Tree was an excellent help! Very professional, communicative, and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend anyone to her for service. She will not disappoint you! No need to worry about being scammed like you will be at all the other shops around.

WORSE SERVICE I HAD IN MY LIFE !!!!!! I got a flat tire. I got my car towed here by AAA. It said 24 hour service on the building & google. But when I got here no one was here. I call the number on the building a lady answer & tell me some one be here shortly & they re on their way. 2 1/2 hours go by no one still arrived. I been calling & every time they said 10 more minutes.All I was asking was for real honest ETA & I couldn t get that. I was told the man fixing the tire is only coming from 10 minutes a way & I ve been here over 2 hours. I m typing this while I m still here waiting. WORSE SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE

Rude receptionist - called lady and she stated that it s 30$ to take the rim off my old tire and put it on my new pre owned tire and 40$ at night. Again this is without putting the tire on my car lol. Was about to ask full labor price but my chance was taken when she hung up in my face. Some people do it for the money some do it because they like the job.

Eastside tires is that deal! Customer service is up to par and literally they were solution based when it came to my tire problems. Listen, don t be fooled, they will figure it out! Thank y all and my referral game will be super strong!

I honestly wish I could give no stars , I just went there on a Sunday , the lady lied to me over the phone saying she had my tires , I drove all the way there to find out they didn t have them ,( I need specific tires all wheel drive) then her and the guy lied and said they were at a place down the street and they need a deposit to get them so I said no they asked me to wait there I waited for 40 more minutes after already being there 30 mins and driving 20 for them to say , ohh I forgot today was Sunday , just give me a deposit and I ll get them tomorrow don t go there the tires are ashy and old and they have horrible customer service , I honestly wish I could give them negative stars

I went in to get my tire patched! They did a great job, were thorough and professional. It was affordable and I ve had no issues! Check them out! No wait time!

Flipped and balanced my tires there. In the middle of the process they run out of balancing weights. On the wheels which they did balance they just put extra weights, leaving old weights hanging on the wheel which is a mistake, old weights need to be taken off before balancing. We made an agreement to meet the next day to finish the work. They were closed, despite me coming at the work hours time.And of course Its not open 24 h as claimed by Google.Price is affordable, and the owner/employee are super friendly and nice people, that's why I am adding one more star on my rating.

Markell is awesome! He took care of the screw in my tire quickly and made everything easier than I thought possible. I will be coming back here anytime I need a tire patched or plugged. Markell definitely deserves a raise!

She ll work with you over the phone or in person ( EASTSIDE TIRES ) and the mechanic showed me what was the problem with my tire and solved the issue

Service was EXCELLENT and staff was friendly. I really was blessed by them for being open at 10:40 pm and I don't know what I would have done without them. Thank you Eastside Tire's.

This place is trash the owner tried to charge me 80 dollars for a tire that had 3 plugs in it I told her never mind would they be able to put my spare tire on she charged me 50 dollars to put my own spare tire on all of her tires are bad tires they take old tires off peoples cars plugging them and reusing them this is the worse place to ever get a tire from please don t even waste your time
