Went for an alignment but when I drove off my steering was swaying left and right. I went back they re-did the alignment, but had the same issue again. The owner test drove it and agreed there was an issue. He immediately refunded my money. I took it to a different shop, found out it was the lower control arm and I'm going back to Chambers for the repair. I really appreciated the customer service

Bought a used tire the other day because I caught a flat. Customer service was good, however, took my car for an oil change and was informed my new used tire wasn't the correct size for my car.

Cool spot. Clutch timing. Just no engagement or conversation at all that matched the phone call I made. Pulled up and they just did the work. Lol. All good.

This morning I received the best customer service. Not only did Chamber Tires provided my car with a tire, other work had to be performed. They took the time to explain what was needed and why. Also they assisted me in getting the parts I needed to complete the job.Excellent Customer Service.T Allen

Kept coming up with issues to avoid doing an alignment . I honestly didn t even see if alignment equipment was there!!! BewareUpdate: You weren t even there to begin with!!! I had to wait 15 minutes for you to get there then wait 20 more minutes for you to try to upsell me on tires and then even admit you don t do alignment on bad tires after me complaining of waiting!!! Why didn t you just say it to be fine with??? Thanks for your response and I hope your future customers see what type of business you are running!!!! Please provide pictures of your alignment equipment if I m wrong!!!

The only one to have my tire size and came to me on the side of 285 south within 5 mins of speaking with him. Super professional and he brought a new tire for me on the side of the expressway! Highly recommend them and their professionalism

Called and told them I had a screw in my run flat, they said bring it in and they got me. I was in and out in less than 10mins! Thanks guys.

I found this place on google. I went for an alignment but ended up needing some front-end work. He took me in his own vehicle to get the parts and they replaced all of my tire-rods and did the alignment, after they were done, he trusted me to leave in my vehicle to go and get the cash from an ATM machine. Very nice and honest people who charged a very fair price. I will definitely use them again and send my friends.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOPMy cousin was stuck in the area due to flat tire and no knowing anyone we found Chamber Tires by doing a google search, very professional over the phone, provided advise and recommendation and not just looking to make us purchase anything she didn't need. The price for the service was good, they are very knowledgeable and great customer service. They even check our brakes for us. You earned a new customer

Extremely helpful, fast and professional!!! Chamber took the time out of his scheduled on a Sunday to take care of my repair. I wish I could give more stars . I was not able to drive my car to the shop so Chamber came to my house the very next day to do the repair just after on short notice. Chamber, Thank you! Thank you! Thank you man.

AMAZING. The only place i refer me and my friends too. VERY CHEAP alignments & tires! Friendly fast service. Never there for more than 20 minutes. If your in the Atlanta area and need repairs on your car this is the place!

Late on this review by almost a year, but the fact that I remembered and came back to do so will tell you a bit about Chamber tires. The moment you walk in Mr.Chamber treats you like family and doesn't sugarcoat what needs work on your car. Very helpful when I popped almost all of my tires on some glass and was affordable too!

Great service and great tires for a great price. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. He had the right size tires I needed for my Navi and they were almost brand new and sold to me for a used price. I was also able to get my alignment there with no problems. I would highly recommend.

Our tire went flat in Atlanta. We are from South Carolina on the way to Alabama. I called when we were putting the spare on. They had a tire. When we got there, these guys were so sweet and was very quick. We were out of there in about 15 minutes. I highly recommend them. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

DO NOT GO HERE, THEY ARE A SCAM they screwed up my alignment and the balance, they also chewed up the bolts for all of my tiers. They refuse to refund for a job they screwed up.

The customer service was great! The owner gave me a reasonable price for some good tires. Its friendly and highly recommended and if they see anything wrong that you haven t noticed that needs done they will let you know.

Chamber Tires did a great job with my alignment, very affordable and I had to change 3 of my tires with the discount they gave me. If its not chamber tires then you re in the wrong place.

I got my car towed here to get used tires. The technician (Wesley) broke my wheel lock key trying to take my flat tires off and still charged me for the repair service. They only give a 2 week warranty on tires they install, which is a joke. I had to go to the Lexus dealership to buy a new wheel lock key, which isn t cheap. I made a second attempt to get my tires rotated since the car felt uneven and off balance driving it with the used tires put on. The same technician (Wesley) broke my new wheel lock key and stripped the threads on it. He sent me down the street to another tire shop to have them try to fix the issue but they couldn t assist since the lock key s threads were stripped. I never had my wheel lock key broken or any issues with tire repairs when AAA or Jiffy Lube did any work on my car. Good luck with if you use them if you still decided to use them.

They plugged a few tires for me, no problems there. Had to get a new tire and they bought the wrong one, installed it and charged me for a premium tire. Be specific if getting a new tire and check what they got for you. I'm not happy that I didn't by a used tire ($40) so I could get a matching tire ($135) and ended up getting a non matching tire ($100). They couldn't take the tire back because they already mounted it. they did not show me the tire before mounting it. I paid $150 for a $100 tire and now need to buy the correct tire for $135. after 30 min of talking to manager on phone he agreed to give me $20 back, no 100% right but better than nothing. Good luck folks, seems like they can handle used tires but I would go elsewhere for new tires.

Very good customer service and staff are very polite. Plus I went there and I spent less for my tires. I've been using those tires for a very long time now with no issues. They give you warranty for your tires and they service your car good. I'll recommend this place to anyone who needs help with their car. I will keep coming back for my car servicing
