Update: the response from the owner is a lie. I found the parts not put back on my car AFTER I picked up my car. I never called or told them about it because I was done dealing with them. No process was followed on their behalf.I would not recommend this place to fix your car. The communication sucks, when I got my car back; my check engine light was on and my car was misfiring. That was not the case when I dropped my vehicle off. I had to leave straight from here and go to the dealer to get it fixed just so I can make it home. Parts were left off on my car. My positive battery cover was left off as well as my cover in my truck that protects my tail lights was left off. See pictures attached. I drove a Mercedes GLE. Would not recommend

My car has been being repaired for 10 months at this point. The side airbag from Mercedes Benz is on back order of course not their fault. However they were giving me estimated completion dates that weren t real because they actually didn t know when the back ordered part would be available. I don t believe there was an effort to seek out the part elsewhere to get the job done. Casey was very helpful and told me to escalate the issue with the manufacturer.Last month I went to check on my car and was open to taking it as is. Outside the parts they could not acquire my trunk cover and other parts were missing although I was told ny car was done the day prior.Fast forward to this month I ve been calling daily and have not spoke to the estimator or the general manager. I found the airbag from a retailer and requested the shop see if it was compatible and if they could purchase it via email. I still have not received a response. While talking to the receptionist she stated Classic Collision was waiting on an approval from my insurance. My insurance representative says she has not heard from them since June 2023.To my surprise I got a call from the receptionist today saying my car is ready for pick up. Followed by another call stating there was a mix up and my car is not done. Then an automated text saying my car is done.Of course I still have not received a call for recourse from anyone and there s not much I can do because this is the repair center I chose. So good luck if you send your car there.

Brought my car in for a scrape on the side. They did an exceptional job. Cory, The manager was awesome and professional and with the rest of the staff they were completely awesome as well! So impressed with the work. I end up bringing my wife's car in for minor bumper damage and again impeccable work. I highly recommend classic collision for the work, professionalism and knowledge! Thank you!

I had my bumper repaired at the Duluth location. It took 1 month to complete the work on my vechicle. When I finally got my car I was satisfied with the work , but and heres the BUT, my VSA light was on on my dashboard it wasn't on before I release the car to them. I figured well maybe it will switch off after I drive my car back and forth to work, or put some more air in my tires. That didn't help! After 1 week I went back to the shop in Duluth and explained the situation to them, they took my vechicle for 10 mins and told me it was fix give me back my keys and walk away. When I got in the car the light was still on on the dash. I couldn't believe the worker, she just lied to me. I went back in the office and ask to speak to the Estimator, I believe her name is Tara, well let me tell you about this young lady. Her whole demeanor was we only work on your bumper and this has notting to do with us. I respectfully told her I know what repairs you did, but all Im asking is that you use your scanner and clear the code so that the VSA lights can swicth off and I can get proper traction when driving, she them told me well your car is to old and our scanner cant work with your vechicle and its not clearing the code. To make matters even worse she then said to me (her words not mines) what is the significant's in the VSA light on or off? Isn't your car running? I look her dead in the eye because I really couldn't believe she said that to me as a paying customer. I was recommended by Acura Carland where I get my oil change every couple of months or so. They couldn't beleive her customer service was so poor as well. As I mention before the repair of my bumper was satisfactory to me but now I have to go and pay money somewhere else to have the problem corrected. Shame on Tara by putting a bad light on the brand name of Classic Collision repair shop by promoting bad customer experience!

The service agent was cold as was the place. She actually alluded to the fact, that insurance companies would pay less and recommended going that route. The accident was not my fault, so I'm not invested in that, but I find it repulsive that these people all grease each other's palms at the expense of their customers.

Update: wish there was an option for 0 stars. I got the call from the manager after posting the review. He said he will called Audi, order the part and get it fixed in a week. That was more than a month ago. No communication since then. I wish I read the reviews before choosing this place.Been more than a year, car was rear ended and back bumper needed replacement. Initially the part was back ordered and they kept the car for 6 weeks and returned it without proper fix (tried to repair old bumper unsuccessfully). Didn't even tell me about incomplete work and when I went to get it checked since it wasn't fixed, they told me part was still back ordered. Since then I have stopped by multiple times in last 12 months and every time they say they will call back but never do.

