I went to get an oil change and emission test. I checked how busy they were on Google and chose the right time. It was simple, get in and handed car keys and sat and wait for less than thirty minutes, and it was all done. The man didn t even ask me any type of oil I needed, The service I knew could have been bought and the man whom I talked to could be a new owner, but at least they got nice chairs in the waiting area now(it used to be a hard cheap chair), and I was comfortable.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE BY ANY MEANS!!!! they scammers!!! Say change your oil and less then SEVEN days later engine light on because guess what? No oil no oil filter! And of course staff and owner RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AT A LEVEL IVE NEVER SEEN

Ive been supporting this business for YEARS. This is the second time I received an oil change from them and they did not set the setting back correctly causing service lights to stay on in my vehicle. The first time I had to PAY just for someone to set it back properly. I came to the shop to explain to him the issues HIM & HIS STAFF were both very rude telling me Idk what Im talking about when Ive experienced this issue already. He would even take the 5 mins out of his day to attempt to do what I asked. Needless to say he doesn't care he just wants your money. AA please stop supporting this business. As a loyal customer for 6+ years. Im telling you this!Service: Oil change

I had to do an Emissions Test on my vehicle, so I called the Cascade Service Center and the owner said that, Yes we do Emissions at this facility; However when I get at this facility the owner tells me that his worker who runs the Emissions Test is sick and therefore he could not provide the service. I was appalled that someone has me come out his facility and have the nerve to tell me "if I choose to come back then he would the next day from only 9am to 2pm with no guarantees, Wow I completely felt like the owner was being an absolute jerk because,he being the owner, he could have learned how to do the Emissions Test and still made the money but instead choose not to !!!!

This place is horrible my brakes are not working the correct way after they replace them my oil change was never changed or filter they robb me and took my money poor service Mr.Kim has a nasty attitude and approach very rudely and he definitely is racist human being I will never come here again closed this shop down

I usually don t do this but I m displeased of how this business treated me. I arrived to get my brakes and rotors repaired because I saw the nice ratings, arrived early, no cars were being serviced. I m guessing the owner asked what service I needed to be done and he declined without any reasoning. I don t like writing bad reviews but yea this business definitely deserves one.

Always in and out for an oil change! Affordable prices! Great customer service! I'll be a customer for as long as they are around. They do emissions testing too!

0/10 do NOT recommend! When I pulled in and asked if they were open and if the available mechanic could help, he sarcastically looked at their lit open sign and said "no." I proceeded to pull into the shop thinking he could help but he told me to 'leave and ask Walmart'. When I asked him if everything was okay and why he won't help, he proceeded to verbally insult me which led to us going back and forth. He said why would I ask if it was open if I saw the sign but I also saw him eating and assumed he could have been on break. So he turned down my services because he didn't like a simple question? He is usually kind and helpful so maybe he was having a bad day and took it out on a customer. I wonder if a man would have gotten that same response? Or an elderly woman? Or a white person? Probably NOT.Service: Oil change

Extremely fast and professional! Cheaper than most other places I've been to in the area, too. Clean and not-too-hot waiting area for when your car is being serviced. Only $65 for a fully synthetic oil change. Will definitely be back for my next one Thanks guys!

They destroyed my husband s brakes. Imagine taking your car for a brake job and leaving with it worse than what it was before. The manager is incredibly rude and refuse to help or offer a solution or refund. Please take your money elsewhere.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Went to this place for a quick and simple oil change. Instead of draining the car's old oil, they removed the car's transmission fluid.Ended up wasting a lot of time and they caused my new car to have a transmission problem.Have to take my car to the dealership for them to fix whatever problem they caused with car's transmission.Worst part is that they did not have the decency/common sense to not charge me or refund me for all the problems they caused me.

Extremely rude Asian owner but the manager seemed ok the first visit so i came back simply because it was close. The second visit was worse as the mechanic on duty said he didn t feel like doing another oil change that day. They are impersonating a franchise that people know in a black neighborhood but don t respect back people. STAY AWAYService: Oil change

I have gone here multiple times for an oil change. The thing I like the most about them is that they re very quick. Most of the time I m in an out in 20 minutes. A synthetic oil change is $60. I don t think I can go back to Toyota for an oil change when they do it so much quicker here!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Senior lady who bought car in for evaluation and was given an expensive quote. Since my son was paying for it I asked that he explain to my son because I couldn't relate the issue. He got very agitated and said I told you 7 times. Then said that he wouldn't fix. Upon taking my car to another shop what he quoted as the problem didn't exist. I was trying to support the neighborhood business but he wasn't fair or honest. This probably has happened to other seniors. Validate his diagnosis and quote.

