Classic Collision Buckhead was amazing! Super friendly service and fast! They fixed my Audi and it came out like showroom quality! Definitely the spot you want to take your car to, especially a luxury car! Khemara was very professional and knowledgeable! They are under new management! Highly recommended to everyone in metro Atlanta! Thank you again Classic!!!

Had an awesome experience, my estimator Karla was on top of the game when it came to dealing with my insurance (Equity insurance). And the car came back tidy and it looks like nothing ever happened.

I had y car towed there after an accident. After it was towed they had to move it to the back... UnderstandableWhen I went to have it picked up by a company to total it out I found out it had to be moved about 3 spaces over. They charged me another tow fee. I had to pay 300 for it to be towed twice. Why would they charge me for a tow to move it 3 spaces? To me it's nothing but a big scam to get money out of me.To top it off there was a huge amount more damage on it then when it was initially brought in. I almost didn't get anything for it after having to pay them.I wouldn't take my car there if we're the last place in Atlanta.So here are the pictures first was at the accident and the other two are the results of them trashing it more.They said it would cost 9000 to fix it. The car still ran. It's the most overpriced repair shop I've ever seen.I wracked it before and after them saying it would cost 8500. I ended up taking it to another place and had it fixed for 4000.So you say why did I tow it there again? My sister made the mistake of choosing them. I was to upset to make the call. Take my advice and stay away.

I got rear ended and classic collision fixed my car.Pro: What I will say is the job overall was done very well, you can t even tell anything happened.Working with Karla was pleasant she was nice and very responsive.They got my car fixed sooner than expected by two weeks.Con: When I initially went in they gave me a quote as if I was paying for the service out of pocket which was $1500 more than they quoted for the at fault party insurance to pay. Saying we only use brand new Mercedes parts but with insurance they can use aftermarket or we have to replace every piece but with insurance some were able to be fixed which I really don t appreciate.Then they charge a 3% fee if you use a credit card.The front desk assistants are horrible. They act like they don t like their jobs barely speak, don t speak up, eating at the desks, and overall poor attitude.Would I recommend yes if you re using insurance

Classic Collision did an excellent job on replacing my mirror which was completely damaged during a hit and run. The process was smooth and hassle free. Filled out my paperwork online. They dealt with our insurance company. I was able to drop off my vehicle during after hours in a secure location with a place for overnight drop keys. They offer daily calls on the status of your vehicle. I received mine several days earlier to the estimated time and date of completion! I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who handled my claim at C.C. he was excellent and very attentive!(if i remember i will update this post) Thank you for a great experience! I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone in need of collision repairs.

Khemara was absolutely outstanding! Very knowledgable sweet, patient and all around one of the best customer service I have ever received! Unfortunately my Mercedes that I loved dearly ended up being a total. However Khemara was very above and beyond and held my hand every step of the away. And I ended up getting a good settlement thanks to her advice! Way to turn a negative into a very positive experience Khemara! My insurance highly recommended this facility and I see why now! True professionals who know their stuff! A++ Khemara outstanding job! You have my referral!Thank you again Classic Buckhead! You now have a loyal and happy customer!

Lord have mercy. This has to be the worst collision business in the entire world. I received a call from Classic Collision yesterday and was scheduled to bring my car in for repairs today. I walked in and told the secretary that I was scheduled for an apt. Christopher sent out his assistant to relay a message to me. I saw her walking towards the desk and gave her a warm smile. This woman was scouring at me as she was walking up to the front desk. She did not acknowledge me and began to speak with the secretary. At the time I took no offense because I wasn't sure if she was the person who would be working with me since she didn't speak to me, so I assumed someone else was coming. After she was done talking to the secretary, she proceeds to tell me, "The woman who called you yesterday and schedule your appointment really don't work here like that, and we don't take cars on Wednesdays and we're not actually taking cars until the 26th". I was like, what? She told me that I could "leave my car but we won't be able to start working on it until next week or so". I told her that I would prefer to be rescheduled, and in the meantime I asked her if she could go get Christopher because I wanted to say hello to him. She stated, "I'm his assistant he sent me up here to tell you this, I will tell him to give you a call". I told her that I wasn't upset about the mistake with the appointment that I wanted to say hello because I have worked with him in the past and I just wanted to say. She proceeded to say I will have him call you in a very ignorant tone. I was so caught off guard by this woman's nasty mannerism and lack of professionalism. I kept trying to explain to her that I'm not asking to speak with him to complain, that I literally just wanted to say hi. And she told me no. So I told her that this is not going to work out and that I will not have my car repaired with the company and called her a stupid ***** and walked out the store. She told me not come back, and I told her I never will. I am so glad for the experience because my car was never meant to be repaired there seeing how they have 3.4 stars on google. It makes perfect sense!All I can say is if you like hood rat costumer service this is definitely the place for you. I still can't believe the level of unprofessionalism I experienced today. I do not regret calling that hood rat a stupid *****. She needs a mentor and she will never get far in life with a nasty attitude like that. I recommend Classic Collision selects employees that are enthusiastic about life and has a sense of self respect and direction.

