Amazing service, I went for my first oil change. Chris helped me at the desk he was very professional and friendly. They even checked my tires for me I m definitely going back for my next oil change.

LISTEN!!! Everyone come check out Sha, Slim, Austin and Skyler for all tire servicing. I called on a short notice with a flat tire, and Sha was able to schedule me in without hesitation and went above and beyond to ensure any tire service I needed was taken care of. I love the hospitality Dekalb Tires on Roswell Rd showed. Slim and Sklyer provided car recommendations that Toyota said they couldn t even fix, but the Dekalb Tires of Roswell Rd Team ensured me the problem could be resolved. Dekalb Tires of Roswell Rd is truly a family and I felt welcomed when I entered the doors. I will definitely be retuning for any car/tire servicing. Check them out in Atlanta!!!!!!!!!!

I came to this place because it was really well reviewed, and I can see why! Slim helped me and gave me such great advice on my tire, I m truly impressed. Good customer service can be really hard to find and as a woman, finding trustworthy service providers in an industry, I know nothing about can be very rare. But Slim treated me as if I was a part of his own family. I know I got very honest feedback and advice from him and I m really grateful.

My husband was stranded and called AAA to tow him to their preferred shop. That shop didn t have very good reviews. He searched for another shop nearby. He found Dekalb tirewithin 5 miles of where he was stranded. They had excellent reviews, and were open until 8:30 PM! Which was such a crazy coincidence it could only be divine intervention by God! We were waiting on an invoice to be paid by our client, and it did not post! The shop gave us 90 days, same as cash. I wasn t there, so I didn t experience the customer service. But my husband did. I am so grateful that the people at this business helped my husband. I cannot express the thankfulness and gratitude I have for this company. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, for taking care of my husband when we so desperately needed help!. I pray blessings for these people, and every great thing that they could ever experience. Every single one of these people.

Gabrielle & Chris are amazing professionals. They fixed my tires in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them because they made a highly stressful situation a fun experience. Also, the price was reasonable and fair. I truly appreciate this service.

Aurora, Amanda and the guy in the shop(I forgot his name) were great! Incredibly accommodating even though I arrived quite late and turned around my car very quickly.I had to replace 2 tires, and even though they didn t have them in stock, they ordered them and honored my warranty.These guys were incredibly professional, competent and I can t recommend them more!

Great work. Came in for a tire plug, they checked my brakes and it was definitely time. Hamilton did a great job and brakes have felt great. Excellent value and quick service. Wife and I have both been treated well her for tire plugs.

Shay was quite helpful. While multitasking at the job, I was impressed how she made sure customers on the phone, via emails and in person were assisted. She deserves a raise if you ask me.

Hamilton was absolutely amazing. I had a nail in my tire and he was able to get me in and out in under 35 minutes. I was so happy they were available on Sunday because I was traveling and didn t want to have to wait until Monday. Everyone was kind and efficient. thank you Dekalb Tire!!!

A flat tire is never fun and mine was terrible. Sha the assistant manager, Austin and Jordan my mechanics were beyond phenomenal. I thought I would need an entirely new rim, not only did they fix everything quickly, but they were so positive and cheerful. They also noticed there was a leaking valve that they also alerted me to and fixed. I m so grateful and will always use them for my vehicle needs in the future. Thank you.

Hamilton, Chris and Shay were amazing! I was under duress with a flat tire.Hamilton stopped immediately to put a new tire on my car. Im grateful, this is the best tire shop ever. If you want outstanding service, affordable prices and a dynamic team this is your place

I really had a great experience here. I was having trouble with my brakes and Dekota Recommended me to go there and it did not disappoint. Hamilton was very friendly and gave me a great deal on getting new brake pads and rotors, Jordan did an excellent job and fixing my brakes. Very pleased with the work done here.

So glad I stopped here after work to patch my tire that had a nail in it. I also was low on funds but Matt worked with me to patch up my tire right before they closed. Exceptional customer service, I even heard him going above and beyond for two other people so the service here seems to normally be great! I will be back for sure.

The people really care about how you are treated. No matter what happens they will do what they can to give you a great deal. I drive an electric car, heavy, instant torque. I go through tires. This is where I have gone and will go.

Came in on New Year s Eve to get a tire. Only a few working but he got me in fast and got a good deal!! Great customer service! I appreciate the kindness he showed me last minute, it s rare these days. The service manager Hamilton and service tech Micah thank you for such great service. Come see these guys!

Needed a tire for my car and they were able to get me in the next day I m pretty sure they can get you in the same day even. The staff are very kind. I appreciate the effort they give to get you taking care of instantly. They also had the specific tire I needed for my vehicles which many other places didn t have .

The sales associates/greeted me instantly upon entry with swift service and solution to my tire issue. Hamilton was very informative regarding all aspects of my vehicle. The tire replacement took less than 40 minutes to complete. If you happen to come upon Dekalb Tire, please do not hesitate to step inside.

My experience here with Matt started off great. They acknowledged and asked what service I needed immediately. I came for a plug in my tire (super slow leak). It took them an hour and a half to complete that and not only that, they didn t give me a plug they gave me a patch which cost more. He also tried to charge me a $24.99 rebalance fee unless I did a Google review. I never asked for my tires to be rebalanced. If you re a woman or a man with daughters old enough to drive, DO NOT SEND THEM HERE. They will try to overcharge her and will not prioritize her service. There s no way it took an hour and a half to plug a tire and there was only one other person at the shop getting serviced. A man of course

These guys are the best! I had been dealing with tire frustration with my car for the better part of a year and no one I went to could give me an answer, they just kept refilling my air. My friend recommended Dekalb Tire to me. I ran over there on my work lunch break one day, and was diagnosed with a bent rim within 10 minutes. The woman at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful and the two guys were conversational, kind and even cut me a discount to resolve the issue. I will be going here from now on and recommending to everyone I know. These guys know their stuff!

Hands down the best place I have ever been !!!!!! The customer service is phenomenal and their service is amazing. I called in for brake pads and rotors, they was able to get me in and out the same day. They always have amazing deals. This is the only place I will be coming for my car in the future. Thank you everyone for your help. Now I am able to get back on the road safely. 12/20/2023Since I m unable to write two reviews for the same company, I thought I would give an update. Lol. My tire was flat I came in yesterday they were so nice to fill it up with no problem and no cost. Unfortunately I had to come back because my tire was unrepairable but they are so helpful and ordered me a tire right away. I love this place!!!!!!!

The flat happened on the way to work and I was able to call right when they opened. They were able to order the tire and fit me in same day. Matt was very kind and I felt like I got a great deal. Will be back in the future!
