This review is being left after several visits over 2 years at EuroFed.I d like to start off with the aspects of service that they do very well (except at the Johns Creek location). The guys in the office at EuroFed Atlanta are very nice and make sure you are aware of what s going on with your car while you are there. This last visit, they even got an Uber for me to get to work and back. Of the 4 times I ve had my car serviced at this location, there has been a new manager every time, and each one has his own style and is very personable and professional. Again, this was not the case 2 years ago at the Johns Creek location.Now the issues I ve had with EuroFed over the last couple of years. When I had my downpipe installed at the John s creek location, I felt very unwelcome, and the manager at the time was upset I was even staying to wait for my car to be serviced. Because of that, I decided to go for a walk. Afterwards I drove home, new downpipe installed and good to go, except they hadn t given me my old downpipe back. I had to drive back the next day, and he acted like he lost it. After showing my extreme disapproval, it magically showed up in the back. We all know the catalytic converter market is booming with people buying/selling/stealing.My next visit (to the North Atlanta location)I had my water pump replaced for the first time. Everything seemed fine, then the next day I turned my car on and my coolant light came on, and there was a ton of coolant just sitting in my drive way. Again, they owned they had made a mistake on the install, and replaced the part the next day.My latest visit was routine, until I went to drive home. I had to get another water pump installed, because we all know VW AUDI make awful water pumps. On my drive home, I heard something rattling around in my engine bay, and after my first pull to get onto the interstate I heard a hose disconnect in my engine. I pulled over to find the engine cover barely on/breather hose completely severed/ and the charge pipe and connecting pipe where blown apart. After letting the engine cool for a few minutes I proceeded to reconnect the hose. The clamp was extremely loose, which tells me during the reinstall they didn t make sure the clamps were secure, nor did they even simply put the engine cover on properly (the easiest part of the entire job). The screw mounting the charge pipe had been completely stripped as well. I texted photos to Alex immediately. I called EuroFed back the next morning, and he said he chatted with the technician. I totally get it, we are human and we all make mistakes from time to time. I don t fault this particular technician, as maybe it was his first week there. Who knows . Alex said he ordered another hose, and would have the Marietta shop call me by the end of the day to schedule the service, and to review the service they had provided in the previous install to make sure the car was safe to drive. It seems like maybe the vetting process for the technicians isn t up to snuff, as I ve had 2 incidents out of 3 installs.Well I probably wouldn t be writing this review had I heard back from them. I should have left this review long ago. 3 bad experiences out of 5 visits. Maybe it should be a 1 star review, but again, they were very accommodating. I m sure this review will get buried in 5 star reviews since they offer $10 off your service if you leave a 5 star google review.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Car service was completed in a timely manner, and the quality of the work was top-notch. Tyler and staff friendly, and knowledgeable. Wait there s more, the pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprise fees or unnecessary upselling. Highly recommend to anyone in need of reliable car repairs or maintenance.

In ten years of hiring automobile maintenance specialists for my high-performance SUV, I have seldom found a highly-qualified mechanic. I reached out to Eurofed for hard-to-find parts, and difficult repairs for a high-performance SUV.Eurofed Chamblee and Tyler exceeded my expectations! Not only did he stay in close communication with third party vendors to resolve countless issues over several weeks (extensive repair), he stayed in touch with me via text and daily calls.The overall vibe of the shop and the professionalism demonstrated by Tyler and his team is truly unmatched in Atlanta for automotive repair and service - highly recommend!

Very happy with service. Really appreciated the way Tyler proactive ly managed the extended warranty insurance claim...easily saved a couple of days, and got me back on the road quickly. Thanks, Eurofed!

I came in for an oil change without an appointment. They got me checked in and back out on the road in a reasonable amount of time. The price of the oil change has creeped up a bit, but I know they do quality work.

Super service with friendly staff.They get you in promptly and deliver when they say they will.I ve waited on-site for my car twice and they always finish on time.There s internet access if you need to work while you wait.They have cold water while you wait and a clean restroom. They seem to manage things well.You can have parts shipped there for installation.If they need something they don t have onsite, they ll tell you and locate and buy it and bill it back to you with your pre approval.Nice folks doing excellent work.So far so good for me.Brian even identified a problem that I should have the dealership resolve; and I did. Thank you!!Thank you for being careful with my car and trustworthy.