Please , and I m begging you do yourself a favor by saving yourself the time and headache by ABSOLUTELY not trusting CLASSIC COLLISON of BUCKHEAD with your vehicle I ve had the most horrifying experience with this place . My vehicle has taken here in November 2022 for minor hit and run damage to the Passanger door. The work took a month to complete and it was finish 3 days before Christmas . I was called on the day of completion but to to pick up the vehicle I was informed by the GM KEN Gage that my completed vehicle was struck by a town trunk on their property! Pictures will be provided below. I trusted them because it was recommended by my GIECO insurance company. It took an additional 4 months to repair the damage. I received little communication and was advised that due to the nature of the second accident the $500 deductible would be waived . I picked my vehicle up today April 24. The interior of my vehicle had a tear on the roof during repair. They tried to stitch the work with thread that didn t even match nor did they notify me of the ADDITIONAL damage. After they release me my vehicle I took it back 30 minutes later to report the interior damage that I discovered . I was advised the by the management they wanted to collect the deductible after they told me they would courtesy waive it. An additional $16,000 worth of damages where done to my vehicle let s not talk about the depreciation value lost at the hands of this establishment and they had the audacity to go back on there promise once I reported the interior damage. They stated they would fix the rip to my interior I will follow up of this review if they keep there word hopefully it doesn t take and additional 6months and additional damage is not done. The photos listed below are the additional damage done in the hands and under the supervision of a Classic Collision BUCKHEAD. Stay away at all cost , you ve been warned. I ve given them ample opportunities to correct the wrong doing . They failed me over and over I should have listen to the others and took my car to the dealer .UPDATE 2 months late 7/7/2023 - no one from management has reached out to me nor has the torn in my interior been replace at this timeServices: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

My experience here was beyond my expectations! Karla the estimator I worked with was exceptional and my car came back completely clean on the inside as well! My rear trunk was worked on, so this was a great suprise. Thank you!

They repaired my car so beautifully. Also, they went over and beyond. I asked to additional work done to my vehicle. I paid for it personally. However, I received a car that drives so good and looks so beautiful. I'm truly pleased and thankful. HONESTLY, CLASSIC COLLISION BUCKHEAD DID A BRILLIANT JOB.

Don t make appointment online! They accepted my make and model, sent me text reminders about my appointment- all the things. I pulled in to drop off car and went inside, ready to get my car fixed! Yay! Two girls behind reception desk, bored out of their minds, not another person there. I told them who I was and that I had a 9am appointment- she looked it up and said, Oh, we don t work on those cars. Sorry. No excuse for such poor service.

I am very pleased with the work done on my truck by Classic Collision. They were very thorough in doing estimates & repairs. Updated me on everything and maintained contact throughout. I would refer anyone and always revisit if needed.

I recently had my car repaired here after someone hit me. My front bumper was repaired and side mirror. The whole process was so smooth. I was also impressed with the messages they almost sent daily to let you know where they are in the process. Thank you Rashon and Bobbi for fixing my baby.

After getting a quick appointment to drop off my vehicle for repair I thought I had found the right place. I was wrong. My vehicle was at this location for over 2 months. During this time I had three different reps and they destroyed my tail light. The car was there so long that my rental car benefits expired. I let the Classic Collision rep know that the rental car benefits expired and he assured me that my insurance company would take care of it. They did not. I have now been calling Classic Collision repair company for over 2mths and being told that someone would call me back to resolve the issue of the charge that is still on my cc. Also when I went to pick up my car the check engine light was on. The Classic Collision rep told me that he would make an appointment to have Mercedes take a look. I left feeling that any issue caused by Classic Collision be taken care of. Well 10 minutes after I left the Classic Collision rep called to tell me that my spark plugs were faulty when I brought my car in and that was why the light was on. Note the light wasn't on when I dropped my car off. Luckily the light went out after driving it a while. If you are looking for a place that doesn't value your time or vehicle take you car here. If you want to be treated like a valued customer by professionals TAKE YOU CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE.Service: Body & Trim

Took my fleet vehicle here, as I had previously had a good experience with another Classic Collision location. Issues similar to other reviewers. Took a long time to complete the repairs and the repair was not done properly. My passenger door no longer closes all of the way. Would not recommend.

