Jovon is one of the best in the business! I love their location and service. Sad to see the old owner go but he has put it in the right hands! I recommend them for basic oil changes and talking care of your classic vehicles!

Moving to a new town with an older Volvo requires finding a good mechanic. My daughter visited us last week and I took her car for a spin to check things out- not good. I took the Volvo to Road Britannia and they were exceptional. I was kept up to date with the status of the repairs and they took time to diagnose a subtle problem that could have become a big deal.

My husband and I have been taking our cars to Blue Ridge for maintenance for 2 years. They ve always given us a great experience and done an excellent job with our cars. The staff is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!

This shop did an outstanding job diagnosing our issue and proceeded to fix it. Jovon (Service Manager) is extremely customer service oriented. He explained each step of the process, set realistic expectations, and then ensured execution. Overall it's evident that this shop knows how to service your vehicle and it's customers.

Blue Ridge Automotive has been exceptional! After my longtime mechanic retired, I was dreading having to find & vet a new shop. However, Blue Ridge has exceeded expectations with all of our vehicles. Their use of transparent reporting & quoting for various jobs is easy to understand and highlights their commitment to honesty!
