I purchased my first Cadillac today. Classic Cadillac was awesome, everyone was so inviting and helpful. Adrienne sold me my car and was great. From communication about my interest in the car to setting up a time to check it out and test drive it. Hunter in financing was great too. He was able to secure a great rate that beat my credit union. Thanks for the amazing Cadillac experience! I love my 2018 CTS 2.0!

Tyrone "TEX" Williams did an awesome job assisting me with a completely online purchase. He was available to answer all questions, provided photos, videos and detailed on-point reports on the condition. He even put the vehicle on a lift so that I could confirm condition - never had someone do that! Tex was honest, transparent and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

I purchased my first Cadillac Lyriq on Tuesday . Lyriq was awesome, Simon sold me my car and was great. I am impressed by his marketing skill. I had little interest to buy lyriq after the test drive, but he made me to buy this car and I am enjoying now. There were issues with the car but he immediately got it fixed. From rim scratches to cadillac logo light problem. Besides above issues he sold me the car. I would say he has very good art of communication marketing and presentation skills.Thanks for the amazing Cadillac experience! I love Simon more than my car. Because of him I bought my car, otherwise i was very close to buy tesla model s.

My wife and I just made a major decision to trade in my 15 year old Camry Hybrid for the 2024 Lyriq. Going all electric has been on my mind for a few years, after my brother bought the Tesla 3. But questions remained about charging stations, my home's compatibility and as for Cadillac, their relatively new entry into this class.I stopped into Classic one afternoon and had the pleasure of meeting Billy Brown. Billy let us test drive the Lyriq, more like a starship from the future. After the drive, we met Tom, the manager, adorned with gold shoes. I clearly was not ready to make a quick decision, and Tom jumped right to the point, why not take the car home over the weekend.We did, and a few days later, we received an estimate on installing a level 2 charger. This was done on our own, and quite an education, in and of itself. Bottom line is our home can accomodate a charging station.Billy and Tom followed up, and we arrived at a final price by phone.Two days later, we made the purchase and Billy took his time giving me a deeper dive into the Lyriq's operation and set up.Billy is the definition of a gentleman, and I thank him and the Team at Classic for making our buying experience smooth and efficient.

I thought I was buying a good car from good people! After 4 days problem occurred ( I called , went in that same day. I think this company and the people have no morals, integrity or sense of doing the right thing. They lack transparency and definitely could care less about me as a customer. I sat for an hour, was told I d get to speak to the general manager. I sat patiently and finally some man comes to talk to me that tells me I needed to pay $180 for a diagnosis and then pay whatever they charge for labor and repair. I said I ve literally had this car 4 days! You all assured me a diagnosis had been done and everything was fine. So, they did nothing, never got an opportunity to speak with higher management. Dishonest, no morals and they don t care once they get your money!!! Beware there are more credible dealers out there. I made a big mistake with this dealership and these people. Even their general manager is a disgrace to the dealership .

This is my 6th caddy and my 1st with classic Cadillac. MY interactions with the sales associate, the sakes manager and the financial manager was 1st class throughout the process.The sales associate was thorough in presentation and diligent with follow up without being over bearing.The sales manager engaged along the process and helped shape the purchase to meet my budget requirements.The final stage was with the financial manager who was patient and thorough in explaining how the deal was financed to meet my terms.Classic has become my new preferred Cadillac dealership.

Over the course of my life, I have purchased approximately 20 cars. My purchases during and immediately after college were new Hondas, etc. A few years later when I became established in my career, the next 18 cars ranged from Land Rover, Jaguar, Mercedes, Aston Martin, Infinity, Lincoln, etc.When I resided in East Tennessee and you went to a high-end dealership, they treated you very well from point of sale to disposal/sale/trade of the vehicle. I move to Atlanta and was literally astonished at how poorly the large Jaguar dealership treated me. It was never an isolated incident; it occurred every visit. As I started looking for other cars, I would visit other dealerships of high-end vehicles. The treatment was the same as that experienced at the large corporate Jaguar Dealership, if not worse.At an Infiniti dealership I complained to the sales manager. He told me to literally get over it and that they had such a large volume of business that they do not care if I buy a car from them or not. Needless to say, I'll push a car before I buy or drive an Infinity from any dealership.Fast forward to 4/13/24... Cadillac is/was having a promotion on several models including the Lyriq. Last night I sent inquiries to several Cadillac dealership about the different promotions. The calls started from the sales consultants this morning. During the discussions I was told that I'd have to wait 5 months at least to get the color I wanted and the one in Cadillac's promotion. No one had the AWD Base model available. One dealership even told me that they sold out and I needed to consider one of the higher models if I really liked and wanted the car. I was told they would not be getting in any more of the base model in the promotions in stock. I had many conversations with the Cadillac dealerships in Atlanta throughout the day.Enter Classic Cadillac of Atlanta and Ted Maull. Ted's messages, texts and our conversations were different. From the start I was treated as someone whom he wanted to help find the right car for me and was not just seeing me as a tick mark on a sales board.Ted told me that he did not have any of the models from the promotions on the lot at the moment but once we decided on a color, etc. he could get it in within a week. He then asked, "Have you ever driven the Lyriq or seen any of these colors you like in person?" I responded that I had not. He persuaded me to come and drive the vehicle and to see in person the different exterior and interior color combinations in which I was interested. It wasn't a high pressure or pushy experience. He treated me the way the high-end dealerships in East Tennessee treated their customers. I was the focus and working with me to find the car I wanted was what mattered. Even the Sales Manager was incredible and a person with whom I found easy to deal.I bought a Lyriq today and am very excited. If you are looking for the best car that you will most likely ever drive---check this car out!!If you are looking for any of the models in the Cadillac family and want an experience where you are treated the way all dealerships treated customers in the past, then go to Classic Cadillac of Atlanta and ask for Ted.

