I had a great experience with Complete Sound & Protection. Claude exercised patients and fixed the problem in the end.I had a double-din installed by a family member last year and months after I began to hear an intermittent high pitched sound from my speakers.Unfortunately, just like going to a doctor for something that pains you, the sound was no where to be found once I needed a diagnosis. The high pitched sound never came on while I was at the shop.Luckily, I had recorded it on several occasions, so I was able to provide those clips to Claude.Long story less long, he was able to fix the problem by process of elimination, and it did not cost the arm and leg that I assumed it might. So happy with the end result!Thank you, Claude. I ll be back next year to install the subwoofer. Thanks again!

Claud has great customer service. He was able to get me serviced at the last minute on my part for a radio/camera install. He advised me on best options and made sure I was accommodated and open for questions as I waited.

Claud took care of all my audio needs. He provided great customer service and was very knowledgeable about car radios. Mark made it happen with the execution. Mark did my install and it looked great. I will be back to get speakers very soon. Thank you Complete Sound!!!!!

I found this shop online and after reading all the great reviews I decided to take my truck there for service. I needed some new component speakers installed and I had a sound issue that needed to be resolved.The install went great and they even diagnosed an issue with my sub that I was unaware of. I had a great experience with Complete Sound and Protection and my sound system sounds awesome! Prices for equipment and labor were reasonable as well. I m very satisfied!!!!! I d recommend this shop to anyone.

Claude and his crew did an amazing job on my car. They replaced my radio from the factory version to a new and updated one that is so amazing! I my new sounds and I'm so grateful for the high level of professionalism.HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMPLETE SOUND & PROTECTION!!

Excellent experience. The owner Claude is very professional and the tech was very courteous. After installing the system the owner explained how to use it. I have been in this community over 40 years and only previously went to get car washed. Keep the business in the neighborhood, it's much appreciated

Great guys and great service!They added a remote start to our minivan which is a game changer when winter hits. They were courteous and had super competitive pricing. We don't even live near the shop but the service was well worth the effort to get there. This local business has been a part of the neighborhood for decades. Good place and good people.

Complete Sounds and Protection is awesome! Claude was very patient, and responsive to all my questions and concerns. I was able to choose my appointment time, and they were able to fit me in with no problems at all. All the staff was very friendly and accommodating while I waited for my Truck stereo to be installed. Very happy with the end result, cost of service and highly recommend for all your automotive needs.

Claude Made it happen!I called to have an Amp and Subwoofers hooked up in my truck, Claude told me to come in the next day. He quoted me a price that was incredibly reasonable for the work that need to be done, Professionally!Two hours later (exact time quoted) I'm living my childhood dream.I couldn't be happier with Claude and Corey (installer), everything is absolutely perfect! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Don't Cheat yourself, Treat yourself!

Claude is awesome. He knows his craft and will explain everything to you. He took a listen made a recommendation and was patient with me. He was able to help my husband with a situation with his car. Like previous reviews don't let the appearance of the building deter you. Top notch customer service and I can't wait to have them detail my vehicle

I have been going to Complete Sound & Protection for several years now and have always been completely satisfied. Claude is a great guy, easy to work with, and provides excellent work and great customer service at great prices. He quoted me a price and labor time a few days ago for a job I had done today. The job took much longer than anticipated, but he did not charge any more for the extended labor. Outstanding service!

I had a new stereo and speakers installed in my son's car as a surprise birthday present. I called ahead and talked to Claude, who was friendly, professional, and offered me a recommendation and a quote right over the phone. He was very patient and provided options to work with my budget. When I took it in to have it installed, they were very thorough. The installation looks like factory and they warranty their work. They even cleaned the car for me when they were done, which was no small feat. My son LOVES it! I highly recommend these guys and have never been happier to support a local business.

My experience was amazing. From the initial phone call with Claude to the installation by Corey, everything went very smoothly. They also quoted me a great price (much lower than some of the other places). Its been a few months and I've had no trouble with my system. I also wanna point out that he was helping customers troubleshoot over the phone while I was waiting. So I know if I have any problems, I can call and get help. Highly recommend!

