If you take care of your car, do not expect this business to do so. I have long been a customer here but I am appalled at the complete lack of care they showed my vehicle and mismanagement of communication with me made things significantly worse costing me money and time.I brought my car in for a tire replacement two weeks ago on a Monday. They had to order the tire and told me it would be in the next day. I had to call to check in on the status to be told it would arrive the following Monday. Not convenient but I understood. I followed up that Monday because again, no proactive communication, and I m told it was shipped via FedEx and is out of their hands They proceed to tell me it s arrived an hour later so I take it in. When they replace the tire, I am taken completely aback by how they ruined the alloy tires. Absolutely scratched them all up. Pictures included. When I confront them, they just tell me I need to make an appointment for them to fix this mistake they ve made. I make one two days later and show up at the scheduled time. They still have yet to attempt to fix the tire and have to outsource someone to fix the mistake they ve broken. That person has yet to show up and they do not have a solution. They put my spare tire on so I can drive the car but have made no attempt to proactively communicate with me so I m continually following up trying to understand when they ll fix the costly problem they ve caused.I highly recommend looking elsewhere for tire service in Buckhead.

Alvin was incredibly helpful! Treats everyone like family, which I appreciate. You can tell he truly loves his job and enjoys coming into work, working at Goodyear for 43 years is such an impressive bonus, he handles everyone professionally and gives them as much knowledge as he can about whatever you need (which is a lot!) I got new tires, alignment, new shocks, brake, oil change, transmission, and differential fluid and he called and walked me through the entire process. It was a relief knowing that I could be assured that I was in good hands. Will never go anywhere else! The entire team was great, I would also like to shout out Jason, he was very kind and welcoming as well.

I wish I did not have to write this review. I have had good service in the past but the last time they worked on my car, I could have died from the mistakes they made. I bought 4 new tires. Two weeks later a rhythmic sound started. I thought it was related to the new tires. I took it in and they promptly looked at it and told me there was a defect in some sort of piece which was unrelated to the new tires. The tech told me the part was old and in need of replacing. He said the dealership would not sell the part to them so I needed to have it done at the dealership. I asked if it was OK to drive my car. He assured me it was. I asked again, "Can I safely drive this car?" He said yes. I took it to the dealership (had to wait 2 weeks) and I was told everything was OK with the car but at Buckhead Tire they had NOT screwed the bolts properly to THREE of the tires that were replaced. He said one set of bolts he could turn with his finger! I called Buckhead Tire to let them know what had happened. The manager was very nice and told me they had recently fired the mechanic who had worked on my car due to his poor work ethic. I said I understood and was happy he admitted that but questioned why did someone not call me? I could have died on the expressway if one of the wheels came off! I said I would like to speak to the owner about this incident and he promised the owner would call but it has been a few months and I've not heard from them. I am very disappointed because they have done some good work in the past but I just can't trust them any longer.

This location had great service. Richard and Alvin made sure to be in constant communication before any decisions were made and the car was done on time. I highly recommend this location.

1 star is generous. Had an appointment last week to drop off my car for an oil change, tire rotation and plug. Paid for all 3 services and picked up when they called to tell me my service was complete. Low tire pressure light came on again 2 days later. Took a closer look and realized the tires were not rotated either. Called for another appointment. Was told to just bring it by. I was told 30 minutes to complete the services I paid for on the previous visit. Noticed 1 hour later they were finally pulling the car in. Total trip took 1.5 hours. Would not have been a problem if they had been honest so I could ve gone back to work. A little honesty (or quality control,) goes a long way. Just let me go after 1.75 hours. Didn t get rotated. Was not refunded.

Terrible experience. Changed breaks and rotors at this location and they were never fixed. Breaks made scraping noice from day one. Took my car back 4 times and nothing was done. Last time I went the lady at front made me feel as if I was lying about the issue even though I m sure all my visits are in their system. I d give my money to someone with better customer care and overall service next time

When I picked up my car today 7/9/22 found that my car had been in a wreck also my phone holder was broken into pieces. It seems my car was taken for a joy ride while it was there. Customer service told me to wait for the owner Paul only for him to state that probably the damage in my car was done before I dropped in my car for service and repairs. Instead of him looking at the cameras that obviously he has he blamed me for the damages that obviously happen at his location. I have never experienced a lack of professionalism and ownership in a Good Year, this is obviously damaging the brand of the company when wreck-less location owners don't care about how they do businessand only care for the money.