Classic Cadillac has an excellent selection of vehicles, but I came here looking for a more difficult to find model: CT5 V Blackwing. Not only did they have a 2023 for me to test drive, but I was able to snag one in the color and options I wanted relatively quickly. Thanks to David Goch, the sales experience was less stressful than other dealerships and easy to navigate. I highly recommend David and the kind folks at Classic on Roswell Road for their patience and knowledge throughout the process.Thank you!!

Love this dealership! My experience with both the sales and service side of the house have been perfect. Purchasing my Escalade from Tom Murray & BB was the best thing I have done. They know their stuff and are your advocates beyond the sale. The service department team is also extremely courteous and attentive. This was my first experience shopping with Classic Cadillac of Atlanta and it was by far the smoothest, most seamless car buying experience I ve ever had. I worked with Simo Maaninou and he is one of, if not the best salesman I ve ever worked with. He was very professional and courteous. He displayed a refreshing level of integrity that you seldom expect in a used car salesman, he didn t try to oversell me, and he flat out made a deal work out and it didn t take a day to do it. I highly recommend working with Simo! Also, the finance manager, Alex Price was flat out one of the best, most welcoming personalities I ve worked with. He made my experience so much better! This is a first class group of individuals that deserve your business.

Me and my parter came to this Cadillac dealership (1hour drive away from our home) Simo Maaninou automatically approached us as we were looking at this Escalade they had just received. I asked if we could test drive it we test drove it we loved it Simo made the whole experience so peaceful and smooth mind you this is the most expensive car we have ever purchased lolBut yes the rear seat had a baby car seat imprint on the leather Simo said no worries they will take care of it and it will be ready in a few days and the car will be delivered to my front door and sure enough a few days passed and Simo literally drove an hour to hand us the keys to our new suv that we purchased from him.Talk about customer service!!!! I don't normally write reviews, but I feel someone who is considering taking their car here for service should read this first... I would highly advise against taking your car to be serviced here. My advisor, Brenda, advised that I make an AM appointment and drop my car off the night before so that it could be seen first thing in the morning. After a long day of traveling from out of town I dropped my wife's car off the night before my scheduled appointment and took an Uber home. The next day I hadn't heard from anyone so I called Brenda around 1:30 to get an update on what is going on with the car. That is when I found out it hadn't been seen and probably wouldn't be seen for at least a week! Had I known this I wouldn't have made the appointment in the first place because we need our car to take our kids to and from school and work, etc. This has all been a huge inconvenience. If you are considering taking your car here please be aware of what you might encounter as well.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a car. I worked with Simo Maaninou and he made the experience enjoyable. I purchase cars quite regularly and this was one of the best experiences that I've ever had. Best car buying experience ever. The Salesman Garth Cooper greeted me at the door with biggest smile you could imagine. From the beginning we felt right at home. The Sales Manager Eric Taylor got involved early and made sure we got the best value for our trade and a great price on our brand new Escalade. Also, we had been searching for over a year, and their selection were by far better than any we could fine. Overall we give Classic Cadillac Al 10s!!!!?

I would like to share my service experience at Classic Cadillac Atlanta after purchasing a 2020 Cadillac Escalade from the dealership. My service advisor, Brenda is amazing. She always goes above and beyond to accommodate me when my vehicle needs regular service or an unexpected emergency repair. The communication and service is outstanding each and every time I come in. They preform the service repairs and maintenance efficiently and thoroughly. The entire team is friendly and thoughtful.
