Great experience at Eurofed, they were able to find issues that my dealer's maintenance department didn't notice and fixed everything plus a few extras for half of what I was quoted at the dealer. The turnaround time and price were both excellent, the shop is very clean and Greg was an awesome service advisor. He's super nice and did a great job of explaining what was going on with the car to a layperson like me. I felt well taken care of at this mechanic after feeling taken advantage of at other places.

From beginning to end, these guys are professionals and gentlemen - I was immediately assured that my vehicle was capable hands, even before the inspection began. This may seem routine, a Diesel-powered vehicle is not welcomed everywhere...but Eurofed Automotive was undaunted.Thomas my service adviser was extremely informative and kept in contact with me about the progress of the repairs. I truly appreciate the time and care given to me and the repair of my vehicle. I extend the deepest thanks to the entire staff at Eurofed. You have a pleased new customer and can count on endless referrals.This repair was important for many reasons, it was not only the repair of a heating system in the middle of winter - (which guys...I REALLY am thankful for this week) - but it is also safety and security. I spend a lot of time for work and personal reasons in my vehicle and for me, like many others, it is an extension of my personal space. Our car's comfort and security help to make life work for many of us. Our vehicles' safe functionality make the difference of if we get our kids to school safely, or if we can avoid that deer, or to see a loved one.I wanted to wait until I could really give the review I feel your work, time and professionalism deserve.Thank you for Excellent Service!

Great guys. Very knowledgeable always willing to help and support me with whatever questions I have for my RS7. Thomas never hesitates to let me know when I m doing something that could be costly to the longevity of the car and Chris does a great job of showing me the wear on parts that I m replacing or servicing.I d definitely recommend anyone to come here for cars of almost all makes and models, but especially European. They will find a way to help you.

I always have a great experience at Eurofed. This was my first time at the new location on Marietta St. and it was great too. Thomas was awesome and my B8.5 Audi RS5 is purring like a kitten thanks to the expert automotive techs there.

Made an appointment 2 weeks prior to today for a $50 special oil change deal. Had all of my car details and a complete understanding that it was a Porsche. Arrived for my appointment and was told this deal NO LONGER is available for Porsches and my new price would be $130. Complete loss of trust and waste of my time as I felt like it was a bait and switch. It wasn't the money, it just poor way of doing business. I had a total of 5 cars I was looking to bring and service outside of the $50 oil change deal glad I dodged the bullet with these types of business practices. Just my experience.

This is my second time bringing my vehicle into Eurofed for maintenance and Thomas has always taking care of my needs for my 20 M550. He is very knowledgeable and I have followed him from the Buckhead location to the Midtown location. Love what you guys do!

Tried to submit various non issues to my warranty company and never addressed the issue of why I brought my car in. Held my car for almost a week. For nothing. My car actually drove worst after getting it back. Avoid if you can.

Staff went above and beyond to repair my friend's vehicle. They stayed late to get the job done, which was amazing! They're friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend Thomas and the team!

My check engine light was on and my BMW was running horrible. I had received a quote from dealership for twice the amount Eurofed quoted. They fixed my vehicle and with a warranty. Great service and fair price! These guys are the best!

First time visiting Eurofed and I was blown away by the customer service and level of care. From first point of contact till the last it was a personal down to earth level of service. Thank you Eurofed Automotive Midtown ! I can not express enough, my gratitude ! This is my second major repair at your facility. First at your Brookhaven location and most recently at Midtown. And I must say, you have a customer for life in me. I ve never experienced more knowledgeable & efficient service anywhere, ever ! Quite the opposite actually. I hope you realize what an asset you have in Justin, true integrity is hard to find. If I could give him 10 stars I would !! Thank you to your incredible team, and a very special THANK YOU to Justin. You made me feel safe, and that s invaluable.

I am assisting my sister (Tonja) with writing this review (some things are a little challenging for her to complete since her stroke she encountered a few years ago). However, we had the absolute BEST experience with Eurofed!!! Justin was amazing! He was so patient with listening to our needs and he was prompt with communicating and detailed with explaining the services my sister's 2004 CLK320 needed. He also, assisted us with prioritizing the services that were needed immediately versus items that could wait a little while. We are so happy we selected the midtown location and was connected with Justin!!!! We highly recommend this location and Justin!!! Thanks Justin again for all of your help!!! Tonja M. and Tameka C.

Eurofed was very quick with accommodating my need for an AC service on my Mercedes during the hottest time of the summer! Great communication with Justin and they had the problem fixed within a half day. Would highly recommend their trustworthy service!

Great experience. Inspected the car and brought up issues that I knew that needed to be fixed(some that I didn't know as well!). Very friendly, and they willing to work with me on parts I had. Even an "older car" like mine, they were happy to work on it. Really happy overall, and I will definitely be back!

After many many failed attempts at different Eurofeds, this one finally got me right! They saw how much stuff I had to deal with and even took care of me! I am greatful for them and now my car is running like a brand new car!
