Truly a horrible display of customer service and blatant lying. I experienced a transmission issue on my 2014 Dodge Charger and had left it to this Goodyear. Once checked out, I was told over the phone THREE TIMES the only service I was paying for was a "block test" for my engine which was $35. When I arrived to the shop to retrieve my car, I was given a bill for $186. They charged me for a "diagnosis run" as well which was not informed to me as the customer, nor did I agree to that at all in any case.When confronted about the over charge, the manager Tony and the sales associate "Q" did nothing but gaslight the situation, claim "I didn't remember what they told me", and held my vehicle hostage unless the total of $186 was paid. I also did not receive the itemized list requested for what was needed to be done to my vehicle. I, the customer, was flat out lied to and taken advantage of, while also being made to look as if I'm angry or irate, when I arrived with the pretense of paying $35 for a simple engine test, but was forced to pay $186. Another sales associate agreed they lied and stated they should've only rung me up for $35.These guys are unfortunately money hungry losers and they will lie to you over the phone and take advantage of any dollar they can. If going here, asked for itemized lists of work, associates names who you speak to on the phone, and maybe record your phone calls with this location. They will lie to you.The most disgusting display of customer service I've ever experienced and associates Tony and Q have not one ounce of professionalism, integrity, or honesty in their very, very small minds. Sadly this is what makes them nobodies. Unfortunate.I also called Goodyear and D.W. Campbell Corporate to report this claim and they informed me that THIS LOCATION is NO LONGER ASSOCIATED with D.W. Campbell OR Goodyear and is an INDEPENDENTLY OWNED SHOP. So in actuality, we DON'T KNOW who owns this shop and why they still wear Goodyear uniforms. They are lying for every dollar they can because basically, nobody can challenge them! Do not send your car here!

I ve driven cars for over 30 years. Without question, the service at this Goodyear store is the best that I ve ever seen of any tire store I ve been to.My needs were fairly simple. I had a nail in my tire that needed to be patched. They promised it would be done in less than an hour and a half. It was done in about 45 minutes. The cost was $30.The two gentlemen at the front desk were extremely nice. I witnessed one of them interacting with a female customer. That s not always the best of interactions at car service centers. This guy was extremely helpful with her and she left a happy customer.If their work is half as good as their customer service, it will be top-notch.I will definitely be back the next time I have tire needs.

We had a flat while traveling on I75. Called DW Campbell and drove there on the spare. They had our tire and fit us in the same day. All the staff was very nice! The waiting area and restroom were clean. We are grateful for their excellent service.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I came in with a warranty claim for pre-worn front tires since my vehicle only has $24k miles and the Goodyear tires on my Tahoe are supposed to have 55K miles limited warranty. The gentlemen immediately started telling me everything I've done wrong to cause the tires to wear out in order to try and sell me new tires and disregard my claim completely. So frustrating to have that type of experience when I've kept up with service since I've owned the vehicle, but he decides to make accusations to make my warranty claim invalid so that I have to come out of pocket and so that he can get the sale. Never doing business with this place!! Beware, they are only trying to get as much money as they can out of you, regardless of your situation.

We were driving with family and dogs through town when we had a flat tire Ron and Holly saved the day! when we got to the tire shop I turned the car off, and the battery died. So we had to get a new tire and a new battery and we were out the door within two hours they were very friendly and Amazingly efficient! awesome -five stars!!

Always consistent, never any surprises on the bill when picking up the car. For most part great attitudes. You will get a couple that call you that are rude, but consistent keeping the samehelp, techs and front end desk. This makes me a lot more comfortable always seeing the same people and you will know who the rude ones are. I would recommend this garage to anyone needing repairs.

I've used these folks for nearly 30 years with many different family cars. They are always helpful, honest and respectful and have even fixed flats for my daughter for free when she's had an emergency. My only complaint is, they are so busy because of their reputation, it real takes planning to get my car taken care of! They're not afraid to direct customers to other shops if they know they are overbooked because they know customers will be back! I highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

They get a 5 for plugging my tire, a run flat so that mattered a lot to me. But for oil changes 0000000, they won't admit certain cars they have no specifications for them. Charging me More than the dealership he said if its cheaper than that run. But again he has 0 specifications while mansplaining to me about the specific type of oil like I drive a rocket. UGH. Never again.

Great EMISSIONS experience during COVIDLast year, when things were more "normal" I went to a place for Emissions and had to get out of my car. I appreciated that DW Campbell does Emissions, and I was able to stay in my car. The employees all wore masks and were efficient, friendly, professional, and so overall it was a smooth process and I recommend them!

