The woman behind the counter acted like she didn t want to be there. She told me they didn t carry my tires. I have a 2017 Lexus with stock rims and tires.

Had to rebalance my tires twice in one week because the weights were thrown off. Brought my car in Monday and it s still not fixed 6 days later. When you call, you re either put on hold for an excessive amount of time, or they don t pick up. This was my 3rd call today and I do not know when my car will be ready. Hire more people, retrain your team, and fix my tires.

My tire center purchase experience was disappointing. They had to order my tire from TN. It took four more days to get here than was promised. I had to call several times to check on arrival. I was told they'd call me. Noone did.The tire sensor continues to show. When I took it back, I was told they couldn't help me today. The tech was very nonchalant. Never again! I'm done with Costco tire center, and will ensure friends and family know to not buy here.

I've had my costco tires for several years now. I moved to this area recently and was happy to know that there was a tire center near me. Unfortunately this service is on another level of bad. At my old costco, rotations took about 1-2 hours, sometimes less. A puncture repair would be done within an hour. My most recent puncture repair here took 6 and a half hours. While I was dropping my car off, the phone at the front was ringing non-stop, so calling is pretty useless it seems. I'm taking my car to another tire center for my rotations/punctures from now on.

Technician here should be further trained. Purchase a new set of 4 tires online and installed at this place. Not in a good balance and returned after a couple days. Rebalanced but my car still vibrated after 60 mph. Meanwhile my tires were inflated to 40 with 35 recommended on door. Not believe in this location any more so went to the Sandy Springs Costco. Told them it was the 3rd time trying to balance the tires. They assigned a lead to me. Finally my car was okay.

Have you ever visited a tire center that didn't open until 10am and doesn't have time to service it customers? They sell the same tires as everybody else except here you have to order them two weeks in advance online and then make an appointment to have them installed. Then when you need the balance and rotate that is provided with your tires it takes weeks to get in and perform the task. They offer appointments but I still waited five and a half hours for them to balance and rotate my tires last time even with an appointment. It'll be Discount Tire for me for now on and they even offer larger rebates. I purchased a Lifetime tire rotation from Discount Tire, less than a mile away, who always seems to rotate and balance tires quickly.

They have the same tires as everyone else and it appears they are competitive. But here is the problem: they're a victim of their own success. The wait to get new tires is insane. People start lining-up, outside the tire shop door, 30 minutes before it opens, in hopes of getting a reasonable wait.While they offer free tire rotation for life, it's a hallow promise, because it's a 3-4 hour wait for a rotation (nobody realistically has that much time to wait). I'm generally a big fan of Costco, but they've got to come up with a civilized approach for new tires and rotations. I've stopped getting new tires here, because I can't handle the ridiculous wait.

I went in to have a tire patched. I was first told there was one nail and that they d repair it for $11. An hour later, they said that there were 2 nails and that the tire had to be replaced.I later took my car to the Lexus dealership who confirmed there was only mail and it was easily repaired.It is sad that they tried to rip me off. I will never visit this shop again, and I will tell everyone I know of the dishonest service they provided.

Just awful! I showed up early at 9:20 am to fix my flat tire, second person in line, had to wait for 2 hours and 40 minutes. Also 2 times before with an appointment for rotation I had to wait for 3 hours with no success, could not wait any loner, so had to leave. If buy tires from Costco forget about receiving any sensible service after that. They will make you regret bringing your car back for rotations or flat tire. 3 or 4 hours for rotations or flat tire at least! even if you have an appointment depending on the days. Apparentley the management of tire department dose not have a good sense of how to run this place to have more happy customers, and to minimize getting bad reviews.

Terrible experience. Bought and paid for tires. Waited for them and scheduled my appointment. I show up and they say they won't install them. Huge headache for no reason. There reason was garbage because I took the car right down the road and got tires. Had to return the ones at Costco. But you gotta call and waste more time on the phone they won't do it in store. Manager needs to be put under review. I asked to talk to the Costco manager and he refused my request. Very unprofessional. Even costco customer service was blown away by how bad it was.

I asked them 2x to keep my 2 nice tires. They put a dry rotted tire on the spare and in the back of my truck. No 2nd tire.. The same salesman I told I wanted to keep the best 2 tires acted like the dry rotted tire was my good tire. After I told him the tire looked like "shirt" his memory was jogged. I walked with him to the tire bay and told him "That's poor quality work. It should have never happened. No body listened to what I asked for." However, the manager listened and made sure it was right before I left. I hope this shop wasn't trying to take advantage of a woman and her 22 year old truck.

