BE CAREFUL! My 18 year old son wanted a wheel alignment and these guys refused saying he first needed new lower ball joints and quoted him $900 but they are in good condition. Nothing worst then mechanics that try to take advantage!

They have serviced my truck for about 5 years now. They are very good at what they do. Byron the lead is the best. They always tell me the truth (even the bad news.) They are better at diagnosis and price than Dealerships. I come all the way from Kentucky and Tennessee to have them work on my truck. Very trustworthy.

Burt Brothers are great! I have used them for many, many years for service and repair. They keep my older vehicles running. Brandon and Ryan are the best as well as their crew. Prices are very reasonable. Thanks again for all that you do!

Burt Brothers continues to amaze me! I ve been talking my Subaru here since 2019. Customer service is always the best. Prices are very reasonable. They treat me with total respect which is truly hard to find in an auto shop! Thanks again for another great service & repair! If only I could give them 10 stars!!!

Best workshop I have used, ever. Are they without any errors? No, no one is, but if they do an error they will own up to it, and handle with high priority. This time I had a vacuum leak preventing the car from be usable. In addition it had tpms errors. I arrived at 7AM - without an appointment, and of course they were busy and couldn t promise anything before the end of the week. Well, before 9AM they called me and they had finished the diagnostic, gave me a reasonable cost estimate and said it could be finished today! :). If I need anything in the future I will be back - again. Thank you for your excellent service.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Not reliable. I ve never heard anyone charging $175 just to look and to make the car in worse condition. Another place I went to said absolutely ridiculous pricing and only charged me $60 for estimate.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY WILL SCAM YOU. They will try to up-charge you for the cost of fixing AND try to charge you for unnecessary services. All the staffs at the place came with an attitude and saw them arguing with one of the customers. Avoid at all cost.

If you want your car or truck to break down before leaving the parking lot (for an issue they didn't even diagnose) after you've given them thousands of dollars to fix it, this is the place. If you like shifty-eyed customer service managers who rip off disabled people on social security, Burt Brothers is the jackpot.Record everything. Record the condition of your vehicle when you pick it up. And record every conversation you have with anyone here. They can't keep track of their lies.

I took my truck for a problem and it turns out that they changed other parts, they charged me about $3000, I took it back, they wanted 400 and they want me to pay them in a fixed way.
