EDIT: I edited the original review to update where we are at this point. This place absolutely did us dirty and has caused THOUSANDS of further damage to the engine of our dodge. Not to mention, every single time i tried to get an invoice from them by calling, they acted very unprofessional and attacked me verbally because of my honest review on google! Our driver was stranded just about towards Atlanta and they took him in last minute for a code on the truck causing serious issues while driving. The driver (per owner approval) agreed to pay $300 for a "dealer part" they could get quickly without causing him to stay overnight. The driver left and nothing was fixed at ALL, but actually felt worse! They refused to work with him on the price and asked him to stay longer, but that would require him staying in a hotel basically stranded for an undermined time. They were told this and still refused to work on the $2000 bill! Here we are after 1.5 weeks at a Dodge Dealership in SC after managing to get the truck back a few hours home and we found out that the injector they installed was showing wear and tear indicating it was possibly used / after market for sure. AND they cross threaded an injector + left a part loose. We are now up almost $6000 and facing upwards of 25,000-30,000 for a complete new engine partly to blame because of the "repairs" they did here!

The owner, Jason, seems to be a genuinely decent guy that's difficult to contact. The shop manager that handles the day-to-day operations, Juan, is just plain terrible in every way. The eyes NEVER lie. I literally had to call the police on this reptile (public record). So, if you value your truck, your time, your money, or these reviews; PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO A DIFFERENT SHOP!! You've been warned.....

Went here but they never repaired our diesel truck, kept for a ridiculous amount of time. If the code scanner doesn't tell exactly where, why, and what the problem is with your truck, then he'll throw part after part at it. All at your expense of course. Charged us hundreds without a repair. We took our truck elsewhere for a real fix.

I'm amazed at companies not willing to work with you but willing to take your money.Sad to say, this is one of them. I also run a company that believes in resolution in any problem dispute.Not here.Best of judgement before you take your diesel here.

Jason and his team of mechanics got my truck in same day and had it back on the road fast. Quality of work was excellent and price was much more reasonable than other shops we called. They even checked the rest of the truck to ensure no other issues arise. This is our 2nd time using them for service and we are very pleased. Keep up the excellent work guys.

Terrible terrible terrible, by far the worst service I ever experienced. I brought diesel truck tech a running truck, my issue with my truck was that it needed starter fluid to start. After dealing with diesel truck tech my truck had to be towed to the dealer. I was told injector cups/sleeves needed to be changed, they didn t have the tool to remove them. It took Jay a week to tell me he didn t have the tool. I ordered the tool and brought it to them. Then I was told a wire harness needed to be replaced I replaced the wire harness. A month and a half later I m stuck with a $1100 labor bill and a non responsive truck. I was told by jay while trying to part ways amicable to calm down before things go left which I found hilarious. Communication there is awful, customer service nonexistent. They will misdiagnosed your truck and not fix your issue.

We had an aftertreatment issue and our unit was about to go into derate mode. They took us in right away, diagnosed and performed repairs, got us back on the road in no time. Very professional service with fair pricing. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone and we will come back again when we have issues in the area. Thank you!!

They tried charging me 4 hours of labor to patcha windshield washer fluid reservoir. Invoice total was $583.20 after I complained they lowered it to 3 hours and the new total was $448.20 This place is the biggest ripoff I have ever experience in my life. WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!!!

They might be good for simple work but if it s something in depth or complex don t go to them. My truck broke down and was towed to this shop. They advised me that my ecm was locked out. My mechanic picked my truck up and figured out it was the transmission in under 1 hr. The Ecm was fine. They charged me 752$ and my truck left worse than when it got there. I will say that Jay was honest in advising me to get my truck picked up. We basically can t figure it out in so many words . ONLY GO HERE FOR SIMPLE WORK .

Holy cow! Most every automechanic experience I ve had is a nightmare..long waits rude staff..etc. THIS PLACE IS THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE! Professional, friendly, FAST!!!, and on top of that, they have an amazing drivers lounge. I wish I could have these folks with me on the road everywhere I go. They knew exactly what was needed for the wiring in my truck, and they even were able to service my windshield wiper that I thought would have to wait. They gave great communication every step of the way so I knew what was going on. They truly care about their reputation which means they care about the customer. I m in no hurry to return to a repair shop but when I do, I know exactly where I m going!! Thanks team!