They took care of us. My vehicle ended up getting totaled so they didn't do any body work, but they did get all of the photos and estimates to the insurance in a reasonable time frame.

This place took 4 weeks to fix my bumper and I had to call them for EVERY update. They never kept me informed and the receptionists couldn't be bothered to talk to a technician and get an accurate update. Every other day they had something go wrong that would delay my car 1-2 more days, and that cycle went on for 3 weeks. The only person that would tell me what was actually going happening with my repair was Mark and it took dealing with the receptionist's poor attitude to get through to him. My last gripe is that their phone system will only let you stay on hold for a couple minutes before it will redirect your call to some unanswered abyss and you'll have to hang up and redial. The overall repair was good, and I was happy to get my vehicle back but I would not recommend this body shop.

So glad I found this place - GO HERE!!! If you need any work done on your car, look no further. From start to finish, the service was superb. My window had been smashed, and I was initially going to do business with Safelite but after making two separate appointments and waiting on them for almost THREE WEEKS they still did not have the window needed for my car, were not helpful at all, and quoted me about $100 more. Frustrated, I went in to Classic Collision and they had taken care of me immediately! They ordered the part promptly and it was ready in 2 days. They even re-did the tint, cleaned my car to perfection, and offered me a ride home after I dropped off my car. All of the staff were kind, professional, knowledgeable, easygoing, and friendly. It was a genuine pleasure doing business with Classic Collision; DEFINITELY come here! So thankful this place exists!

Very nice people. However, I was not satisfied with my repair. Originally, I dropped it off for a windshield replacement and pierce in passengers door. On the bright side, I had a rental car which they picked me up and I was able to drop it off back there. The windshield turned out great. However, when inspecting the entire car- there was a HUGE scratch on the bumper, which hadn t been prior to me dropping by car off. They looked at the pictures and agreed it was damaged caused by their shop. They offered to fix it. After fixing the scratch which was their fault, they caused another problem. The bumper did not line up properly as it did before. They also agreed to fix it, which would have been the 3rd repair.- At that point, I said NO, and just accepted my car the way it was. What could have been 5 days turned into 2 in a half weeks. Again, very friendly staff, just not satisfied with the quality of the repair. Each time, they broke something else while fixing an existing repair. This was also the first place that my insurance- GEICO recommended. Highly disappointed!

the insurance collection and its work has not finished, after a year I am still waiting for two pieces, one has been "taken" from my car for no professional reason, they keep you on the phone and do nothing, desperate because it will not do nothing, he already has his money!! I do not recommend this place, avoid having a bad experience, very sad.

My experience with Donnie today completely made my day. This is my second time here and I have received nothing but the best service. I had problems with a rattle in my car and Donnie drove around with me until he heard the rattle too. He was so patient with trying different ways to fix my car. After two tries, the rattle was gone and I couldn t be more relieved. I will definitely go back and would recommend them to anyone. While I waited, the sweet receptionist and another employee talked with me to make the wait more enjoyable! I am so happy to have a place like this near my house!!! Thank you!!

Our sliding door was not working and was jammed. Classic collision was fast and assessed our issue and fixed it immediately. The staff was kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. We are grateful for all their help.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Today I received my Range Rover from CC of Brookhaven. I have to say the work completed was top notch and extremely fast. The customer service and attention to detail--as well as their communication could not be matched. I shopped around and got the "run around" from several repair shops including one closer to me with the same name. I can tell you that the Brookhaven shop does what they say they will do and you will receive your vehicle on time. They even delivered my vehicle to me at my work when I requested, I really can't say enough about their honesty and fair prices. If you have an unfortunate incident to actually have use a repair shop, this is one you should check out. When others wouldn't touch my car because it was a Ranger Rover, this one did and took care of me like I was their only client. Five stars all the way. Thank you Donnie!

