Unprofessional Auto body Shop. The owner and the son are very disrespectful they take money from you to do a job for you then they bullie you I had to call the police to get my money back. This place is not Recommended.

REPORTING ANIMAL CRUELTY: I did not go here for any service. I just pass it on a weekly basis and they have a medium sized dog chained up 24/7, with an oversized chain that weighs it down. It has nowhere to go and nothing to do all day and any weather. Get a camera system, it s cheaper and more reliable, instead of torturing a dog. I dare the owners to go sit there with a heavy chain around their neck all day and see how they like it. The it s just a dog argument doesn t stand. As soon as you chain an animal up with no freedom it s a prisoner not a dog. Do better!

I drove my friend here to pick up her car and I am glad I did. This guy is great and does lovely work. Give him a call, bring by your car get a quote and coordinate with him for the best time to drop off and pick up your car. He is very reasonable for the great work he does. Keep it local and support your neighbors y'all.

Someone scratched the side of my car at the grocery store and I refused to go through insurance to fix the large scratch. Fred jr fixed the scratch and made the car look brand new! I will definitely be returning and sending all family and friends here.

I can't believe how well this went. Fred is incredible. I needed the front bumper on a 2012 Prius replaced. Fred came in hundreds of dollars less than other places. I took it in in the morning, it was ready by end of day every other place told me it'd take at least the whole weekend. Cheap work. If you want something done for the low but not done properly this is the place. Best you know this before hand. I was told I should have known this based on the price I was given.And to make matter worse I was grossly overcharged. Could ve had an entirely new part for the price I paid. I had to place a tag onto a used car and didn't have the right tools. I dropped into the parking lot and Fred Jr step out to inquire of my visit. In all of 10 minutes he had not only applied the tag. One of the tail lights was barely hanging on by a piece of tape. He found a screw that fit perfectly. His customer service was exemplary. I haven't experienced such care in years. As a first timer visiting this place I can say that I WILL be doing business with them again. Excellent and Top Notch on getting my car fixed. I didn t have to pay an arm and a leg to get my car fixed, and was all about helping out with finding me a good deal. Super happy with my service and recommend them to anyone needing service. I took my car by on a Saturday for an estimate. The guy Frank quoted me and he said he would contact me on Monday when he would have ordered a part by then to bring the car in for repairs on Tuesday. I didn't hear from him so I tried contacting him and got a voicemail saying his phone was out of order so I left a message and the call was never returned. I then in turn called back the next day to see if the phone was back in order and sure enough it was and he stated it was dead which was not what his voicemail said. Nevertheless he informed he would call and order part for repairs and get back to me. That was Tuesday! Still no call. I texted him and he said he got me. As of Thursday I am still waiting for a call. Very unprofessional! My time is just as valuable. If he knew he was not able to fix my car in the one day time frame he gave, common courtesy would be to inform the customer so that they are able to move forward to a company that can. This type of unprofessionalism and lack of communication makes it hard to even support black owned businesses. Now I have little to no faith in this business and suggest others think twice before dealing with one that can't keep a business phone operable and lack customer service skills. Thanks for nothing! They are SCAMMERS! They told me an inspection was free and storage while waiting for inspection was free. I waited 2 months for them to do the inspection and give me the results. After being fed up with waiting and constantly calling to check on my car, I went to pick up my car and they attempted to charge me over $1300 for storage for an inspection that was never done. They then refused to give me my car. I left their lot fully prepared to sue them. When I left, they towed my car off their lot and to a tow lot. Their reasoning was that my car was 'abandoned'. How was the car abandoned when I was there that day to pick it up? I was fully prepared to sue them and they knew that and got scared. Thankfully, they did not get any of my money. Stay away!

The bad reviews are all true. Told me a simple fix was going to be $150. I went in knowing what the problem was. They quoted me $150 for the fix. Went to pick up my car and charged $1000. Refused to give me my car unless I paid. They aren't registered with the BBB either.

I wish i had known they're NOT registered with the Better business Bureau. They DO NOT take DEBIT or CREDIT in 2018! My experience was INSURANCE related, so they were paid the full amount.Took over two weeks to EVEN START!Trunk was misaligned when I came to pick up, so I had to wait another day. The owner said he could NOT repair back to pre-collision condition, and blames it on an accident prior.

This Place is horrible! They had my car for 3 and a half months and didn t even do what they was supposed to do. They service is extremely slow, I wouldn t recommend this place to nobody.
