They sold my daughter a car that only ran for 5 days. She bought it on Oct 11, 2023 and has only put 300 miles on it because it needs a new transmission. Also, she has never received her plate or registration. I have called every phone number on her paperwork and either it is "not in service" or it is VM! DO NOT BUY A CAR from them!!

My nephew and his wife purchased a vehicle from this company several months ago. They test drove it and it ran okay. Salesman/owner stated that he would provide all new tires and make any repairs needed for 6 months. They paid him $4,500 cash even though car actually only cost $700 and have driven the car just a few times. It will occasionally start but once turned off, won t restart for several hours, sometimes a day. They have gone round and round trying to get repairs made and was at one point told it was the computer. They picked it up from Dresden Auto REPAIR shop having been told the computer was installed. My nephews wife went and picked it up, drove it and it wouldn t start again once turned off. She took the car to Pep Boys and was told the new computer was never installed and that the repairs were too numerous and car wasn t worth any money let alone what they paid. They called Dresden and he told them to tow it to a Chevy dealership for repairs. They haven t received the car back and Dresden refuses to now pay for the repairs even though he agreed to pay for any repairs up to six months. This guy is a scam artist and no one should buy a car from him let alone have them repair a car. Would haven given a zero but there isn t that option.

A good friend recommended this establishment to me. I am going to recommend this place to you all. Very honest and the pricing is oh so very fair. I had to get a lot of work done on a car that was sitting a while. Fernando took a look and told me exactly what I needed. He was not in a rush to take my money, everything was explained and he actually did not mind showing me. A lot of work to be done, timing belt, brakes, a whole tune up basically. He started working right away and I expect to have my car finished in 3-4 days. Terrance worked with me on the price for labor. Great team. I highly recommend them.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine tuning, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

I was here once in need of a repair. There are multiple workshops and I dropped mine in the back with Gustavo. When I came to pick up the back of my car was hit and bent. I should have thought this could happen since the place is OVERCROWDED. I asked him about it and he called me a liar that the car was already in that condition when I brought it in. Imagine how upsetting that is! Now my car is damaged and was called a liar. There are plenty of places out there. Don t risk it here.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE , THEY SALE BAD TRUCKS AND CARS .. THEY NEVER EVER ANSWER THE PHONE , AND WHEN YOU GO TO THE SHOP YOU GET NO ANSWERS !!!!!! I Was Sold A TRUCK WITH THE MOTOR GOING OUT AND THEY WONT ANSWER AND I HAVE LET TO GET MY TITTLE FOR THIS TRUCK , THEY WONT FIX ANYTHING AND ITS A SHOP THERE

Dresden Auto Repair, was very friendly and professional, and fixed my car. I actually had to have an engine replaced, and they were knowledgeable at a competitive price. The biggest negative was the length of time it took...the had the vehicle for over three weeks and, took them a solid two to fix it. I certainly would recommend and use their services in the future, just not if the issue had to be taken care of quickly.

Best shop in town, they're very affordable and the mechanics are very knowledgeable when it comes to working on cars. I only trust the new owner Terrace for being super helpful And Farnando The Lead tech For being Awesome and it's just overall a great shop. I will definitely be returning.

Terrence made my payment easy I did it from my phone thru text & Farnando really know what he doing didn t mind me watching or asking question this is my shop of choice now. Thanks for helping me the car drive great. Very good working guy like honestly he is soo good

I have had my cars worked on at this auto shop for over 5 years now. That are always on time and with very fair pricing. Strongly recommend this company to anyone with auto repair work to be done!

I have a great expense with Dresden auto. I will recommend dressing out over to anybody go check out dresses it's the greatest thing and not only experience it's a lifestyle

Went there for an AC check (aprox $20 as advertised). After 30 mins I was told it needed gas. I agreed to add gas for approx $120 and my diagnostic would be waived. I wasted for around 4 hours, to be told that even though they added the gas the car wasn't cooling. And that the compressor and expansion valve needed to be replaced. They misdiagnosed initially and charged me for an unnecessary service. And at the end didn't want to print an estimate of what it would cost to fix the problem. Shady shady practice, will not return.

Do not go here! Literally waited for over an hour for the guy who I meet earlier and said we would meet up at 10am. Then when I called him multiple times after 30 minutes, no answer. This place sucks.