Called the day before to get I m on a Saturday. Pulled up and Claude took a listen, he got a second opinion from one of the techs there and they both confirmed I needed to replace all 4 interior speakers. He quoted me a great price and started work right away. During the install he found the problem he told me I had burned speaker leads and that was why I had no sound. He took care of everything for me and was done in maybe an hour and change? In and out for a reasonable price on a busy Saturday. Great survive and friendly ppl. Don t let the look of the place fool you it s top notch. He quoted me a price for my next upgrade( sub and amp) also the most reasonable quote I ve got in the greater Atlanta area. Call in and make an appointment you won t regret it!

This is best service from a black owned business I have received ! From the very first day meeting Claude he was very helpful, knowledgeable and fair with his pricing . When I actually got the service he hooked me up with a better flat screen sound system for the original price as a birthday gift. I was nervous about the installation, but Corey did an AMAZING job ! Everything is clean and neat ! I m more than pleased !! I m definitely going back !!

GREAT PLACE! I got a stereo put into my car and it works great!! These guys here are very nice and the owner Me Claud (sorry if I m spelling it incorrectly) but he s down to earth, prices are very good probably the best! They treat you vehicle with care, everything put back correctly in place and neatly! When you leave as a customer you feel good and like you saved some money instead of feeling ripped off or taken advantage of! Mr Claud will give you the best price where we all could be satisfied as a customer and the owner!

The guys here are great and all really know what they are doing. They go out of their way to take care of you and are very friendly. I had subwoofers installed and the installation is clean. No scratches to the dash like other places I've been in the past. There is even a small convenience store and an awesome BBQ chef on site. No boring waiting around. Felt more like a Saturday backyard hangout with friends. I highly recommend coming here if you want quality work in a fun, yet professional, environment.

You won't find a better more helpful staff. I had an issue that I couldn't fix with my car alarm and I wasn't able to get to the physical store location. After a video chat and step by step instructions I was able to troubleshoot the issue and get my car on the road again. With not ever actually seeing my car he fixed it. I'm definitely going to get my new equipment from here!!! Fantastic Service...

Looking for experts in car stereo equipment? Look no further!!Claude and his team are one of the nicest small business owners that I have had the pleasure to deal with. I accommodated my need as a walk in to give me top quality service, even running out to find a part.They have a great selection and I would recommend them highly. From the first phone call to Claude to the stereo install yesterday, my experience was nothing short of excellent! Claude & his team treated my Honda with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. I brought my 1978 CJ7 in for a sound system refresh and Claude (and team) walked me through options based on my preferences (waterproof, durable, sound performance, bluetooth, etc). Additionally, I needed a new horn and Claude was able to recommend that as well. We worked through the upfront planning, pricing, and scheduling... all in line with what we discussed - no surprises. I did have to make a few follow up adjustments to the wiring/amplifier, which Claude quickly rescheduled and fixed. All sounding well at a reasonable price for a custom system!

I made some rookie mistakes in my attempt to install a new radio in my 09 Dodge Charger by myself. After hours of cussing and not getting anywhere from google research, I for these guys. I called and talked to the owner personally and he made room for me right away. The job was done right away and I was in and put in less than an hour! He sat with me to make sure the GPS that was built into my new radio was installed correctly and we went through the install with me! As well he did to make sure the blue tooth connected properly. I know a lot of people worry about leaving stuff in their cars while someone else has it. But these guys are solid and wouldnt take anything. They will definitely have my repeat business when I am ready for more!

Needed a new radio after my old one bit the dust. This was my first time visiting a stereo shop so I don't have anything to compare it too but I don't know what more you could want then the service at Complete Sound and Protection. Service was prompt, the man that helped me (seemed like the owner) was very nice, helpful, and upfront about my options and their cost. Would whole heatedly recommend the place.

Do not make the mistake of driving by Complete Sound. Granted they didn't put their money into a fancy building, but there is a reason this place is so highly rated, they are GREAT. Fair prices, super clean installation and they go above and beyond helping you with opinions available to you, regardless of your budget. Never any pressure, no needless up selling (although they can do anything you want if you have the $$$$$$). Can't recommend Claude and the crew enough.

I had such an amazing experience here. Claude is the best! He made sure to stay within my budget, fit me in same day AND helped me hook up my phone to my new stereo, he also helped me program it and made sure everything worked correctly. The area may look a little sketchy but dont let that hinder you, Claude and his guys are very professional and knowledgeable with installation. I was so impressed that I shouted out Complete Sound and Protectio on my social media and my parents will be getting my little brother a stereo from them for his 17th birthday. I'd recommend any and everyone to visit Claude for your audio needs!