Have been to this shop multiple times to get work done on my car. They do good work except for once they gave me my car back with the AC no longer blowing cold in the summer. The dealer told me they forgot to plug something in. I took it back there recently (because I liked the people that worked there and it's conveniently close to me) to get some Maxcare warranty work done on my car. Since the Maxcare warranty company didn't want to pay their distributors price for their parts they refused to work on my car. Even though the warranty company was going to supply the parts. So I had to pay to $150 get my car towed to the dealer and they happily worked on my car with the parts the warranty company bought. Needless to say I was highly upset. You would think their would be some type of repoire or understanding with returning customers but in the end its all about the mighty dollar. I cannot take the chance of taking my car back there . And that's why I writing this review. If you have a CarMax warranty be careful. My advice would be just take it to the dealer.

DW Campbell offers very affordable and quality service, best in Atlanta. The staff are very professional, friendly and information. They provide prices for repair and see if you are okay with it before they actually do the repair. Never felt I was overcharge when I have my car repaired. Incredibly honest and excellent service.

I arrived at this location at 7:25 (first customer of the day), it opens at 7:30 but techs start to work at 8:00. I was getting a part replaced that takes 5-10 minutes but they charge for an hour of work, everyone does so no complaint there. They removed the part from my car and it was just sitting at 8:30 I ask what is going on this takes 10 minutes. They ordered part after 8 instead of at 7:30 when I arrived. The part was delivered at 8:53 at 9 they checked me out. I will NEVER visit this location again. What is going with Good Year now days?? The service at their location has become awful! Oh well lesson learned.

DON'T GO HERE!! I am a woman and they saw me coming a mile away. They wanted to cheat me out of $2,100 when all I needed was my rear differential fluid replaced - for a total of $75 at the dealership. I went here because of the great reviews, but I would NEVER go back after I learned what they were trying to do. They asked me if I had had my car serviced recently and when I said "No, I only do tires and oil changes," they knew they could get away with it. Biggest scam ever.

I am so happy I found this auto shop, they are the best in Atlanta. They are very fast and informative. I have gone there twice now and each time the service has been amazing. They don't pressure you to buy anything like most shops, they give you a price before starting any work and its the same when they finish. I live over on the other side of I-85 but I will keep making the trip for a mechanic this good!!

I called this shop and the man on the phone was very short with me. I'm not sure if he was busy at the time or if he didn't want to be bothered, but he was very short and I felt very disrespected. Based on this experience and this experience alone, I'll be looking elsewhere for repairs on my car. If you don't appreciate me choosing to service my car with you, please don't expect for me to take you seriously. Professionalism and customer service are worth more than the services you provide, in my opinion.

I've been given two false diagnosis from them. They said my head gasket was blown two separate instances, over 2 years apart. My car is running fine now after a new radiator (fixed by someone else) and will continue running very well so long as these guys don't touch it. They even charged me to give me the false disagnosis! They recommended me selling the car immediately.Go anywhere else in atlanta and you'll be better off.

I take all my cars here. Just got a new one and still go here over the dealership. Prices are fair. Several years ago there was a CBS 46 investigation about local mechanics overcharging and this place was the only one they secret shopped that passed. It's also nice to see the same faces year after year. ASE Certified as well.

I chose this place based on the high ratings & reviews on Google and it was totally great. I needed a basic oil change and a check on a squealing belt. Ray, Leonard, and the team were super friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions and help me make decisions about what I should go ahead and have done. Will definitely go back there when it's time to replace that belt!

I have been taking my car here for regular oil changes for over a year and have always had friendly, trustworthy service. I never feel as though they will scam or overcharge me and I truly appreciate that!

I had a 1994 Honda civic lx sedan with 149k miles. Was running fine till I got there. No lights or anything. Thought it needed a tuneup. They recommended a BG engine service with oil change for $269 . I thought That was overpriced. Coincidently the oil light came on says the mechanic that test drove my car. My oil light has never been on until after he test it. They did an engine flush on my car without me knowing it. A big no-no on a 23 year old car. And 2 days later my car died on the highway and engine threw a Rod left me stranded. So I junked the car and ended up getting a brand new car with payments. I called back and the mechanic denies it so he can cover his butt. He could have been honest from the start and said I needed a new engine. I will never go here again!!

I had them replace an axel on a Subaru. The car never drove right after that, and I confronted them several times. I had a real mechanic tell me Subaru's don't work with after market axels. They said the axel was fine, but it was shakable by hand, which is bad and will only get worse. If they had just given me my money back or let me pay for a genuine Subaru part, I would have been good. I was willing to pay extra to fix it. But, they simply ignored the problem. AVOID THIS SHOP!!!! They don't know what they are doing, and they don't back up their work. I had to completely replace the axel and pay double to do so only one year later.

I use DW Campbell monthly for oil changes, maintenance, and any problems I have. They always charge a fair amount and have never tried to take advantage of me. I would recommend them to anyone.

Update: they corrected the issueThey work is under warranty engine light came back on a week later with same issue they said I have to pay 56$ for diagnostic after I already paid for a diagnostic elsewhere in shoes them proof then they said the warranty only covers the part I would have to pay for labor week all over again .