Kevin and the team at Classic Collision made the entire process of getting our Audi Q3 fixed as part of an insurance claim, completely easy and done to our full satisfaction. When we first went to pick it up, we noticed that the paint wasn t quite right. They said no problem, we ll take care of it. Came back a few days later and noticed the buff marks were visible from the paint touch up. No problem there either, taken care of on the spot. And finally, something was wrong with the battery after getting the car back. Since we couldn t start it without a jump, they came to our house and installed a brand new battery. 10/10 would absolutely recommend Classic Collision of Brookhaven.

These guys are terrific. They repaired and painted my Acura bumper after a minor fender bender. The cost was very reasonable, the quality of work was impeccable and the staff were super friendly. As busy as they seemed to be, they completed the work in one day. I would absolutely recommend Brookhaven Collision.

Chelsea keeps that place running smoothly and is very easy to communicate with. Best experience I've ever had with a car repair hands down. Especially since I was deal with an at fault party's insurance and not my own.

Had minor scuffs taken out of the drivers side rear bumper and replaced a cracked trail light lens. Took a week to complete the repairs due to poor negotiations with the insurance claim adjuster. While that process was fairly transparent to me, I was surprised by the length of time for such minor damage, and the fact that 4 of the staff members didn't have business cards. The admin gave me their number on a sticky note, and while the email progress updates were great, I got one two days early saying I unsubscribed when I didn't and this wasn't fixed when I called; I didn't know my car was ready for pick up until I called them. The work seems to be decent quality, however, and I would give another star if the communications process was improved.

Nice people but mediocre preformance. I got the wrong color emblem and still can't get the correct color emblem. Apart from that a few plastic pieces are broken that where not broken before like the inside of the door handle that covers the screws, also the bed of the truck has a plastic cover that covers a plug is broken off. Obviously I'm not using this mediocre place again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Amazing customer service! Everyone is genuinely so nice. Mark went out of his way to make things right for me. I highly recommend using them for any body work if you're ever in a car accident.

Not satisfied on recent work done from this place. Paint still hasn t settled and my car came back with several scratches that were not there before dropping it off. I regret taking my car here after my accident.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I've been here multiple times, ranging from some major body work covered by insurance to some small items I paid on my own. Was there this morning because my hatchback had been rattling, and then decided to stop latching; they had it fixed in 15 minutes on a walk-in appointment at a very reasonable price. They're honest, easy to work with, and a good value for the money. Highly recommended!

I don't usually leave Google reviews but I read them all the time. I made it a point to leave Classic Collison a review. This place was so professional, so timely and very efficient! I was able to drop off my car, get all my questions answered and given a rental all in 30 minutes! During the repair process, I was updated every time something new happened (my bumper coming in, the paint job, the drying process) everything! Being a full time student, they were understanding with my availability to come pick up my car upon completion! I absolutely loved this place. The paint job on my bumper is flawless. And get this, my car was cleaned! Inside and out when I picked it up! Classic Collison, you get 5 stars in my book! THANK YOU!

Amazing experience with this body shop and its employees! We will be returning here for (God forbid) any future needs. They have text updates in place which make it very easy for you to know what the status is of your repair. Every employee I spoke with was very professional and not only that, kind! Donnie went above and beyond on the Sunday after Thanksgiving and let us know that he would be in the shop for a little bit (they were not open) and let us know we were welcome to pick up my car. I did and it made my Monday morning so much better! Thank you for being so professional, courteous, and kind.

The Buford Highway location of Classic Collision provided me excellent service. I've never had a company specializing in auto repairs or maintenance treat me so well! First, they have a very friendly office. Secondly, they repaired my car damage flawlessly. Third, I asked them to repair my side-view mirror as well. There were several problems with the part, so the manager personally ordered a new one and installed it the next day. Not only that, but there was no charge! If you're looking for a body shop, definitely choose Classic Collision!

Came through and had a marvelous time with Mevzet. He was very knowledgeable and prompt to check the suspension in my car and check the air pressure in all 4 of my tires. Very courteous and professional, and I would recommend CC Brookhaven to anyone looking for car needs. I m not too car savvy and have no trouble getting my car back in order. 5 out of 5

Received prompt and efficient service. Did a great job and repaired the car in a timely manner. Martin, did my initial car inspection, car repairs and he was very professional, patient and experienced. I recommend the Brookhaven location and was very satisfied by their service.
