Great Service. I was getting my car serviced at the dealership but European beat the dealership prices. Plus when you have maintenance done, you don t get bill for maintenance. Where the dealership charges around $1700.00. European just recommend what need to be done. I drive a 2020 Range Rover Sport. I can leave my car after hours and it s ready the next day. I recommend them highly. If you looking for an extended warranty, check out Nova warranty and ask for Lucas. Tell him I recommend you. They will give a great rate and even a payment plan.

European Service Center Buckhead was such a great experience. I took my Range Rover to the dealership and they estimated an astronomical price to fix my brakes, rotors, and to fix a fuel issue. However when I contacted European Service Center they were very knowledgeable and were able to address all my issues with an acceptable price tag. They made this process smooth and a quick turnaround. I dropped the vehicle off Wednesday and it was returned back to me Thursday. They also ensured my services with the proper warranties and also followed up with me multiple times to ensure I had no issues with the work completed. I will definitely use them going forward and approve for anyone to use them!

I take my VW here for any required maintenance and have had for several years. From Oil Changes to Intake Manifold cleaning for carbon build up, these guys do a tremendous job and clearly show that they care about customer service and retaining customers for life.Super Fair! I brought in my 2004 VW Beetle to this shop because I had a faulty alternator put in from a different shop. They were able to get me a working alternator in about a day. They were hesitant because my Beetle is in rough shape but there's going to be a lot of work done on him. Thanks guys.

Abbas (at the Piedmont location) has done nothing but make me feel extremely comfortable and confident as to where I choose my car to be taken care of. I hit a lot of issues with my BMW once I hit 100k miles. Abbas was extremely kind, trustworthy, professional and knowledgeable walking me through everything. He took me step by step of what needed to be done, why it needed to be done, and what we might be able to wait on to fix for the time being. I called a lot of other places before I decided to land on European Service Center - and so gald I chose here. I will NOT be taking my car anywhere else!

HiI normally do not write reviews, however I am compel to write a review for European Service Center.I own a 2004 Jaguar XJ8 Vanden-Plas Saloon which I have own since 2006. I have tried taken this vehicle to other non-european shops to have work perform only to be unsatified with the workmanship perform on this vehicle. I have visited European Service Center several years ago to fixed a transmission not shifting issue (which was done to my satifisation and has been faultless so far).I was have coolant and oil leaks. The coolant leak was due to a bad water pump which wad addressed by previous mechanic. However, they did not addressed any of the another issue and am not satified with the repair of the waterpump. They did not replaced the termostat. Not happy at all.Now to European Service Center, they completed diagnosis all of the issues with the vechicle. At first, I wanted to address the fuel injector and spark plugs due to the cost of the repair. After look at the detail report with pictures that clearly outlined issues with the vehicle, I decided to proceed with the remaining repairs which included (addressing the oil leak due to the oil pan gasket failure), front and rear susension repair where all of the bushing had failed. I had put aside funds for the costly repair becuase I do plan on keeping this vehicle long term since it only has 129K miles on the odometer. All of those parts were original to the car. Eurpean Service Center we about and beyond by offering topay for the following:1. Detail the vehicle (inside and outside).2. A four wheel alignment (which was badly needed since front and rear suspension was addressed.3. Put gas in the vehicle so that I could get home safely.For the work perform on the vehicle, the pricing was fair and very reasonable. The total cost over 5K.1. Front and Rear suspension (upper and lower control arms)2. eight (8) spark plugs3. Oil pan gasket4. Oil and Filter change5. One fuel injector.6. Clean the under carriage from oil deposits.7. Warranty their work parts and labor (this vehicle is 20 years old).I highly recommend them for anyone who has a european or german vehicle.Gregory D.

Honest, professional, and helpful mechanics. Diagnosed my problem quickly and saved me over $1000 from other local mechanics. They repaired the oil filter housing, thermostat, water pump, and serpentine belt on my 2017 mini countryman.

I will not use another place to service my BMW. My husband and I found European Service Center (Buckhead on Piedmont) 4 years ago and have been extremely happy with their prices and service. Today, I called them to ask what training they used for customer service etiquette because their professionalism is outstanding. Raul and Amas (spelling ?) are awesome! I drove from Lithia Springs and will return no matter how far I need to travel.

Brought my BMW X5 for an engine oil service. The service was very professional and they also checked with me when they wanted to change the cabin air filter as well - making sure I understood the additional time and cost involved. Everyone involved was very polite and it was a great experience.Docking one star because where they are honestly looks like an abandoned lot with overgrown grass until you notice all the European cars parked there!

5 stars. They always take care of my car and do the work correctly.Just got my alternator fixed and they had it fixed within a day!EDIT: I would give more stars if I could. Took my car in for a melted battery cable, and they noticed that there was a recall out for the issue. Instead of just going through with repairs, Colin called me to tell me that I could potentially just get it fixed for free at BMW.Super honest shop, HIGHLY recommend. It is hard to find great shops like these. I have taken my 1 Series here every time it needs something and I will continue to do so.Service: Auto maintenance

It's rare that you will ever find an auto shop where there is someone there who cares about the customers. Colin is one of the few that I have met in the auto repair business that does. He took the time to really explain the issue to me and genuinely wanted to help. He's really just a great person and you're lucky to have him as your front desk person.

Colin and Chris are such amazing and heartfelt people to work with. They are incredibly efficient with their diagnostics and repairs, and throughout the process they respect me and make me feel like a friend. They are never impatient with me throughout the repair process and answer every one of my questions. Payment is always very reasonable for the work done, and I greatly appreciate that it never feels excessive for the quality work they do.I have had my 2002 996 serviced, diagnosed, and repaired here on multiple occasion. It was taken care of well and always returned in good condition. As much as I hate bringing my car into the shop these guys never fail to make me feel confident in the service/repairs I am getting. Collin is knowledgeable and knows his stuff. Always a friendly environment.They allow you to pick repairs A La Carte so you can choose between needed repairs to get you on the road versus repairs you can opt for down the road.Would recommend to a friend.

I took my Audi to this location for an oil change & to diagnose an oil leak that I was experiencing. They did a thorough examination of my car & was able to resolve the problem.
