I saw a part advertised on Hollander Parts for $50. When I called the company, C & L and spoke with a representative, he advised me that the price was $75. I asked him why was the price different than advertised. He replied that this was the price that his company has to get for it. Honor your prices. We, the public, deserves better.

The customer service was very polite and super helpful. This place didn t actually have the part I was looking for, so they reached out and referred me to a place that did. I wish I could have bought from this place as no other salvage yard has been this helpful.

I don't recommend nobody buying a motor from these guys. When I pulled up , I was told by the handy man to tell him what I needed. The door said open but people aren't allowed inside unless you are paying for the items that you are buying. You aren't allowed to talk directly to the guy that is searching for parts . You have to talk to the handy man who remind me of the movie Life when the guard was on the horse and the lil guy repeats what boss says to the inmates. After buying for it, I drive through the very muddy potholes to back into the warehouse. The gentleman bringing out the motor is very friendly because he has busted my oil pan by stinking the forks through it. As he put the motor on my trailer I see that someone has pulled the injectors , coil pack, and dirt in spark plug ports. When I got home which is 3 hours away , I see that they cut some of the plugs on main wiring harness. Please don't waste your time by buying these muddy engines

Wow I m so impressed , not only are these gentleman very nice and respectful. They stand by their work and their prices are unbeatable and affordable. I was so pleased with my part and I m ordering from them again for another part. Try them you won t be disappointed!

I needed a seat belt for my 2006 Mercury grand marquis and I found one thanks to Travis ordered it and came today thanks again . The salvage yards out here in the Madison area are a rip off thanks again

These guys are great. My boyfriend is a mechanic and gets a lot of his used parts here. The employees are always extremely helpful & informative. If they don't have the part you're looking for - 9 out of 10 times they can and will direct you to another salvage yard that does have the part you're looking for. Never had any complaints with any parts bought from these guys.

If you go to this place make sure you ask for Travis. Great guy to talk to and understanding as well. He will give you options before your purchase and break everything down for you also. I am new to Atlanta and people like him are hard to come by so trust his word and be upfront and he will do the same. Thanks guys for all your effort,

They had me waiting over a month the find a transmission, i find another one. I go to get a refund they get a attitude with me because I wanted a refund. I made 2 separate transactions on the same part i couldn't find my first receipt but i had the second receipt with remaining balance. They turned me away, i found the receipt and came back. I asked how long will it take for the money to go on my card. The man said i don't know and slammed the door in my face. Then he held on to my card I came back to the door to get my card and he called me something under his voice. Very slow, not helpful with information on part or refund, when i asked when was I supposed to get my transmission they told me "I don't know ", and they have a horrible attitude if you decide to shop somewhere else

I've frequented this salvage yard for over forty years with satisfaction. Oftentimes if they don't have the part, they'll find it through their connection with other salvage yards.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! If I could give this zero stars I would. Take my word for it, do not go here unless you are desperate and are prepared to pay someone else for your own labor. Do yourself a favor and find another auto parts business. You will be happy you did. Called and gave my ETA and was told that my part would be ready by my arrival. When I arrived, they told me to wait an additional 15 mins, which I had absolutely no problem doing. 15 minutes later, they came back and told me to wait an extra 15 mins. After 30 minutes, I politely asked for an update and everyone was extremely rude. Now 3 hours later, the small part for my car arrived with four of their men. When the men struggled to put the part in my truck, they then asked me to get out to help which although I was extremely frustrated, I did anyway. I asked for some gloves so that I wouldn't get dirty and they scoffed at me and told me they don't even have gloves they just had a towel for themselves.Assuming the small part was extremely heavy to require the assistance of four men, I went to pick it up and could practically carry it by myself. Completely shocked this company is still in business. Do not understand why they think it's okay to have their customers pay for a service that they don't even provide themselves. I was so irritated that my time and energy had been wasted that I did not not want to waste even more time complaining.When I called the following day and asked to speak with the manager, I politely explained to him my frustration and what had happened. He began hollering at me and hung up the phone. What kind of professional does that? I now understand that the reason why the service is so horrible here is because of who its being ran by. To sum it up, do not allow them to waste your time, money, and energy. Definitely will be reaching out to the BBB.

