I came in one day prior to get an emissions test, the receptionist is a new employee, from the west coast, however her personality and kindness led me to make an appointment-she also provided me with a discount card for an oil change. The next day, her personality was the same and she was working with a gentleman who was just as pleasurable! Sorry I can t remember their names! Anyhow, I came for an emissions test and left with an oil change and my 60k service! I ve found my new service center! It was definitely a pleasurable experience!

People will write reviews for a million different reasons but, not many will take the time to write a review for an employer. There are even few who will write a review for an ex-employer. As an ex-employee of Braxton, I can honestly say, THEY ARE THE BEST! I have been in the automotive business since 1986, in those years there have only been a hand full of repair shops that I think truly understand how to treat customers and employees the right way. Steve Braxton is a honest, fair (overly fair) and a truly upright person. He runs his business the same way. He gives a honest repair for a fair price. He is one of the few repair shops I feel comfortable referring my friends and family to.As an ex-employ I know what goes on in the back ground and can still say, Steve Braxton is the best. Thank you Braxton for being one of the few stand up repair shops in this area and far beyond.

I have had my Volvo just under a year and was referred to Braxton Automotive by my boyfriend. Jason and his team have been absolutely amazing! I will be forever grateful for the integrity and care they provide! I 100% recommend them to anyone who needs service on their car! You won t be disappointed!

Professional, prompt, and good pricing! I called all over the city, and they were the most forthright and well-positioned on a Mercedes B1 service pricing, and they helped explain what all is included in the service (as I feel that can sometimes be challenging to navigate as the car owner - seems to be an intentional black box at some service facilities). Thanks to Cari for her help on the phones and at the front desk, too.

We had a wonderful experience with Braxton Automotive working on our Land Rover. Their process and systems are top tier, better than the dealership. I could see everything that needed to be done and create a plan for how to get it done. Now my car is as good as new!

Braxton Automotive's staff is very customer focused. The office manager Bobbi, was courteous and engaging. This made me feel comfortable and trusting as I was referred to them for service.I had some concerns about my 2016 Mini Cooper Clubman being that it has almost 100k, but Braxton checked all intervals for my vehicles service did not recommend anything out of regulation fort the milage.I recommend Braxton because of their commitment to excellent service, price which is very competitive to dealer prices, combined experience, and turnaround times on service.They are awesome!Thanks, Cathy S. for the referral.CServices: Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Great car service. Saved me money by not doing a $1500 service when I thought it was needed, and instead only charged me for what was actually needed, after calling me and explaining the status of my vehicle.Clear quote process, and friendly customer service. Will definitely be bringing my vehicle back for regular maintenance needs.

Carrie and the crew at Braxton provided frequent updates via text and email throughout the process. They were clear about everything my vehicle needed including what was urgent and what could wait. They provided extra discounts to help with the huge burden the dealership had left me with. I will be going back to Braxton for all my vehicle needs.All because of an oil change sticker on the windshield when I bought it!!And again they came through for me with honesty and integrity!!This will be my forever mechanic!!

I wondered into this place trying to get an Emmission test and I m forever grateful Carrie was the Best Advisor ever. I love the electronic detailed work proposals and you just select approve for the work you want to have completed. Work was done in reasonable time and I feel the price was fair. I m only going to Braxton for service on my older model Mercedes from this day moving forward . I feel they resolved the issue as Best they could and my car is running great. This was my first time taking my car to Braxton Automotive Group. Right away, I noticed the wait area was nicer than I expected. When I was checked in, I didn t have to explain why I was there, I booked online and they already knew what service I was requesting. A thorough inspection was done and their findings were carefully explained. I wasn t coerced into making a decision about getting more services done that day. The customer service was fantastic. Not only to me, but the other customers in the wait area and customers on the phone. Most importantly, my car is is driving great. I ll definitely be returning.

I had a problem with the shifter in my LR4. After leaving the car at the dealership for 2 weeks and still being advised I was number 12 on the list, I took it to Braxton who diagnosed the problem the next day and fixed it as soon as the part was available 2 days later. They do a great job staying in touch and communicating the required services needs with cost estimates.

I just moved here a few years ago and have been looking for a trustworthy repair shop. They were so kind to me and got me all squared away. Even offered much needed advice on the care of my first big girl car. I really loved the extremely detailed once-over test they run and email you the results of (pictures included)I love detail and knowing how things work, so I am extremely happy to have found this repair shop.

I am so pissed, I have a range rover. I took my truck in because my coolant light and engine light both were on. ok i had to pay for a diagnostic test not included into what you have to pay to get it fix. I had to pay $2500 to get it fix in February then again in May same thing another $2200. You cannot bring your own parts in which is fine I am ok with it. I know what it cost when you buy vehicles like that. But my engine light goes on and off and my coolant light still going on and off. Now I have to find me another mechanic shop to work on my truck. because I can t keep paying them this type of money and the same thing is going on and you have to keep paying for a diagnostic test.

This place is horrible I paid 3500 to get my Volkswagen fixed here.. my car still shakes with an engine light epic light and a stability light. This is Unheard of. I was told to just drive it until it fixes itself. Only reason I paid was because I wouldn t have a car at all if I didn t

they were excellent in the quality of the repair, the timeliness, the communication (even with photos of the broken/ worn out parts recommended for repair), the transparency of their findings that led to the recommendations and the follow through. My only complaint is the same as with a hospital bill. they list two hours of labor to change a door handle, and then charge rates based on what they presume you've got in your pocket having driven in in an import car, rather than what it takes to do the job or the difficulty. this seems to be endemic to the business however. they did quality work and be transparency, but strongly consider just replacing the car for the prices ........ 8 K later.........

I was so glad that I listened to my intuition and chose Braxton Automotive over any other Land Rover servicer. I looked at all the reviews and made the decision to go with them despite having spoken to two other facilities. However, the reviews for the others were not as good as Braxton Automotive. Not only were they honest and less expensive, they were so easy to work with, professional and extremely pleasant. They made a very stressful situation seamless. I will definitely go to them in the future should any issues arise and use them for normal service instead of the dealership (which couldn't get me in for three months btw). I heard a few other customers talking while I was there, and I could tell they were repeat happy customers, which definitely confirmed my decision to choose them!Update: I purchased a new vehicle and found out they now can service it too -- MercedesServices: Auto battery replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance

I took a Land Rover Discovery that I was considering buying in to them for a pre-purchase inspection. They were very quick to look at it, and were very honest on the condition of the vehicle. So honest that they advised me not to purchase it even though they could have had the repair business if I did go through with the purchase. It would have amounted to $4-7k dollars. When I went to pick the vehicle up, they spent a lot of time offering expert advise on which european models to avoid and consider.This is above and beyond what a shop has to do but they were super cool about it.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

This was my first visit. Jason checked in with me regularly on status and took the time to explain possible underlying causes of issue. The shop ultimately found a way to correct the issue through a repair, rather than with an expensive new part. Very pleased!
