My car was serviced here, and I would totally recommend to anyone! Michael serviced my car from beginning to end and made it look just as amazing as it was before my accident! He communicated with me thoroughly about each step and each process. In addition, he completed servicing my car at the time it was expected to be completed. Thank you Michael! It was a pleasure meeting you, very kind, and communicable. 5 stars

The minor accident took more than a month to repair, estimation of damages took three weeks .Assessor changed in the middle. Repair are slow and you will never know whats happening at the body shop.They will promise to call you but never will. You have to chase them like everyday to get hold off.

Horrible experience! 6 lights missing that were not damaged first they said it would be 15,000 plus to fix the front and back bumper and the strut, they totaled my car out i went somewhere else and the damages barely estimated 5,000 whenni came to ask about my lights all they could tell me was this isnt a private lots its no telling who couldve tooken the lights! I let them know i was on the way and whenni got here the Gm magically disappeared stating he had an emergency . Travis the next person to help was so rude and non remorseful! I had the best experience here! They beat their time estimate, the car looks amazing, they communicated regularly, cleaned the car and even changed the time for me (it was daylight savings). I ll never go anywhere else for my car.

My experience with Caliber Collison was great. My service tech, Martin O., took great care of me. He was very attentive, he kept me up to date and he was very detailed about everything. The bodywork looked great as well! My car was completed way earlier than the expected repair date.

The repair of my Mini Countryman body looks great! The communication was great throughout the process through text. The work was done ahead of time. Super easy to pick and drop off the rental car at the shop. Travis my estimator and contact was excellent!

UPDATE:The KIA suv is still there in the same middle of the parking lot, after so many days and even after manager admitting they can do better about it, still no results. You think they care to do things right?These people do not care, they park your damaged vehicle anywhere in this parking lot, blocking people trying to get in and out, which happens that some of their customers' cars get more damaged left with them which you would pay for. I've seen customers' cars with broken windows for months left there to soak in heavy rains. Your car will stay there for months! Stay away from this junk yard.

Having to get car repairs done is never fun but Caliber made it as simple as possible. Great customer service from start to finish, very communicative throughout, and Enterprise picked me up and picked the car up from Caliber. Very pleased with the whole experience!

This location had an amazing staff. Kasyia was super welcoming and helpful when I arrived. Travis was very kind and explained everything to me before I left. It was a great experience overall . They didn t even keep my car a full week. Repairs were done sooner than I expected.

My experience with Caliber Collisions was great! Nikki and Brittany at the front desk were timely, responsive, knowledgeable, and courteous. Tran, my service advisor, took great care of my vehicle from start to finish and went the extra mile to treat and repair my car NOT like his but like his own mothers in his words lolTran is THAT dude! And I appreciate you going out of your way for your customer, especially this somewhat detail oriented one .If you treat the crew there with respect and courtesy, and a little bit of patience, you ll be amazed at the return, ten fold! It matters!

Front desk staff was friendly but every time I tried to call my collision specialist I could never get ahold of him, he was always busy and they would tell me he'd call back but he never did. It took him forever to get me my initial estimate which he promised multiple times and the days kept going by and I had to keep reaching out to him about it. I shouldn't be the one reaching out all the time for updates.Speaking of updates, I was receiving automated text messages saying my car repairs were in progress and then that it was finished. So I call Caliber and they say they halted repairs on my vehicle because the cost of parts went up and they have to get the new estimate approved by my insurance.[The manager reached out to me to discuss the hiccups and stated that caliber cannot discuss if your car is in the process of being deemed a total loss and it s my insurance s fault for not updating me on that (which I didn t know it was insurance s responsibility for this discussion). However, I think that their automated text system is misleading and needs to be fixed. Don t text me my car is ready for pick up if it s still being worked on or if the repairs do end up being halted. I appreciated the manager clarifying the process which should ve been communicated better to me by my collision specialist. This is my first time being a car owner and being in a bad accident and I know nothing about how any of these processes work.]I didn't have to pay anything because my car ended up being totaled.Their communication is lackluster.

Caliber Collision did an excellent job repairing my vehicle! Both Travis and Kasyia kept me informed and updated about the status of my vehicle the entire time to make sure I knew everything that was going on. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision and this team!

From time to time I come back to see if my posts are helpful. It looks like my initial review of Caliber Collision has been removed. No prob! I will just post another.This was THE WORST body shop experience of my entire life. The body shop person in charge of my repair was never where he said he would be. My car was promised on 3 separate occasions. It was not ready until the 4. Even when I called to confirm, I would never get a straight answer. My tech was NEVER at the shop when I came to visit. It was maddening. The store leadership did nothing to fix this problem. They simply did not care. I would not trust this place to wash my car let alone do major repairs.Service: Body & Trim

Great service and friendly staff! Very quick to respond and they were able to schedule my appointment within the same week. Travis was very helpful. He walked me through the entire process and addressed all my concerns. Car repair was quick and I m very satisfied with it. Highly recommend this place!

I was ran off the road by someone and their insurance sent me to Caliber Collision and thats where the nightmare began. It took almost two months to get my car repaired. I then had to take my car back twice for more repairs within a few days. Now I find out that they never did an alignment which caused my brand new tires to be ruined! I ve been very patient with their negligence but still getting the run around. Also still waiting on a call back from corporate. This place is terrible at owning up to their mistakes and negligence!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

Lady on the phone doesn t know what she is talking about. Never heard of a shop that doesn t reevaluate estimates after making an error when determining damaging price and costs online. When you own your vehicle insurance writes you a check not caliber ! Learn good customer service PLEASE.

Mike was phenomenal. I couldn t be happier. My car was fixed and I was updated routinely along the way. Mike was always happy to answer questions and give suggestions when necessary. Love working with Calliber Collision.

Tran was my point of contact and he did an AMAZING job of keeping me informed of the status of my car and even made suggestions regarding the health of my car moving forward after the collision repair was done. I wish that Caliber was a place I could go for all my car needs besides the collision work. I highly recommend this place. Let me also add that Kasey and Brittany are your first point of contact at the reception desk and they make you feel like you did the right thing by dropping your car off at Caliber. They are so friendly and professional, yes, it s refreshing to find this kind of service in 2023.

Complete work on time and not continuing to give completion dates unless you are sure vehicle will be Complete. The day I returned my rental car, I was told that my car was Complete. I felt like it was Complete before that date.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber did great job repairing my bumper, which had been rear ended and basically fell off. My car looks perfect! They were on time, very efficient.
