This organization is so well run and well organized that it is beyond impressive. I manage a body shop in morrow and whenever im in a tough situation or just need a vendor that is reliable Empire is always there to help. Their customer service is exceptional. They even call you to confirm parts and to give you ETA's. Mr.Benjamin Alexander is an exceptional professional; He is always on time and punctual, He is also kind and friendly. Empire as a company is lucky to have him. He should be in charge of all shop to vendor relationships. He even helps you solve problems with parts ON THE SPOT. For me he has set the standard of how a vendor should do its business. You could literally not ask for a better vendor and professional. They are doing the lords work. If it was not for the people that are behind the empire logo. We would surely be living in the stone ages.
