I m not sure what was going on with the attendant but he left just as I pulled in saying he had to go to the bathroom. 15 minutes later he walked back very slowly looking out of it. Spent more time watching his phone than watching the computer. Got it done but I would not recommend this location. Additional note: I appreciate the reply and tried to call you a number of times. It does not ring through at all.

found this place via yelp and was told their hours and that they don't do appointments. I drive down there and see a paper sign saying they are out to lunch. Was annoyed the person on yelp didnt mention this but i waited for 30 min until the after their lunch was supposed to end. No one showed up, by now there was a 5 car line and people started leaving one by one. 15 minutes later and still no one has come back. I spoke with a woman in line behind me and she says that this location is notoriously unreliable and that they will not do inspections if it is raining.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I did show up 20 minutes before they closed. I wasn t sure if I could get in or not but the worker did not give me a sign whatsoever. He just kept talking with the only car in front of me. I wanted to just know if they were still open for another test but apparently the conversation is more important.

Arrived on a Wednesday at 1035 am and no one was there. Waited about 15 minutes. I called and no answer. No sign indicating they were closed.

Me. Ben is the best! He s the reason I come to this location. Always in pleasant and has good spirited jokes. He s a character and really uplifts my day. He really makes this place and he s the best at what he does! I m always running late and he takes me even if it s at closing time. He s military friendly and comes from a military family! I wish I could leave more than 5-stars!

The gentleman working was so rude and mean for no reason. I feel as if he really didn't want to be there. I will not go back to this location (off of piedmont rd)

Had a really great emissions experience here with Mr. Ben! He was the absolute best. I highly recommend visiting on a day when he is there. He gave me a fast and efficient emissions check plus gave me a great tip to go to the Kroger nearby and get my tags immediately from the tag kiosk. He also installed new windshield wipers for me and went above and beyond to leaf blow the leaves off my car. I have a huge tree over my house and the leaves tend to accumulate right below my windshield wipers on my car. Mr. Ben removed all the leaves and tree debris and it was totally unexpected but very appreciated !Mr. Ben is amazing! Best emissions check experience I ve had.

Hi Google Family,I love this location!! I ve been coming here for over 5 years. Mr. Ben gives me such great suggestions and rapid service. It s great knowing I can get CONSISTENT customer service for my vehicles. Interestingly, staff overturn is a great concern in primary mandatory services. Thank goodness for Others such as Mr. Ben in the Buckhead location making this a great business to appreciate.

Ben did his job but made the experience very uncomfortable. He is far too insistent on selling you windshield wipers, and shamed me for not being able to afford his price by waving his finger as I was leaving. I want to thank him for his incredibly hard work and making my life easier (sarcasm).

Mr. Ben is not only a great mechanic but he an amazing person. He not only helped me with my emissions test but told me where to go to get my tags. I didn t even have to ask, he was just helpful and had a good attitude which I needed after a stressful week. I will be back next year and the year after. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!

Yesterday, my husband and I had the pleasure of meeting the infamous Ben everyone is talking about. He was courteous, efficient and is definitely dedicated to servicing his customers. Considering we were there on a Friday morning, the inspection of my XT5 was fast and efficient. Thank you Ben! You truly are as good as the ratings here state. Happy New Year!

Went today to this location to get my emissions inspection done. Waited a full 1.5 hours and once I pulled up to get the inspection the employee stated his computer was attempting to reboot and he was unable to do the test and that everyone waiting should leave. Extremely frustrated and complete waste of time. The employee also banged on the front of my car when I was attempting to pull up. Just overall bad experience here - recommend to go somewhere else.

Not the tech s fault, but spent an hour and a half waiting and left without my emissions done. I was the fifth car in line the first hour or so was waiting for others. When it came for my turn, the tech tried to reboot the system three times to get it to work and was unsuccessful. Had to send everyone still in line home. He said his average time at any other location was 3min/car but that this location was just really bad. Hoping to try the Collier location tomorrow, but stay away from this spot. Separate of the issues the the actual test, the gas station is gross with tons of people loitering. Didn t feel very safe.

Do not go to this location if you can help it. The technician was extremely rude. Spoke to me as if I was less than a person to him. During my first test, he asked me if I knew what a vin number was as if I was two years old.During my second retest, he was even more rude and refused my service due to me not having the original paperwork (the hard copy) on hand. I attempted to provide him with the photo copy Version and he refused, before turning his back on me as I was talking and walking away.

Ben is my brother. He is number 8 and I and number 9 of a family of 10. As kids on our farm, we were taught to work hard and be grateful. Ben is an over achiever in both of these departments! He has a way of making people comfortable and happy that I ve always admired. Love you, Ben!

Mr. Ben was AMAZING, it was my first time doing emissions and renewing my tag, and he was so nice explaining the whole process to me and how to use the kiosk. Amazing person, he goes above and beyond!

Mr. Ben was excellent, he has amazing customer service and got me right in and out around 1:41PM. He even gave me insight on my dealership not doing their job by providing the emission before the sale of the car. He looked out for me so i m looking out for him by spreading the word!! Go see him right off piedmont and morosgo.

You think you re just going to get your emissions done and you leave having had the most beautiful human contact of your day. Mr. Ben is a gem. A fixture in the community. He s knowledgeable and quick. Get your emissions test with him. You ll be glad you did.

I came here once before and it was great. Came by yesterday (12/29/22) and it was a different guy with a neon green shirt that looked like he was having a psychotic break. He was screaming and jumped in some car and was driving around the parking lot like a mad man. He may have even hit someone else s car. I don t even know what happened but some guy that might have owned the shop in the shared gas station lot told me I should probably leave and I booked it out of there not wanting to get hit.Previous visit was awesome - courteous and quick. This time around, completely different person and not sure what was going on. It was a danger to everyone that was within the vicinity.

Place was packed. Came back the second time and it was better. The service was good. The guy there was friendly but talkative. I showed him a coupon at the end. He verbally confirmed the discounted price but then charged me the full price anyway. Saw it after I drove away and it was too much of a hassle to drive back. It's not like there was a time gap between when I showed him the coupon and him ringing me up. He said the discounted price out loud, walked to the register and rang up full price anyway. SMH

Quick and easy, open on time (their other locations aren t), and some friendly banter. What people might not realize is this company has people floating from location to location as needed. Ben now manages this location and it s so much better.

Great experience here! Quick service, easy to get in line and know where to go, and I didn t even have to get out of my car. Ben was very friendly & kind enough to let me know where I can print my car registration locally.

Everyone needs to come here for their emissions test! Ben Floyd is the nicest and most accommodating person I have come across in a long time! He gets the job done quickly and efficiently. He also told me where there's a kiosk I can go to to get my tags within seconds. I can't believe I never knew about it. I don't care if this place is out of your way... It's worth going to just to have someone friendly and helpful!! You should probably call ahead to make sure Ben is working. If this location were to get a bad review it probably means it was his day off.