This shop had my car for over a month for ONE headlight replacement. I literally had to tell this shop I was coming to pick up my car regardless if it was ready because they had so many delays and kept my car for so long and I was about to miss a pre planned vacation. Before I begin, I want to say that every single mechanic I spoke to on the phone was nothing but kind and helpful. Thank you Ken, Kyle, and any other mechanic at this place for doing your best in giving updates and taking ownership of any delays. I appreciate you! As for the overall experience, the lack of communication and zero clarity on where your car is in the process is just embarrassing. Sending out one text message with a link with vague stops saying Started Finished and Picked Up isn t going to cut it in 2023. Your automated text feature is trash. When I dropped my car off on July 11th, I was told that I would see a 30-day pickup timeframe just as a precaution but that it wouldn't take up to 30 days for the car to be repaired. We are talking about replacing a headlight. That's it. One headlight. And to a certain extent, they were right about the timeframe. I didn t pick up my car on August 11th. I was pushed back to August 14th. I didn t pick it up on the 14th. I was pushed back from the 14th to the 18th of August. I didn't pick my car up on August 18th because it was pushed out AGAIN to August 21st. I didn't pick my car up on the 21st because the date was pushed out YET AGAIN to the 25th of August. I didn't receive so much as a phone call for any of the 5+ times my car was delayed. Why the delay you ask? A calibration test. A test that takes 45 minutes to complete took over 2 weeks to get done. Each time I called, I was on hold for 15 minutes at a time, had to speak with three different people to get an update on my car, and sometimes they would even send me to the receptionist at the wrong location....HOW? When I asked to speak to the General Manager, Sonny, he gave me more excuses than solutions on what it was going to take it get my car completed. When I came to pick up the car on AUGUST 24th at 4pm, not one person spoke to me. Sonny sat in his office while Kyle got my paperwork done. He didn't even come out of his office and I know he knew I was there to get the car. We had just spoken on the phone. Every other employee there didn't acknowledge me, sat around talking, and gave the impression they could care less.If it is going to take this long each time, at least offer your customers a deal on a rental car or something. Maybe don t tell your customers that the completion date of 30 days is just there as a placeholder . I will never use this place again and trust and believe I will encourage anyone I know not to use this place either regardless if you are paying or your insurance is. Do better!Service: Electrical

Good things comes to those who wait. My vehicle suffered 5K worth of damage. My insurance company assessed just over 1K. Classic Collision of Buckhead acting on my behalf as limited power of attorney ensured that my insurance company covered all necessary repairs and replacements. I never had to do anything except wait and read daily updates from Classic Collision of Buckhead. Now my car looks 99% like before the accident. That is because instead of repairs the parts were replaced with genuine OEM parts. The folks at Classic Collision even found damage that the insurance adjuster didn't notice. When the time comes to do more body work I will be sure to call Robert Anderson and rely on Mark Pascale of Classic Collision of Buckhead for my repairs

They had my vehicle for six weeks and sent text messages weekly saying the repair was going well and was scheduled to be done on time. Two days before I was to pick it up they called and said they hadn t started it and could not get the parts. 6 weeks they had it before telling me what was going on.Save yourself trouble and go somewhere else. This place is a disaster.

My car was there to have auto body work. Somehow someone thought it was there to have work done on the window. In the process of doing that they actually broke the driver side control for the window. They promised to repair for years as this happened in 2021. They say the part was hard to find I see it on eBay. I called today to find out any updates cuz the piece is still loose and once again hung up on. And this is a pattern. I call someone mid-level hangs up on me I'll call back for management they make Grand promises a lot of big talk and no one calls me back or gives me even a respectable apology to say oh we'll fix it later whatever but not anything based on actions and Corrections. I don't expect a call back, now as years has shown me it's like weeks and months or weeks between any type of updates that don't come unless you call then first. So 2 years of a broken part that they admitted that they have damaged the day of picking up my car by accident working on a repair not needed or requested. 2 years of snowballing and no results.Service: Painting

This is my 3rd or 4th time having my car repaired here & they ve always done impeccable work & been timely. During the holidays it was longer than expected which hurt my pockets. Overall though, the people & the quality of work makes up for it. I do need my parking pass though :)

I had an appointment to have my damaged car seen to evaluate it for insurance.The evaluater(?) Came out to the car looked at it took photos all around and said okay. That was it. Haven't heard another word from either insurance company. It's been probably a week. True it's been the end of the year and the holidays and such record breaking weather, and so many celebrities have passed away and.......
