The best of the best! Jay and the crew worked around the clock to repair my truck. There were a few complications and they worked through them and were able to get my truck back on the road within very tight time restraints after hours. Would definitely recommend!

I had an opportunity to work with these guys. They were prompt and very professional from the beginning to the end. Very thorough and knowledgeable about my problem and repair. Jay was my technician. He treated my situation like it was his on. I was on a hot load and he refused to take any short cuts on the repair work. If you are looking for honesty and integrity, I highly recommend using their services! Thank you

This was my best experience at a mechanics shop: they were very accommodating, experienced and skilled. Got the job analysis and correction of issue completed amazingly fast. One of my headlights was damaged while being towed, it was taking care of immediately. I was surprised of the low cost for the repairs as-well. Thanks so much for emergency help. The mechanic and owner are Amazing to deal with

Broke down in area I knew nothing about. Gave them a call and they were right there to help. He got me towed, diagnosed, and repaired in a day. Didn't beat me up on prices when he could have also. They all are very helpful and professional. Highly recommended

Jay sold me a stolen box truck and still didn t straighten it out. Been almost 2yrs. I m still waiting for an answer. Jay when u left Desiel truck techs. U still left me for dry. I invested all my money and trusted u. U still didn t rectify this issue. U think this just gon go away.

If I can give 100 stars I will because this company deserves it, I got diesel in my coolant and went to somewhere else in the first place to flush it out but they messed it up, so I called DIESEL GURUS to help me fix it and they did an excellent service on my truck trust me yall this is the place. They are so professional and perfect even with timely fixing. I recommend DIESEL GURUS and also thanks to JAY he s the man.

I receive service from diesel gurus. The service was acceptable. I was quoted for 200 fee plus taxes. I provided all parts needed for work to be completed. I was charged 43.25 for shop supplies. Really not sure what that is. They were committed to doing the work efficiently. The job took longer than quoted, and they stuck to the quote. They were professional and addressed my concerns throughout the job. I have a couple other jobs that I need done, and I will be using the service again. I rate 4 out of 5 stars.

Needed an air dryer. Replaced at the Atlanta airport this morning. Diesel guru was responsive and efficient. Colby was super! Will definitely use them again, whenever I m in the area, which, regretfully is often. I m an owner-op.

Jay and everyone there at Diesel Guru are the best of the best!!! All very professional, hardworking, knowledgeable, and their performance is very dependable. Everywhere else I called for an estimated time on my repairs said 8hrs. Jay put 2 of his best workers and got it done in 3 1/2 hrs. Jay said he knew we had to get back to being over the road, because time is money. Honestly I felt like a celebrity the way everyone at Diesel Guru all got together to get me back rolling again.

First time visiting DG for a PM service. Had an inquiry about another issue with my vehicle wherein they explained what needs to be done where other shop was not able to resolve. The guys had food on the grill and were kind enough to share - now that s customer appreciation! Looking forward to coming back to get my vehicle in top condition. Thank you!!

Quick diagnosis of the problem. Also they came within 60 mins and did not waste any times happy with the service. The mechanic Colby explained the issue in much detail. making sure I understand completely. Also gave me tip on how to avoid issue in the future

We called about getting a DOT inspection done for a company vehicle. The rep who answered was very kind and accommodating to our needs. We were able to complete the inspection as a walk-in, within an hour of arriving for this service. Highly recommend!

I was referred to Diesel Guru by another shop by the name of Diesel Truck Techs b/c the issue that I was having with my truck Diesel Truck Techs wasn t skilled on so the mechanic kindly referred me to Jay (the diesel guru mechanic/owner). I called Jay told him the issue I was having (truck needs new turbo actuator kit) and he told me to bring the truck in and that he would be able to get it fixed the same day which was February 6th 2023. A week went past truck still not done. I called Jay several times & he would reject my calls and send me the same excuse text message I m in a meeting bossman I ll call in 30 minutes rarely did I ever receive calls back from Jay unless I constantly texted or kept on calling. After about 3 weeks Jay told me the truck was fixed and that their were no more codes showing up on the diagnostic report and it s ready to be picked up, I drove for about 5 minutes only for the check engine lights to appear on the dash again. I called Jay and told him the problem still persists, Jay told me to bring the truck back I turned around right away and took the truck right back to his shop Diesel Guru. Prior to me picking my truck up he did not inform me that the turbo actuator wasn t fixed, instead he informed me that he did something else in order to save me money and I didn t have any extra money in my pocket when I initially drove off after having to bring right back 10 minutes later. 5 weeks later he tells me that my truck will be finished and that I will have a remaining balance for the turbo actuator kit (he tried to charge me twice for his negligence).Here it is nearly 2 months later and I still do not have my truck, Jay took my truck to Frieghtliner to have the new turbo actuator kit he claims he installed to be programmed by Frieghtliner, but when I called Frieghtliner (3/24/23) they informed me that I needed a new turbo actuator kit and that the one that was installed by the mechanic (Jay) is used and no good. Jay had my truck since February 6th 2023 and has not fixed the issue instead Jay took my money, waisted my time, and gave me a used part. A job that Jay said would be done in a day has kept my truck for almost 2 months. To sum it all up Freightliner ended up keeping my truck and was able to fix it in TWO day and I am still out $3200 that Jay never refunded and 2 months of work. I am leaving this review from my own experience with this business and I wouldn t recommend it at all.

These guys are crooks. They are uninsured! Thats why they constantly relocate and changed their name, due to several lawsuits against them! They are very unprofessional. Will steal your original parts and replace with used parts. Do not take your vehicle to them. I know of personal cases where they ve even stole customers trucks!

Honest shop very knowledgeable well equipped.Been getting my truck fix with this shop for years and never had a repeat issue.did a full diagnostic on my truck within a hour and found the problem and got me back rolling with a warranty

Worst mechanic shop I ever been to they over charge and tell u they worked on something when they haven't even touched it and the manager Jay tell u plenty lies like what was done to your truck and I really think he doesn't have a clue what's going on in that shop.I took my truck back to them to correct a job they screwd up on and Jay told me it was complete but they didn't even touch it.I advise u to stay away from this shop I'll just take a loss and pay another shop to correct their mistakesWORST UNPROFESSIONAL SHOP EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD..No spam or slander all facts I just took my truck from u guys yesterday morning ask Terrance or Jay and I have a 9k recipe to probe I spent a lot of money

Took me 10 yrs in trucking to find a good mechanic and they've been the best I've ever had.... straight forward, no trying to up charge you and if they know people that can do it cheaper than them they refer you without hesitation.... much respect

I have to admit the way this weekend was going, I didn't have faith in any positive outcome. I was recommended to this shop by my tow truck driver. All the workers were upfront with what needed to be done. I needed a little assistance and they really came through. I really appreciate those guys for all the hard work they do. That job ain't easy.