Dropped my car off after hours and they called me first thing the next morning with breakdown of services needed. They helped offer alternatives for tires to find me good quality and cost-effective. Great customer service!

I wish I could chose zero stars. Avoid this repair shop at all costs. I dropped by car off with it making a loud noise in the front passenger side under the hood. They said that it was a belt that needed to be replaced so I said to replace it if that is what is needed. I later returned to pick up my car, paid for the repair, went to my car and the noise was louder than ever when I started the ignition. When I went back inside to ask about it, I was met with much attitude from the two men behind the counter. One proceeded to tell me that I instructed him to replace the 'serpentine belt', and that is what he did. I quickly informed him that I have no clue WHAT a 'serpentine belt' is, nor have I ever used that term. Both were extremely rude, and then when I asked what we were going to do to remedy the situation, the guy had the nerve to ask me if I would like to schedule a time to bring my car back to fix the loud noise. Worst car repair shop /customer service ever - and I have had bad experiences in the past.

Damage done to car during service and no responsibility taken from this vendor. Went in for simple oil change. Car running perfectly - I keep it in fantastic shape. Received car back with engine speed adjusted to extreme high levels (why did they even adjust this during an oil change?) and loud noises from the car, because it was shaking so badly. Called many times and was simply put on hold each time f-o-r-e-v-e-r, which seems to be the shop's way of saying "we don't want to take responsibility for this." I went to a different, reputable shop for repairs - some hoses had been split and engine speed, etc. To make it worse, some of the employees there talk to women in a very inappropriate manner. All in all... not so good.

Update: 9/08/2023Taking my car in for regular maintenance and turns out they didn t even return my wheel lock key so now I have to go pay more money for a new one. Just all around incompetence and inconvenience. (I know it was them because they were the last to replace my tire and need it)2022Going to try to make this short as possible but this was the most drawn-out, unprofessional, messy, incapable shop with the most rude and condescending employees. I took my car in for a flat tire replacement & decided to get some routine maintenance that my car was due for (brake pads, brake fluid flush, tires rotated, gen inspection). I wasn t having any issues prior, but it d been the set # of miles for the maintenance. Long story short, I came in with a donut and left with brake problems. First day after my initial service I noticed my brakes were scrubbing terribly. Took it back, after sitting in the shop for an hour they warrantied them out and told me they were faulty . Red flag. After that change, I noticed they were making a different noise: a whining, drone sound when slowing and stopping. Sounded like my vehicle was a transformer. Took it back, they first tried to gaslight me saying they didn t hear anything until I called my uncle. Said they d order new bran pads and bring it back Thursday. Thursday I went back for them to redo the service just for the manager, think his name was Jason, literally tell me I need to learn how to drive and try to mansplain braking to me because females ride their brakes . Very rude, very condescending and I knew from then, I would not be returning for any service if that s how they treat their women customers. I don t know cars but I m not dumb, and I know how to drive. Here it is a week later and my brakes are making the same noise, took it to the dealership + they recommended a brake fluid flush, which was a service Buckhead Tire allegedly did and most definitely charged me for. I get my uncle to call back for me to ask for a refund and they tell him I can bring the vehicle back + when he tried to ask their name, hung up on them. Terrible experience.

If only we could leave zero stars I was only supposed to have 4 new tires put on.Once the job was complete, the actual owner of the company called me to let me know my car was ready to be picked up. At which time he informed me, my spark plugs needed replacing.Actually, I m so sick of even thinking about this nightmare I ve had with them (AND THEY VE TAKEN ZERO RESPONSIBILITY FOR), I m done typing. All i can say is if anyone reads this review & still decides to take their car there . YOU ARE A FOOL!!!

I just bought a set of tires had my alignment checked oil changed and transmission fluid service. I ve been bringing cars to this Goodyear since March 2014 and always leave satisfied. They even offer discount coupons to save me money. Trust is essential when it comes to car maintenance and over time my trust in Paul and his staff has never let me down. I ve never taken time to express my opinion by writing a review but with all the complications of diagnosing and solving mechanical issues I know it s important to speak up. I trust Buckhead Goodyear to keep my cars reliable.