Mr. Kim and crew are always a delight. I have been using his services for over 35 years, and that should tell you a lot. Good work and excellent customer service is always what you will receive.

Whoever is the owner/manager of this place is one of the rudest and most arrogant people on the face of the planet. Very condescending and talks to people like they are beneath him.His staff seems really nice though but would probably leave him the second they find a better opportunity. I'm sure they're underpaid too. He needs to check his ego and understand that if he doesn't learn some customer service skills, he will be humbled like many other businesses who thought they were invincible.This is a new day and age and there are way too many auto repair options for people to spend their hard earned money with someone with a bad attitude and poor communication.

Steve is an amazing mechanic. I had my car towed to him, he call me promptly with the total cost and replace my radiator in 3 hours. Very great price compared to other shops. Very friendly and thorough.

Swift oil changes. However, do your research before selecting this establishment for repair work. I was quoted $575 for starter replacement & possibly getting my car back the next day. Decided to take vehicle to another place to get it done for $375 and received car back the same day. And the part was new.Again, do you research before selecting this establishment.

Tommy helped me out and was courteous and worked quickly. Came in around 2:45pm on a weekday and was out by 3:20pm. Super fast and affordable. Highly recommend for a quick oil change service, best bang for the buck that I ve spent in Southwest

Called them at 5pm they told me to be there before 5:30pm. I got there at 5:25pm they told me they not doing anymore oil changes for the day because I wasn t there before 5:30pm. Said it takes 30 minutes for an oil change and they close at 6pm. Very unprofessional and rude and give out false information I wouldn t recommend them at all!!!

I called for pricing for an oil change for high mileage vehicles. Whoever answered the phone had an attitude from the start. I asked him if there was a discount for bringing your own oil, he said if I want to bring my own stuff to go somewhere else. If that's how you act before I even arrive, I would rather not come at all. If could give a zero I would.

This is the only place I come for my oil changes for my Honda. The very first time I came was to get my water pump replaced. Mr. Kim knew quickly what the problem was a quoted me a fair price. I could tell his work was done with fidelity and that it was reliable.

Been here for an oil change about 3 times now and was a great experience every time. Quick, reliable, fairly priced etc. Highly recommend

If I could leave less than 1 * I would. The attendant Tommy was the rudest and most disrespectful person I have ever come across. I came in there inquiring about service and he was just so aggressive and aggravated with the idea of answering any of my questions. I am admittedly ignorant about cars, so I needed to understand what I was needing and what I was paying for. He had no time to talk to me quickly told me, if I can't afford to do it, I can get out of the lot. he said it just that way. This is definitely a business that does not respect customers and does not care about attracting a new customer. He was so rude to me that it went beyond business, it was personal. the way he spoke and his demeanor was absolutely awful and the whole time I was being kind speaking with a soft tone and asking questions to help me better take care of my vehicle, but he had no time for questions if I wasn't committing to the service in that moment. Whoever owns this place, should definitely not leave him to talk to the customers. It was another young man in there, but I don't remember his name, but he was respectful and kind and tried to help me, but had some additional questions, so he called Tommy. that was a big mistake. If you are just going to get work done and don't have to communicate with them or have any questions, maybe they warrant those good reviews. But if you have any question or challenge any sort of information in order to make an educated decision, they don't have time to talk to you. Don't just look at the good reviews. Look at the bad ones and read between the lines . They want your money or they want you gone. In general that seems fair, but when you think about the aggressive way that it was done, it was totally disrespectful. Not only will I never get any work done here, but I am spreading the word here and on other review platforms, as well as Word of Mouth.

I have visited this shop several times for a variety of reasons and am normally pleased enough to return.Last weekend I received a routine oil change and the mechanic didn't close the hood of my car properly. When I pulled on the interstate, my hood flew open, smashed my windshield and completely blinded my vision. I was luckily able to pull off the road without harming myself or anyone else.When I called the shop to inform them of this incident, the mechanic said something along the lines of, "your latch was so broken that I figured you knew about it," and became heated when accused of making excuses. Such an irresponsible and unprofessional response.Ultimately, the service I received at this shop led to my life being endangered and a very frustrating insurance claim. 0/5 if I could.