Read this review carefully. First and foremost, go with another mechanic, and don t do business here. Neither of the 3 principles of the business were upheld, from the quality work, customer service or affordable price-point . Went in for AC maintenance on a Diesel Truck (paid invoice in full) and less than 2 weeks later, the problem persisted. Called, and worked out the best time and day to bring the truck back on their behalf. Showed up on time at 10AM, left and came back at 5PM, only for them to one, not call and give any updates about the progress of the work and two, they didn t even touch the truck. Not only was money wasted but time was as well. The owner requested for us to bring the truck back (again), yet at this point the business hasn t proved worthy, and to be honest, it was too risky given the money and time that has been involved and ultimately wasted. In this day and age, supporting a BOB will always be our first option, however when a business doesn t follow the policies that they set, doesn't value ones time nor money paid in full, and clearly bites off more than they can HONESTLY chew, this is the most disrespectful act one can perform when it comes to conducting any kind of business. We will not be back, and none of our fellow truck drivers will either, and you should indeed bypass, too.

WOW, just outstanding! Jay was on it from the very beginning. He stayed in contact with me and kept me updated on their process and progress of my truck.Great personality and easy to work with. I must say I appreciate Diesel Truck Techs. Jay was very friendly and transparent when it came to my repairs. I have an older box truck and the part that is needed is on back order. They did not overcharge me. Definitely recommend this company!!

BEST service I've had in Georgia, they staff was kind they all gave amazing service. they work fast and efficient as-well as provide an amazing amenities room while you wait which was comfortable as heck. I highly recommend anyone and everyone with a truck comes here. Ill be bringong my trucks here from now one. Plus they have the best rates ive seen so far

Diesel Truck Techs has been the best move I have made with my business when it comes to the maintenance of my trucks. They are knowledgeable and affordable. They also come out to you if you need them when you are in a bind. Hands down the best I have dealt with.

The basically stole my truck!!! I took it there for a spring on the back door and a battery. They sent me an invoice after a month and said it would be fixed in a few days. After Isaid to go ahead and just do a full check I found out they didn t have the part for the door and the added another $3k to the bill for oil change and tuneup 2 months and $6k I m penski rental fees still no truck. They have practically put me out of business

Highly disappointed. I waisted more time than I spent money. With a KW by the way. My write ups were never completely. The things that were done, was not done professionally. Out of all the things that wasn't completed, the most important one was the coolant reservoir. Wrote it up twice on 2 different occasions and never was replaced. Leak has gotten worse. Can't forget they had my truck for 2 weeks and the only thing was completed was the crankcase breather, a sensor which was the wrong sensor and diagnostic. For 2 weeks? You have to be kidding me. I definitely don't recommend these people unless you always need a quick fix. I don't want no quick fixes on my KW. I need real mechanics.

Diesel truck techs did a great job identifying and fixing a coolant leak and was able to replace a fan clutch break in no time at all. Got my truck up and going same day. Thanks Diesel Truck Techs!

I requesting to trucker do not go this legal rober. These people r robbing OTR drivers. I took my truck to them n they replaced the Turbo for no reason to charge me $10218.65 n the problem was still in the truck n now truck getting repaired at the KW dealer in Jacksonville, FL. They r going to replace a turbo intake pressure sensor n crankcase filter only to solve the actual problem

If I could give no stars I would. We should have read the reviews before doing business here. $14,000 plus we have spent on repairs and the amount of money that has been lost with our business and the problem still isn t fixed, on top of coming back for the same problem since the end of February. These people are legitimate crooks.

Went to this shop for the first time, with a starter problem in my Freight-liner. They not only fixed it, but they showed me a minor wiring issue that they fixed while diagnosing the Starter issue. Thanks Diesel Truck Techs,.... You saved me a FUTURE PROBLEM!

Reading these negative comments it s clear you didn t go to jay i met this man one time and i knew this was the guy i need to continue doing business with kept me in tune with everything going on sent photos made suggestions was very patient i was definitely impressed he did a motor swap for me in timely fashion kept his word the whole step of the way so if your reading this ask for jay i have nothing bad to say about this shop at all

DO NOT COME HERE! These fools stole $6.5k from me and truck was never fixed properly. They will fix something that doesn t need to be fixed so you can come back. This place wasted my time and money I hope they go out of business

Truckers BEWARE!! do not take yourtruck here .These guys are trash , they have no clue about trucks .Will waste your time and money, stay away. I m not gone get into the terrible service , it s a long story.
