I recently purchased a set of tires costing me almost $900 from this establishment only to realize after I left that I was missing my center rim cap. So I had to drive back which wasn't a problem but to make matters worse I drove my car on the expressway and after my car reached 70-75mph I experienced alot of vibration. My first thought was... my tires need balancing. I know damn well these guys didn't just put 4 brand new tires on my car without them being balanced. Guess what... I took my car to Goodyear on North Druid Hills Rd, got my tires balanced now my car rides smooth as ever. I don't totally blame the business because the sales associates were very friendly and professional I blame some of the people they hire. Take pride in the service you're providing for a paying customer... this was totally unacceptable. Then people wonder why the black dollar is spent outside our race.

Wow such a top notch experience! I was in the market for new tires so my cousin Starr recommended this place to me. My cousin has been going to this auto shop since the 1980 s! Everything she said about the staff was true! They are friendly, fair and very professional. Other things that stuck out to me were the very clean and comfortable accommodations! They even had USB outlets to charge your phone, which for a person like me who is always on their phone, was a cherry on top detail. They also stayed true to the service level agreement and I was out of there on time! They also gave me a call today to follow up on my experience, which I was not expecting. I will most definitely be coming back for all of my auto services! Thank you team!!!

After receiving horrible service from my dealership, I found College Park Tire & Auto on Google and after reading the reviews decided to give them a chance. From the moment I walked in, I just had a good feeling about this business. There were a few older women sitting and waiting and after seeing how one of the employees spoke and treated one of them with such respect, I was sold! I had a check engine light on, and after they inspected it, Lance was very nice and professional and explained what my truck needed. The price was fair and the service was great. They even vacuumed my truck out afterwards!I found my new car repair shop!Keep up the good work fellas, your service is greatly appreciated!

The best experience I ve had with a mechanic in my entire life My girlfriend and I were on a cross country trip passing through Atlanta in our van. Just as we got into the city our vehicle started making an awful clunking noiseThis was a Friday afternoon at 2pm and we called 10+ mechanics - no one was able to see us.Thankfully the team at College Park Auto and Tire wanted to help us out. They got the van in for an immediate inspection, an hour later the issue was diagnosed and parts ordered. A cv axle and two idler arms. Just four hours later and the parts were in the shop and the work completed, 10 minutes before closing!They were so friendly, helpful, and didn t overcharge. A truly world class service!Thank you so much to the entire team there for getting us back on the road quickly and saving our road trip. You guys are awesome!

My tire had a nail on the side wall which was not able to be repaired. Luckily The College Park Tire & Auto is one of the provider on my warranty list. That s when I met Lance White. I m not sure if he s the owner or not. What I received was the best customer service. He s very professional and responsive. The tire I needed wasn t in stock. Lance ordered and kept me the updated information. I got the tire fixed very quickly by Zay. They are reliable and honest. Thank you Lance for taking good care of my car. I totally recommend them.

I got a superior service for full synthetic oil change that took a matter of minutes and the job was done, with affordable price. Lance and co-workers were very pleasant and friendly.

Literally couldn t get service anywhere better!Called a few places before this to get a tire patched and everywhere costs more. When they answered, I ve honestly never heard a greeting from any company like they do and let alone at an auto shop! Unfortunately when I got there the screw was in the sidewall of the tire. Was given the bad news and told them I d return the next morning and after 5 mins came back and told me it was the last tire they had for that size so they went ahead and installed it for freeee! Gave my little girl a snack for the time being as well! These guys felt like long lost brothers that I ve finally got a chance to meet! I tried tipping the guys for their graciousness and wouldn t even let me!!! (Lol the only part I wanted to change but gots to take it and just pass the humaneness along.) When I finally get my business started I will definitely operate it like these great folks! Ask for Lance!Service: Tires

Come to College Park Tire and Auto Service. They are great! Needed a last minute service on my tire in time for college midterms and they were backed up, but the manager/owner was able to find someone to help me immediately. So glad they were willing to help me out! Great place if you need service on your vehicle

I had a wonderful experience there. I visited due to my engine light turning on and then off. They thoroughly inspected my car without any charges; I didn't have to pay anything. The staff took their time to explain the situation, showing their genuine concern for their clients. Truly a team of dedicated professionals. Many thanks!

The owner/manager hustles! He takes care of you & gets you in and out. Pricing is market value. There s a comfortable wait area with big flat screen and good lighting. The guys are great and do a really good job! College Park Tire & Auto exceeded my expectations!

Thus Black Owned and Operated Business is one of the Best Automotive Businesses in South Atlanta. I find their professionalism and upfront diagnosis is an excellent breath of fresh reality. They are organized and customer service skills top notch. Love them.

Today, I was at the car wash and got locked out my car, keys, purse, phone, and I walked over to the shop to ask for help and without a hesitation I was helped. I am a Black woman that moved 600 miles away from home, alone with just myself and my family. It was the most relieving feeling when I first walked into a Black Owned Auto and Tire company. They have been nothing but respectful, honest, professional, enthusiastic, joyous and most of all, Black. I feel like the owner is a father figure and his son is a brother. I recommend this shop to any women that are in the area and need reliable, honest car care. They even went to my friend when her tire came off and it wasn t their responsibility. They went to help. It s just dope. I truly love College Park Tire and Auto. I ve been in this area for 6 years and have always passed by this place. I took a chance and stopped in today to get an oil change. The guys were the best from the beginning to end. I don t remember how long it took (considering I had 2 cars in front of me) for my oil change but I know I was in and out. The atmosphere is pleasant and their customer service skills are great. I have brought my cars in for service to College Park Tire and Auto for nearly 20 years. The service has always been excellent and the staff there is always very respectful to each and every customer. When they answer the telephone each and every time and ask the question "how can I provide world class service to you today ?" they really mean it.

This is my second time coming and these guy are simply amazing and professional. First time my card seemed to be over heating. Brought it here on a Saturday and they kept it until Sunday to make sure they thoroughly tested it. Mind you they are not open on Sunday. They couldn t find anything wrong and didn t even charge me. Second time on another Saturday brought my car in for a tire going flat. Had my car in the shop less than 30 minutes. Wasn t able to patch it and they showed me and told me why. Had to replace the tire which i was fine with. I will definitely be coming back.Service: Tires

Awesome, A plus service. I have been here several time for different reasons. I have always received the same great service. The last visit the check engine light was on. They did everything to get it to turn off. Several trips later they took my car to Chevrolet had it repaired at no cost to me. I suggest all ladies try them out, they can be trusted to do exactly what needs to be done at a great price with honesty on what needs to be done. I recommend them to everyone for any of your car needs. Black owned and operated with impeccable customer service. Thanks College Park Tire.

Ladies I m warning you DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! They will try to get over on you because they know we don t know much about cars. It s several other tire shops just up the street so please don t waste your money coming here make this your very last option. They nice and friendly but will definitely try to get over on you. Trust me ladies GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
