Really excellent customer service seems pretty rare in a mechanic shop. I was very happy with the speed and quality of Cornerstone, but especially with how often and how well they communicated what was going on with my car and what they were planning to do about it. They did all of this with a clear estimate of how much it would cost, which turned out to be very accurate. Couldn t recommend any place more!

Very fair, friendly service. This is my second time at this location and both times I was taken care of with fast service and always with high quality service! When you find a good mechanic shop you stay with them!

We have been servicing our vehicles for more than 16 years. We had Pontiac Transport, Honda Odyssey, Toyota Camry and still have our BMWs and Hybrid car like Toyota Prius. We receive the best service and the people are very courteous and have sound knowledge about any type of vehicles. They are very technically sound and very pleasing to take care of the customers. My friend also gave a good report about Cornerstone automotive. I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for the best sevice value for their money.

Great people! Honest, fast, decades of experience, great communication. Hard to find a mechanic you can trust and so I've tried to do all my own mechanical work for the past 30 years. Had a transmission going bad in the minivan and just didn't feel up to the task, so I asked around for recommendations and heard good things about Cornerstone. So relieved to have a mechanic I can trust!

Many guys from my church recommended Cornerstone to me in 2013. I have taken my vehicles to them since that time for all kinds of maintenance and repairs. I am continually thankful for their service. Every time they are straight forward, quick, honest, economical and objective. Earlier this week my belts were making noises. After they repaired the vehicle I said I am off to Florida for a few days. They said give us a minute and let us look over the fluids before you go. They inspected and topped off the oil and then put air in all my tires, including my spare. I am so thankful I have a reliable and trustworthy source to repair my vehicles. These guys are great mechanics, as well as reasonably priced and good men.

I've taken my 2004 Buick Rainier to them twice. Both times my car was fixed in a single day and for the least I've ever paid having a vehicle repaired ($90 and $116.50). Great customer service as well. This place is a little-known gem. It's the holy grail of auto shops, the one once found you'll never take your vehicle anywhere else. May they stay in business for a thousand years.

I started going to this shop a little over a year ago. My best friend recommend this place. They are very fair in price, very honest with you and some of the kindest people you will ever meet. They are so warm and welcoming. I moved an hour away from the shop, but I still make the drive to get to them. It is hard to find really good and honest mechanics. Check them out. They're awesome.

The folks here are honest, helpful, very knowledgeable, ASE ceritifed, and willing to take the time to help you understand what is going on with your vehicle. My Highlander had several problems, AC and warning light. I stopped in to make an appointment and check them out. They had been recommend to me, and I was looking for great shop to work with. I caught them on their lunch break, but they offered to help me right away if I had the time. I was their for a total of 45 minutes, and in that time they solved my AC issue, and warning light issue. The most important part was they took the time to explain what was going on with my Hybrid. Most shops these days have good mechanics, but great shops have mechanics that spend time answering questions and educating you on what is going on with your vehicle.

These guys are the most honest mechanics I have ever done business with. I have been to them several times now with various repairs for two different cars. Each time, they were able to do the repairs at a much cheaper cost then some of the chains out there. And they did everything quicker as well.These guys do good quality work. I will be taking my cars to them as long as I am in Atlanta.

I've had to take my Honda Accord to Cornerstones Auto to different times and both times I've received professional and honest treatments. the young lady at the desk (Char) always kept me updated and called back with what was going on with my car. I would highly recommend them to friends and family because they have always treated me good and fixed my car the same day. thank you guys for all your help and service. this is Viola

I ve been using Cornerstone Automotive for almost 15 years. Nilton the owner is honest, reliable and personable. He s saved me thousands over the years. I don t know much about cars so I could be easy to taken advantage of. That s why I m so thankful for Nilton and the staff at Cornerstone. There have been several times that they have told me when things could actually wait to be done. When I do need repairs, they always take time to explain it to me and even show me on my vehicle so I have a full understanding of what needs to be done and why. I ve actually learned a lot over the years by them doing that. Additionally, I won t buy a car without them looking at it first. I trust them completely. He s not only my mechanic but has been a friend for many years. I highly recommend!

This place is amazing! They only fix what needs to be fix and advise you on other items and when they should be replaced. Fixed my a.c. for $150 when the Volvo shop said $800!!! They are honest and reasonable priced! I keep their business cards in my purse to give to people. My whole office uses them!

I've been a customer for 6 years. Nilton is great to work with as he is more than willing to discuss what is going on with your vehicle. He works to determine the most efficient way to solve a problem. I have my breaks service performed here and occasionally an oil change too. My most recent visit was to help with passing emissions.

The best experience ever! They fixed my car in couple hours and while i was waiting i they treated me as a part of the family! Enjoyed hot tea and nice conversation in cozy office. I even felt lucky that my car was broken so i got a chance to meet so nice people!

The lady was very nice and made sure I knew the price before service and again when the parts were ordered and before they started on my vehicle. The office was very nice to sit in and I will definitely come here first if my car needs anything else fixed.

I had a few issues and a brake problem with my Cadillac SRX. After asking a few friends for advice I took my car to Cornerstone. I couldn't be happier. They were honest and straight forward with me. My car was repaired on the same day and I wasn't pressured to do a ton of work that I did not need or want.I highly recommend Cornerstone Automotive to everyone out there tired of the upselling tricks we have to endure most places these days.

This shop is where you want to trust your auto repairs. And not just mechanic work.They repair most anything. It is worth the drive if not close to you. In a world were ship shod work is done by the day by slickdaddy sales reps who never turned a bolt, this shop gets it done right with VERY fair pricing. Nilton Diaz is the owner. Super smart guy and very friendly. When you call, Char will answer, get all your questions answered and schedule your repair. Strong recommend.

I have taken my 2007 Yaris here for eight years. It is really a special place where, especially for women, I can trust them to take excellent care of my car at fair prices and great customer service. A bit of a drive, but so worth it.

I don't think my words can do the Cornerstone Automotive team justice for the level of service, expertise, honesty, integrity, reliability, genuineness, and amazingness I receive after servicing all 3 of my cars there thru the years! I have known Nilton and Baki for over 20 years and just recently the customer service lady, Char. But I can tell you this I have not known a more honest and genuinely caring mechanic shop in all the 30 years I've been getting auto service in the entire Atlanta area! I have written several other 5 star reviews of them on other sites as well every time they work on my cars. If you want dependable, rock-solid auto service where you can actually be at peace knowing that your car will be completely cared for, look no further then Nilton and his team at Cornerstone Automotive!

I've used Cornerstone Automotive for almost 20 years. Though I moved to Florida 5 years ago, I've struggled to find a trustworthy mechanic. Problem solved...I just bring all of my cars back to ATL once a year while visiting family and have Nilton and his team do their thing. Love this operation...they have saved me thousands of dollars on misdiagnosed or mishandled work by dealerships and other shops. Honest and reliable. I know little about cars so it is important to have such trustworthy mechanics. ALL of the Cornerstone folks are kind and competent. I highly recommend them and even though I don't live in Norcross anymore, I make the trip even for an oil change.

Cornerstone Auto continues to impress with Quality work over the Years. Nilton, the owner of Cornerstone called me personally to go over in detail all the repairs on my wife s Lexus LS 460 sedan. Front and Back brakes, valve cover replacements, lower Suspension control arms/ball joints, tuneup, etc. Even made the headlight covers look like New Again!Result: Lexus drives Again like a Dream!Thanks Again Nilton and Cornerstone for Always keeping the Customer Happy!
