Jim Ellis Cadillac, I've been here twice, my 1st time at this dealership was to have the regular oil change and a second time to replace the Battery of my Caddy, and, as we all know "First impressions never have a second chance", from booking my appointment online and the 2nd appointment over the phone. I have really been impressed with their customer service, friendliness and how courteous ALL the staff is;� from Kim who answered the phone for my 2nd appmt, the Service Advisor Rep: Noah Rowe whos been very nice and welcoming, to anyone in the dealership's team that pass by the nice waiting area or the main lobby of the dealership. Talking about the waiting area, with gourmet coffee,� water, and snacks at one's disposal, while you wait for your car (see pics)The way they protect your vehicle at your arrival, the way they cover the seat, the wheel even the handles (see pics) until the end when they return your car all cleaned.

I ve come here since I bought my Cadillac I prefer to come here because all of the work is done here on site. And you don t have to wait forever for a service appointment Noah is always helpful and keeps kept me abreast of what was going on with my car. I ve gotten my car serviced, oil changes, flat tire etc. No problems. They also provided a Lyft for me to take care of some business while my car was being serviced. It s about 40 minutes from my home but I prefer it for the services for my car.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wiper blade installation, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I m only giving one star for the transmission tech on site that was able to diagnose my issue and get it resolved. But that Noah Rowe and the ghost manager just know Noah speaks kind but it s surface level. Critical thinking skills and logic don t seem to be in his favor. Why would a customer pay out of a pocket for a rental when 1-the dealership doesn t have loaner cars (which WAS normal to have on hand if you kept a customer s vehicle for service) and 2-they delay the inspection of your vehicle, therefore adding more time in the rental-which you have no control over. They were supposed to pay the rental bill and I received notice from Hertz that Noah had repeatedly denied payment. Just awful! After he already told me, because I had to explain to him in laymen terms, what customer service looked like, that they were taking care of the rental. The actual service techs seem like they are knowledgeable but the front facing service staff is horrible. I ve tried to patronize them a few more times before this last incident and I just can t. My expectations are way too high! Oh, Noah never responded to my inquiry about why I received a bill from Hertz. Nice. Don t drive far to this dealership if you have to leave your car. I live almost an hour away and was offered a Lyft for up to 15 miles I cannot make this up!!!Service: Transmission

Buying the car was fine. They were very nice. However you better hope you never need anything AFTER you buy the car. Call and you will get bounced around and around until you get a voice mail. Jim Ellis, selling the car is only 20% of the job. If you don't take care of your customers when you are in the easiest dealers market we have ever seen, what makes you think they will come back to you when it gets easy?

11:00 Appointment for an Oil change and tire rotation, Noah said 2 hours, with car wash and vacuum. I said don t do the wash and vacuum, he then said that it ll probably be less than 2 hours, here I sit 2 hours later, no word about the status or anything? Their text system says use this to communicate, no response. Watched Noah sitting at his desk for the past 30 minutes, 2.5 hours decided to approach him, just checked on your truck, just finished with the Oil change, we got backed up, sorry sadly I had to go check on my truck. OVER 30 minutes later, sorry we are trying to move vehicles so that we can get your truck.NOW March 2023 (yes over a month later) - got a message from their management, asking that I contact them, I BET it would NOT be that hard to figure out who I am, and if they truly are disappointing to hear my experience was not up to PAR, they would reach out to me!!?? Here lets inconvenience you a little more customer, call us, BTW our phone system, doesn't let you deal directly with...Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Great Customer Service ExperienceI came back from vacation in a rainstorm and hit a pothole that caused damage to my Cadillac Escalade and had to have it towed to Jim Ellis Cadillac. I called to see about getting it fixed and spoke with Reggie Perry. I informed him that I didn t live in Atlanta. He was informative and let me know that it would be looked at. Nathan is the best! I can't thank him enough for getting my G37 into the shop as soon as possible for service and to get my heater hose replaced. Even went above and beyond to make sure I had a lender until my car is done. Repaired electrical in door to allow exit. Noah was very helpful and kept me abreast of what was happening with my car. I thought it odd, tho, to have to be charged for an estimate for repair of my seat belt. The estimate was going to cost $182.00!! Thats a lot for an estimate!! I'm very glad that Jim Ellis does all the work there as I went to another cadillac dealer in Georgia and they farmed all work needed on the car to other businesses. Of course I wouldn't allow them to do anything except and oil change which is something I guess they can do. Jim Ellis does all their work for cadillac cars right there on the premises. I like that. I will be bringing g my car back there, even tho it's a good 30 miles from where I live.Service: Electrical

I bought a 2016 Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum Edition.I was told the front end would be repainted to my approval....1st trip down (50 miles 1 way) 3 hours to get the paperwork signed to get a loaner car......2nd trip down was told it was ready, had not even been touched!.....3rd trip down it was ok...not perfect....but was told battery had died...$350.00+....was only given 1 key FOB, ordered a 2nd....$250.00+....3 days after I got home they mailed me the one they couldn't find????Very friendly people but not on top of everything !

Purchased a used car here earlier this year. Came in with a pre certified letter for the suv I wanted, and it still took all day even after I told them I needed to be back to grab the kids. That s not even the worst part. The detailing/cleaning was absurd. I have found the previous owners medicine, an apple core, and other garbage in my car where they did a poor job. The salesman also said they would buff marks off the chrome handle and they didn t but I was in a rush to leave at 7pm when they finally finished , I didn t even look. They also didn t give me the door code and told me I d have to bring my car back to get that. I love 1.5 hours away.

The worst!!! This is the 4th time in 4 months that I've been stranded with my kids after purchasing a 2020 Chrysler from here!! I went after the 3rd and they said they couldn't help me because it wasn't a Cadillac. That would not be an issue except for I bought it from them!! I then, turned around and had to purchase a brand new battery after having this 2020 for three months. I left a review on the the dealer website and they apologized and asked me to call their service manager, Jason. I did and never heard back. Now, sitting at the atl airport with a car I've had for 4 months, with three small children.

Brought my car in for routine service. They rotated our tires and forgot to replace the wheel lock key. They then mailed me the key but it was the wrong one. So at least one other customer had the wrong wheel lock key.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

Bought a Cadillac was lied to and cheated. I had to buy my car here cause of the supply chain. Service is poor they don t listen and are very dishonest. Would not have bought the car with this dealership if I had to do over again!!!!!
