.As of 10/19, NO ONE has contacted me. I even reached out to corporate on that same day. So that message below from them is to try to look like they care. Please beware of this place.I am baffled by my experience. First, he stayed on the phone. Then told me I needed something I got the last visit (new brake fluid). Which was an issue last time because they had never suggested that and I have brought my car there for the last few years. I know now the deal with those too. But it was paid for then and for him to say I needed it again was crazy. After I said I got it done, he says oh, I really couldn't see it. Huh? The wait to get to the front was longer than usual; as I was pulling in, he was on the phone then, so that was probably slowing up the line all morning. If you are working, do not call women baby, be professional. My goodness. He tried to sell me on a cleaning I know is not necessary; ladies try to take note of things really needed or talk to men who know. That has helped me. I also always have one I call if I feel like they are trying to take advantage of me. After he was done, he then disappeared for 5 minutes after I waited to pay. He pressed his car lock button when he walked back up, so I guess he just went to the car. SMH. Oh, but the kicker was when I asked if I smoked, as he had a proposition for me. I told him he was extremely unprofessional, and he told me it wasn't that serious. I give a certain level of respect and expect that in return. I carry myself in that manner. I do not appreciate someone trying to see if I wanted drugs during an oil change. TJ is horrible. I have come here for years, but this took the cake with bad experiences. I tried to call as I left, but no one answered. I am disgusted.

Broke my dipstick, tried to tell me I had no oil in my car and then tried to sell me a new dipstick. Left, went right up the street and magically there was the normal amount of oil in the car. SMHLol at the response. I wouldnt go back ever even if you paid me. AVOID THIS PLACE

I arrived Saturday morning just before 8am and was third in line, I was out before 9am! They were expedient and knowledgeable. Marq kindly answered all my questions and showed me some things about my car I didn't know to check. Nice team.

I was told my synthetic oil change would be $77.00. By the time I pulled up my total was $98.49. Also, the person who did the service, was rude. His name is Maurice. I would have come out cheaper by going to the dealership. All these hidden fees. Also, I left my feedback on the site and I still haven t received a callback