if I could post 0 stars I would. I purchased a used guaranteed 90 day warranty automatic transmission from them, installed it and it leaked from the bell housing, so assuming it may be a bad front seal I replaced it and put it back in. I repeated that process twice to make sure I had purchased the correct seal before taking it back. After making the 2 hour drive to atlanta they walk outside, make a passing glance and tell me the seal is installed wrong in a disrespectful manner. The seal has a flange and can't be installed backwards. I didn't appreciate the lack of respect that was shown to me or the people who rode with me. Then when I go to ask them about it they walk off and ignore me. So I walk in and request my money back they say that I will have to pay a 25% restocking fee, which I was not told about upfront when I purchased the transmission. They told me that they would replace the seal and it would not leak, and if it did not work they would give me my money back. I told them that would be fine. After waiting for 2 hours I walk back in to ask when the seal will be replaced and they say it will not arrive for another 45 minutes. At this point i was very irritated and was done being disrespected so I paid the restocking fee, and went home. I would not recommend buying anything from these people. They are disrespectful, won't work with you, and will not honor their warranty.

My experience here was so good. I'm so grateful because their used parts and their price. The guy with tattoos helped me out and he knows about his job. And the other young guy was so helpful. Thanks!

I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews. The yard was only 6 miles away so I decided to give it a go. I'd never been to a salvage yard before (only ordered from), so I didn't know what to expect. Turns out the experience was a good one. I went on a early Tuesday afternoon and the place had one customer waiting. I had called ahead so I knew the car was available, but you won't know if the part is there until you view the vehicle. I was escorted to one of the vehicles, identified the part needed was there, a worker pulled it and brought it to the office. It took longer than I felt it should, it was only a 10mm bolt and nut, but customer service compensated me a bit for the wait and overall my experience was a good one. Hopefully I won't need any parts in the near future, but I would do business with them again.

Super nice guys. I had a bolt that fell off the back of a City truck in Decatur, go through my tire an through the rim. Went to see C&L to get the rim for the tire. They also had the mirror that broke off in my accident. They put the mirror in an in my old mirror case so it matched my car. Much cheaper than the dealership! Much quicker as well. They really saved me.

I didn't end up going here because they didn't have the part I needed, but they were SO NICE on the phone and immediately told me they didn't have it available. They even recommended a place that did have the part I was looking for and I really appreciate how they treated me as a potential customer. 5/5 recommend these guys.

Travis was most helpful and friendly and even spent time walking the yard with me helping me find what I needed, not what you expect from a business like the typical salvage yard. You guys will get my business every time and ill make sure and tell friends and anyone in need of used auto parts. Job well done...Kenny

I definitely prefer it to those junkyards where you have to track down and pull your own parts. I slipped and fell at one of those and still live with the results. The side street it is located on is easy to miss if you are coming from Metropolitan Parkway, but the people were easy to deal with and it was affordable.

I wish I could give zero stars!! They wasted my time and gas, by lying about having a part they did not have. To make it worse I had to pay in advance while I waited 20 minutes for them to pull a part that was not there. If you ignore this review you can only blame yourself when it happens to you.

This place was awesome. I saw a couple of people that said the wait time was long but I didn't experience this. I called and inquired about the part I needed and was told they had it. I let them know I was on the way and that was it.

Thank goodness for C&L!! I ended up needing a new alternator for my car and my manufacturer warranty had recently expired (of course!!). The car delearship quoted me $375 for a new alternator plus $200 install cost. I felt truly belittled at the delearship too as a female when I asked questions and tried to figure out the situation. A coworker mentioned their experience at C&L so I decided to try it out before I committed to the dealership price. C&L had my needed alternator at $50! Well now I needed someone to install it...the guys at C&L were professional and directed me to a local business who installed the part for only $75. I could have paid $575 to the crappy, patronizing folks at the dealership but thankfully only paid $125 for my new alternator. Thank you to the sweet guys at C&L!!!