Tyler at the reception desk was helpful from the moment I came in to check my vehicle in! Eric was great, had me in and out of the shop in no time! Quickest servicing I ve ever had done on any of my cars! Will be coming back

When the convertible top on my Range Rover stopped opening I went to Eurofed because they were right next to my subdivision. They were great, got me in right away and had diagnosed the problem within a day. They have a great online invoicing system for you to approve the recommended work. They promised to complete the job by close of business Friday but they called to tell me my car was ready for pick-up before lunch! Everyone I dealt with was extremely polite, professional and helpful ... I will definitely be using Eurofed again in the future. I'm so glad they are right by my house!!

I brought my car in for an oil change and they found an oil leak from their multi splint inspection. This found out to be a simple fix and saved my engine in the long run! Shout out to Tyler and Eric! You guys gained a customer for life!

Disappointed, look elsewhere. Just had my front brakes replaced on my 2018 Porsche Macan GTS and they charged me $405 PER ROTOR! It is my mistake for not catching it, but I honestly thought when they quoted me it was for replacing all 4 brakes, not just the front.I called Porsche dealership up the street after to get a cost, they charge $200 per rotor. Suncoast Porsche parts it is $375 for the front SET!I have no issues paying a premium for good service and wanted to like them because they are close and convenient to me. But after the fact when I asked if that was really the cost (knowing they should cost half of what they charged me), telling me "thats Porsche" is not an acceptable answer.I hope the service advisor really didn't know and just thought that is what they cost. But either way, their parts team is not doing them any favors... or they just mark up their parts by 100%+?It would have literally been cheaper to service at the dealership, which is saying something!

Very exceptional work! The experience was everything I imagined; since I would always pass by the location and see the nice display of vehicles you all may have been working on at the moment in which speaks for itself. Thank you Eric along side the other team members at the Peachtree Rd. Atlanta, GA location that all helped out with getting my vehicle properly worked on & running smoothly. I will definitely refers others to your five star service you all provide each visit. Eric himself was very polite over the phone, as well as meeting him for the first time in person. I had a great experience with Eurofed recently for some warranty work and preventive maintenance on my Audi. My technician, Alex's professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the process. He kept me informed about the progress, explained the repairs in detail, and completed the work within the promised timeframe. It's clear he takes pride in his work and prioritizes customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Alex and Eurofed for any automotive needs.

I took my car into Eurofed Decatur because the brakes were squeaking. They gave me an estimate to replace the brake pads. I have now taken the car back five more times and the brakes sound just as bad as the day I first took the car in to them for service.

I was in a real pickle with a repair from another shop gone wrong. Dennis and his team got me into the shop on the day I called. They figured it out, installed the proper parts, and my car is running the best it ever has since I purchased it! They maximized my car s true potential. Came in for my servicing at 35k miles, had some issues on my car that they uncovered and gave me great information to ensure my car stays maintained as previous owner did not take care of the Jaguar well. Special thanks to Clark for making the process quick and smooth, and really going the extra-mile with outstanding customer service! This shop is amazing and I will use them for everything in the future. I bought an old school manual, Twin Turbo Audi R8 that has been a total money pit and had loads of problems, but Eurofed has done an exceptional job at diagnosing and fixing the issues. Their customer service is amazing. When I went to pick up my car I had some issues after driving it 10 miles on the way home. The fuel was very low and right before we got to the gas station it started freaking out, showing error messages and stopped running. Thankfully I was able to get it started and pull up to the pump at the gas station. I called Eurofed and one of them was at the gas station where I was within minutes. It turned out the low fuel caused the car to malfunction, likely due to the modifications. I should also mention that after the initial work they did, they didn t charge for any issues that came up after. When the car was finally error free and passed emissions, they actually dropped the car off at my house 45 minutes away since I had made so many trips. The car did require several trips to their shop after the initial repairs, but none of that was their fault. They did an excellent job at everything and I will always take my cars here in the future.

Dylan and his team were great. I asked them to do a custom install of 3 bottles of NOS to a main line to 4 purge valves.Frankly, I don't know how it could be better. It's freaking amazing.-The Bitcoin Lambo

Reach out to Eurofed to have a trans mount installed on my S4, and they were happy to help. I called on a Saturday, and John was able to fill me in on Monday.Jacob did an awesome job on the install, and my shifts are better then ever.. no more sloppy shifting. Looking forward to having some larger work done in the near future!

This shop is excellent! Great customer service and easy to work with. They do maintenance and repairs in a timely manner and communicate with you just as well. I definitely recommend visiting them for your European auto needs!

Count me VERY satisfied! I brought to them a multitude of issues on my 2002 MB SLK 230, which included an engine replacement and front steering/suspension repair.