I took my car to get two new tires and was very specific about putting the two back tires on the front because they are the better tires of the old ones. Which, as far as I know is standard. You put the best of the old tires on the front of the car and the new tires on back. I wait two hours to come back and pick up my car to find out they only change the two back tires and left the two bald front tires on. They also broke my lug nut. They did offer to reimburse me the cost of having to buy another one. (Yeah I wanted to have to come back for something they did wrong. Not.) This is so unacceptable after 2 hours of waiting and only changing two tires is ridiculous. Not to mention when I brought my car and they said they were slow with customers. Can't imagine taking my car's to this place again. This is ridiculous. Especially considering it is easy as hell to take a look nut in and out of a tire. They have special machines for that. How did you break it. And I would not be surprised if they actually stripped my tire is what happened.

Horrible experience. Purchased new michelins online then have to wait a week before you can get them installed. Booked a 4:30 Monday appointment, arrived 30 min early, and after two false status updates, I ended up having to wait past 8:00 to get my car. Then they did not follow directions (there is a simple check the box on the form) to put the spare in use back under the car plus my tire pressure light is still on. They said I would have to wait a lot longer or come back to fix. No thank you. Their scheduling system is meaningless and I would end up waiting another 2+ hours I would expect for s simple change. This place needs more techs and more customer service training. They think they can win on price alone but I suggest pay more to go elsewhere!

I was called and informed that my tires were in that we ordered. They asked when I would like to come in. We confirmed Saturday at 9am. When I arrived at 8:45, I was informed they don't do Saturday appointments. I was told my truck would be ready in 1 1/2 hrs. After 1 1/2 hrs my truck had not even moved from parking lot and they were taking cars that came in after me. Costco tires will not get any more of our business.

Stopped by with an appointment to get two tires replaced, and ended up having to wait about three hours. The people were very helpful, but I wish they d be a bit more precise with scheduling to get appointments in and out more quickly.The tires have served me well so far and haven t had any issues.

Total ripoff. Took my car because one of the tpms sensors went bad, I replaced the other 3 a couple months ago. I had to wait 2 hours for them to tell me that I need to change all 4 costing $240. I took my car without doing it and went to Walmart and they just changed the bad one for $30.

Awful experience, we ordered a tire to replace a flat. We were told it would be in next day and they would call us. Well, they did not call us. We showed up 3 days later and they said "it just came in today." Yeah right. We needed one tire, my pregnant wife waited 3 hrs and had to leave, they did not get tire on.I came back next day and had to wait over 2 hrs, still no tire.This is one tire we are talking about.The service is pathetic.

I called 3 times to try and make an appointment. Twice I got sent to voicemail, and the third time someone picked up and immediately hung up. I've been here before to get a new tire and the technicians were very dismissive and seemed annoyed when I asked questions. Very disappointing service for someone who is an avid Costco member. This is the one Costco department that I never have luck with.

Customer service is terrible. I went there because I had a flat tire. After 1 hour wait they told me that they can't fix the tire and they can't replace it either because they don't have it on place. They offered me to order it which should take 3-5 business days. I refused it, but they call me back after couple days saying that my 1 Tire arrived and they can change it now. I was really surprised that they did order without my permission and they order just one tire. When I call them back asking if they received any tires for me they told me that don't take orders if no payment was made. I don't know what is going on on this shop but it's a full mess.

I had vibration in the front whenever I hit 60 mph, and I just had all the tires rotated and balanced at another Costco. Technician told me that was the problem, I shouldn't have gone to another Costco! Sure enough, he fix the problem by balancing it again.

Prices are good but service is terrible. Service at the desk is slow and when they finish with your car they do not call you to let you know it's finished like they say they will. This is the second time I've experienced this at this location. it makes for a frustrating day when you're waiting on your car to be finished. In the future I will likely go back to discount tire as the prices are similar but the service is much better.

Prices are good but service is very poor. Yes free flat repair and free rotation but if it s always a 4 hour wait is it worth it? Free air too but they always seem annoyed when you pull up for it. I got air yesterday and they would not even take the time to tell me which tire was low (pressure check) without an appointment.

This place need to do better. Had appointment and it take almost 3 hours just to check 1 tire. Need seating area. Bathroom was horrible.

Why can t they have someone work the counter like the one inside the warehouse? Every time I come in here no one is around to help. I literally have to open and close the door so they could hear the door chime. Average time wait usually 10 minutes before anyone comes to the counter to help. Costco really needs to step up with the service at tires center.

Made an appointment to have 4 tires replaced, done within 1.5 hrs on a busy/rainy day. If you have a special request make sure they make a note because they stay busy.Will be back for all my future tire needs!

Was there for 4 hours today for 3 new tires and new tire sensors and have to go back tomorrow because two tires are now running low. Terrible experience.

Horrible service. Left truck @ Costco to replace tires and got a call that technician stripped my Lug Nuts on my truck. Safed on tires but cost me on Lug Nuts. I will never used Cumberland Location again.

So apparently appointments will not be booked before 11am which makes no sense for those trying to be efficient and get things done early. Not only that there were no appts available for the foreseeable future. Love Costco but this is pretty weak.