Took my car here to get tire patched due to screw in tire, paid $34.00. Not even a week later same tire was going flat again. They said I had another screw in same tire. Paid another $34.00 to get it patched again. Not even a week later tire going flat again. Took to another place and they inspected the tire. Told me that there was a screw in the tire and that the tire had never been patched most likely they were just filling it with air. Called Buckhead Tire and told the guy at desk what had happened. He immediately got defensive and rude and then he told me that he told me to get a new tire last time I was there - which never happened. I didn't need a new tire, just a patch. Anyway, he said I would have to bring my car back to them to inspect tire before he would believe me. How rude like I would lie about getting my $70.00 back. I would never take my car back there again. I don't trust them at all. It was a $70.00 lesson. No telling what the guys in the back are doing or not doing.

This was the most unprofessional Goodyear I ve ever come in contact with. I took my car to this shop last month Halloween 2022 inquiring on a transmission concern. The guy said they would take a look to determine what was going on. I informed him that my vehicle was covered under warranty. A couple days later it was confirmed that my transmission needed repair so I provided Ryan ( the head technician) with my warranty company s information. After a few days I call my warranty company they hadn t received a call from Ryan. So I call the Goodyear shop the technician states he called, he s doing the paperwork and I should have a quote for repair. Weeks go by, I m without my vehicle, Ryan still hasn t called the warranty company and every time I call to inquire on my car he hangs up. When I visit the shop he s disrespectful and refuses to listen when I ask if he can double check to ensure he has the correct information to contact warranty company. I didn t want to take the chance of driving my car from the shop in case of further damage but I had waited long enough. Monday before thanksgiving he calls stating that my warranty company said my transmission needed to be taken apart and I would be responsible for the cost. That didn t sound right because my warranty company still didn t have a claim on file nor record of him or anyone from the shop ever contacting them. I went up to the shop once again (Nov 21st) Paul the supervisor was there this time. I told Paul the communication issue that was happening regarding his technician calling my warranty company to even get STARTED on repair. Paul called that day, so finally after almost a month of my car sitting I have a claim. Due to the extended time I had been waiting, my warranty company sent an adjuster out immediately which happened to be the day before thanksgiving, however, Goodyear was still open for business. Upon his visit the adjuster, who knew nothing about the disrespect that I had received from Ryan, informed me of the ill treatment he received when he asked to verify the transmission damage and that my car was refused for a test drive and necessary damage assessment in order for him to verify the claim. The level disgust and condescending customer service prompted me to remove my car today Nov 30, 2022 because at this point I wouldn t even trust them to repair my car if an adjuster was to return. Decency and integrity goes a long way especially when you re dealing with the safety of someone s vehicle. And I certainly didn t receive any of that from this establishment

I ve been going to Buckhead Tire for a few years now and stop in today to get some prices on tires for my Mercedes. Immediately.upon entering I felt extremely uncomfortable! The older gentleman behind the counter just stared at me very creepily and made the hair on my neck stand up on my neck. Once he asked me if he could help me I explained I need tires for my SUV, the gentleman named Alvin said let s go outside and look at your tires! Once outside he started to tell me how attractive I was and made an awkward comment about my pants being tight. I told him I was uncomfortable and he apologized and finally looked at my tires, once he looked them over he asked me to come back inside with but I was to uncomfortable and decided I was leaving! Learn how to treat women I will never be back again!

I was really impressed with the team working at Buckhead Tire & Auto Repair. I came in with my check engine light on and Ryan and team were really helpful went above and beyond in helping me forge the best path ahead (too much to detail here). I'm so used to being overcharged or confused by car repair places (including my dealership), that it was really nice to have people go out of their way to work with me and help out. Highly recommend!

Arthur and Ryan were great at explaining the problems to me and the service was fast. Love their partnership with Costco as well, which gives you a nice discount (15%) if you're a Costco member. Will definitely visit again.

