I just picked up my 1973 vett after almost two years at this shop, 5 min after I started driving flams starts to come under the car and in the engine areaI spend over $8000 on repair and partsI have text saying that the car is up and running on the best side of it and I that I can come to pick it upAfter all of that they pick up the car to check what is the problem and stated that now the engine is not good and need to be replaced and that the car is not drivableThe manger was rode enough to tell me that is I will not come to pick up the car they will charge me $25 per dayRIDICULOUS!!!Do not come near this shop !!

*This review is for the communication with this shop thus far*I emailed them on Monday morning 10.30.23 to ask about the diagnostic fee and the possibility of scheduling an appointment. I received a response early the next morning from Logan along with an explanation about their limited availability and the number to call to schedule.The diagnostic fee is $200. It's been a long time since I've paid for a diagnostic fee so I'm not sure how this fee compares to the average auto shop. I emailed some follow-up questions and received timely responses.They're a Monday-Friday only shop. I work at a high school; my availability is limited. As it stands, I have an appointment at 9am on December 18, 2023 to diagnose a rattle that I hear during certain rpms when accelerating.I'm optimistic for an accurate diagnostic and we shall see what happens next... I will update afterwards.Update December 18, 2023My appointment went well. I like that the gentleman working the intake desk took a lot of photos of my car (presumably to avoid getting blamed for existing damage) before he took the preliminary test drive.I think they have a system where they assign the car to a specific tech who then evaluates it. I like that they consulted with me and the video I had of the noise I was hearing. He did put it on the lift and test drove it and then had me drive it to show him what I was hearing. I was satisfied with the amount of time they spent on my car.Unfortunately for me, there was not a definitive solution. (They could not be certain that replacing my torque tube / driveshaft and throwout bearing would solve the problem.)I was advised by them and other people to wait for the problem to get worse before doing a job that big (it involves dropping the entire rear cradle)Their labor charge estimate was reasonable and pretty much what I was expecting.I will go back to them if and when my problem gets worse....

I have always wanted a corvette and said by the time I m 50 I would have one! I have been looking at Corvettes on Buyavette website for many years. I recently started working with Nick Demos and was going to purchase a 1980 C3. When I went in couple weeks back he showed me a C5 50th Anniversary they had just put through their shop and was ready for sale. I m so glad he showed me this option and I went for it. Nick was great to work with as well as the rest of the staff at Buyavette. Their sales manger Keith had me in and out within 30 minutes to complete paperwork. I needed some work done and service mechanic Sam had what I needed done in less than two days. I highly recommend if you are on the market for any year Corvette you need to check them out. I'm in sales as a vocation and I know a good salesman when I meet one!!!! Ask for Nick he is the BEST, tell him I sent you!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

There very professional, customer service and reliable service I will definitely recommend if work is needed on your corvette. Had a horrible experience with a Chevy Dealership on repairs. SAM was wonderful had a simple issue resolved in in no time. Thanks

It is offset to the left, already aligned perfectly with the trans linkage)Alignment of Driver Side WindowRunning Hot InspectionJune 9th:Stopped by the shop to check-in, work not yet startedJune 23rd:Called the shop, work still not startedJuly 12th:Received first call to me from the shop.Stated they could not work on the car as smoke was detected from dash.I replied I'm aware of the problem and assured them it's the backside of the fuel gauge. It can be unplugged to continue work safely.They insisted they could not resume work on this car.They recommended I take the care to a restoration service, but when I inquired about recommendations, they could not provide any.I asked if they could at least move forward with the driver side window alignment and shifter alignment in the console since those do not require engine power or electrical power. They declined.July 14th-23rd:I went on vacationJuly 25th:Car picked up. Very dirty, covered in dust/grim or something. Reverse lock-out switch removed from the transmission shifter shaft (VERY DANGEROUS), almost threw it into reverse getting on the road from the shop. Lastly, half way down the road I realized the hood wasn t even latched.I'm astonished at this shop's lack of communication, quality control and delivery. My car's condition has taken steps backwards while visiting this shop.

Had to make an appointment to get a new visor installed, and locate a coolant leak on Aug. 5th. Had to pick up my ride today, Aug 23rd, and they hadn't even looked at it! Didn't get phone calls returned, and they park the Vettes outdoors in the sun and rain as well. NOTHING was done. I've used them before, but I WONT BE BACK.

I needed to get the heads up display looked at in my C5 Corvette, They asked me to bring it on on a Monday and hoped they would be able to look at it in the next 2-3 days. On Friday the only thing that had happened was that my convertible that had not seen rain in years ad been standing out in the rain all week and not even looked at. So a took it back home. I got offered an appointment on January the 12th 2022 (its August now). If your busy and don't have time just say that, don`t just pile up sensitive old cars in your lot to be exposed to the elements if you don`t have time to work on them.

These guys are the best. They are very knowledgeable and less expensive than the dealership for the same quality of work. They use genuine parts no aftermarket. I trust these guys with my vehicle and have never been disappointed. Thanks so much!

I was having problems with my 1998 C5, and was scared to take it to a regular shop. My car sat for a whole year because no one could fix it. I heard about Buyavette Corvette service Center and decided to give them a try. Their Techs immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They are very professional and friendly. while my car was there, they found other problems that could've turned out to be catastrophic if I would have not got them fixed. They do good quality work, and I will recommend them without reservation. They know what to do for corvettes and not expensive. Thanks for everything!

I dealt with Chris and couldn't be more happy with my purchase. We were 600 miles apart and he responded to me each time I inquired a car. His service was so good I purchased a 74 convertible from him.

Bought my Corvette from Buyavette several years ago. What has happened to your service? I called about service issue with my car Oct 2021 and they told me they could not service my Vette until March 2022! They have really declined in recent years...SMH