I m so glad I ve found them. Great service and honesty. They checked out my tire that leaked some air thoroughly and didn t ask for a penny. I tipped the guy working on it and encourage y all to do the same. With the big chain buying all tire shops out it s refreshing to go somewhere privately owned and treated.

Called Friday to make an appointment to bring in my car to get a tire plugged on Saturday, I was told no appointment necessary, they could easily get it done, and that I could leave it, walk home and get it a few hours later - no problem. This Saturday morning, I show up, get all checked in, all my information taken, tag number, key taken, and told it would be about 2.5 hours (fine, I'm walking home to wait and could walk back to get it when ready). Then some other guy behind the counter says it won't be done today! He says there are too many before me. That's maybe true, I understand, but which is true - not today or in 2.5 hours?!! (Why aren't these guys on the same page - were they just gonna take my car, get my business, and make me wait all day, and then not fix it?)Mixed messages or being misled (feeling jerked around) is a bad look when dealing with the already scarce free time one has for such small repairs on their weekend.

Came here for an emergency issue with my vehicle. Ever since then, I have been having problems with my vehicle. Each time I come, they tell me I need to replace a new part on my car. Most recently, my battery died. They replaced the battery and alternator. 10 days later, my battery dies again and is corroded. They didn t clean off the pads and admitted to that. (This is the second time they forgot to perform a service on my vehicle. The first time is was oil change. They took care of it, but how do you let someone leave when you had to drain all the oil from their car and did not replace it?) Back to the battery issue- Now, they are unsure what s going on and assume it s my starter. So basically, I paid nearly $900 for a new battery and alternator when apparently that wasn t even the issue. I ve had to come here 3 times in less than two months and have spent too much money with them. I wouldn t recommend.Note: The workers are nice. However, nice doesn t resolve the issue.

I had the misfortune to break down on Roswell Road and managed to limp into the service station. The team immediately diagnosed the issue (literally within minutes) and determined that my car needed a new alternator. Alternator was replaced the next day and no issues since. That was 2 months ago. Had another issue with a vintage car of mine. The service station let me know that another garage had performed a repair incorrectly and didnt even charge me for looking at it. Great service!

This place is a joke. I had an electrical issue and they put a battery in at double the price ($250). Then charged me to fix my A/C ($200). The next day it was blowing hot again. The day after that, my battery light was back on. I guess they just don't know about cars. Ended up buying an alternator ($170) and my awesome neighbor installed it two weeks ago. Car running great. He should go and teach these guys. Anyone want to buy an expensive battery?

Everyone is nice and friendly. They are taking extra precautions for the safety of their customers. They wiped down the front desk before I entered the building and after each customer. I went in for an alignment and it took less time than they told me. Also the pricing is very affordable. I compared it to other places before I went in and it was the best pricing in the market. My car drove very nice and smoothly after I went in to pick it up. Thank you very much. 100% recommend

Arrived Saturday right at 4:00 pm (1 hour before posted close time). Explained I was from out of town, had nail in my tire, and needed to get home. Had toddler in the car. Manager turned us away because they had already cut the air off and was sending his guys home. I m so thankful another shop squeezed us in and had it fixed in 20 minutes (paid him handsomely in cash). Do business with people who care about helping others in need, not these folks who couldn t flip the compressor switch and patch a tire for out of town folks with a baby in the car.

Awful awful experience. Had to come back here 4 times to get my brakes fixed because they put horrible pads on the first two times (the third time they did nothing and I had to come back the next business day). They then wanted to charge me extra for these new pads they put on for hopefully the last time. Please beware. I paid $500 dollars after everything was all said and done and they still wanted to charge an extra $50 dollars for brakes pads they didn t fix/replace in the first place. MIND YOU, they did the work THEN told me I owed an extra $50... rather than have me sign off on the extra charges first. I would have just gone to my dealership if I knew they were going to be so awful. When I refused to pay the extra $50 after the $500 dollars I already paid the guy rudely gave me my keys and said here I don t have time for this ... like I had time to come four different times for them to do a simple brake replacement? Please beware and just pay the dealership price. Less of a hassle and probably the same exact price.NOTE: The workers are really sweet! That was the one plus. Honestly wasn t going to write a review since they were so nice, but the person at front desk today was very nasty so I had to do it.
