When I leave a review for 5 stars I like to be detail as possible. This was the 3rd collision shop I visit that day. The front desk staff Ronneka and Anthony were amazing and very helpful and polite throughout the entire process. Ronneka was very professional and kept me well informed about my vehicle process. She helped me get the proper documentation that I needed to get my car road ready. Keith I believe was one of the good people that was dealing with my slow a** insurance company. I love good customer service, this is one of the reason I chose to go with this bodyshop I read the pervious reviews on Google. Haan did a great job assessing my vehicle and walked me through the whole process and a gave me a good time frame. The body work was excellent (shout out the the hands that fix my vehicle) my best friend took his vehicle a few weeks ago to anther bodyshop (very common name place) and let s just say I m happy I did not go to there ! Overall, I see why this place have high reviews. I will definitely use this service in the future. Great customer service and Great work!!!! Don t confuse this place with the place next door, they have similar names be careful!!!!!

I recently suffered some damage to the back of my car due to a hit and run. I spent over a month collecting estimates from various body shops across Atlanta, and ultimately settled on Bavarian Collision. I was nervous as my car is bright red, but Omar and his team did a fantastic job. Omar was very transparent on what exactly they d need to do and providing detailed updates. Their estimate was fair and right in line with the final price. My car looks like it was never damaged, and the detailing they provided made it look brand new. Their customer service is excellent, and the work is even better. I would highly recommend Bavarian Collision for any body work your vehicle needs.

Bavarian was incredibly professional. They took care of my car and it looked as good as new. Omar was very helpful and assisted me throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend them for your car body work or repairs.

What can I say about Bavarian collision? Everything. Everything was excellent. I got into a car accident and the entire right front of my car was banged up. Andy and Omar were great at explaining what repairs I may need and the process on how to get it done. After I got everything going with the other guys insurance I dropped my car off. My car ended up needing extra repairs when they took it apart and needed a whole new bumper. They got with the guys insurance themselves and got everything worked out. I didn t have to do anything.When I went to pick up my car, Omar showed me everything they fixed. He test drove the car to make sure it was driving smoothly. The car was cleaned and detailed. They even detailed the inside of my car. I swear it looked like I a whole new car with its new bumper and shiny coat. I must say I don t want to ever see them again but if I ever get into any type of accident with my car again *knock on wood* I will definitely be reaching out to them for repairs. Great customer service, awesome job on the repairs. He also took my rental car back to enterprise which was very nice of him. 10/10 would definitely recommend them for your body work needs!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I loved my experience with Bavarian Collision. It was very proficient and I had up to date knowledge of my car every step of the way while it was under their care. Omar was amazing at handling my Nissan and was a great guy to work with, very professional and organized.

I went to Bavarian Collision because someone vandalized my truck. It had bullet holes and it was completely trashed on the inside. Bavarian Collision painted my entire vehicle and detailed it. I get so many more compliments about my new paint job. I love the color! The crew was super polite and whenever I had a question or popped up at the shop they allowed me to check their progress. I've had a couple of minor scratches recently; I took it right to Bavarian Collision and they got my car looking like new. They are affordable and the service is top notch. If you need any work done to your vehicle, take it to Bavarian Collision!

Fantastic communication and service. I had a multi-month road trip planned, but was rear-ended a few months before departure. Omar got my jeep looking better than new with time to spare. Working with Bavarian Collision is easy, efficient and so pleasant. We've had body and mechanical work done on both of our vehicles. The estimating process is quick and there are never any surprises. My favorite part is picking up the car after they've detailed it because it looks brand new!

Really enjoyed my experience here. I was quite nervous because I have an expensive car with a unique paint color (metallic black BMW M3). The team here took care of me and fixed my front and back bumper that was damaged from a hit and run. Ended up going customer pay and the final price was reasonable. Kevin in particular was wonderful he made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and valued. He was very attentive and kept me up to speed throughout the process. Highly recommend Bavarian and working with Kevin, especially for any M or AMG owners.

In this day and age it is way more difficult to find a reliable service center than it should be. I needed a small job done (not insurance or warranty) but it was important to me. I got connected with Omar, he told me to bring it by and he and the crew went to work on it.They knocked it out of the park and got it right back to me in no time flat! Just an overall pleasant experience! I will definitely hollar at Omar and the gang when I need some more work done!

Fully recommend: If I could give 10 , I would. I came in with a deep dent (not as visible on the image below) and several scratches on my rental. My insurance would of had a field day, but Omar came out and fixed everything on the spot. Very efficient service and great customer. I couldn t be happier with the results of my car! Omar was kind and funny on the phone, when I sat my appointment. He was able to schedule me promptly. When I arrived a few minutes early, he was prepared and was extremely efficient while assessing the issue and discussing the potential repairs. He even offered me a sandwich while I waited! I highly recommend Bavarian Collision Center, and Omar is wonderful! The team is responsive and extremely helpful while guiding you through the collision repair process (for me, insurance was involved). Bavarian Collision repaired my vehicle. The repair was done in a timely fashion and it looks great. The staff was very responsive to my needs and answered any questions I had. Hope fully I don t need them again but if i do need anymore body work done I will definitely use Bavarian Collision

Bavarian Collision is amazing from start to finish!! my vehicle was done in record Time. Omar is consistently professional and organised, every time I called Andy(the receptionist)she was there to directly check on my vehicle). By far the best experience I ve had with paint and body repair work has been with Bavarian Collision. My car looks brand new thanks to Omar! Someone hit my car and I was so disappointed. I was stressed trying to find the right body shop to meet my expectations. Omar did such an amazing job for my vehicle. He is professional and communicative. The email team is not the best at responding to email at a timely manner so I would suggest to always call if you want updates on your vehicle. Today I went to Bavarian Collision and I was extremely pleased with the service I received! Jabari was so helpful and patient. He took his time explaining to me what was wrong with my vehicle and options on how to fix it. He even allowed me to see the damaged parts for myself. As a woman, I'm usually really apprehensive when it comes to taking my cars to mechanics or body shops to have work done, but this by far was the most honest, upfront and non-intimidating experience I have ever had. I definitely recommend Bavarian Collision to anyone looking for a good collision shop!!

I went to Bavarian collision with some serious paint transfer and scratching on the side of my vehicle and within 5 minutes Omar had made it look 75% better. His customer service was excellent, he went out of his way to help me from the moment that I stepped into the front door. As many people know you often walk into a business and are completely ignored and it usually goes downhill from there, but that was definitely not the case here. He also gave me some very helpful advice as far as my vehicle was concerned, and I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for Quality Collision repair.

This business is a great example of a business that demonstrates care and compassion for those in crisis. This is a body shop and automotive repair business but I did not use either of these services . After having locked my keys in my car while visiting another business a block away from Bavarian Collision, I was unable to locate a service who could assist me with unlocking my car in a timely manner. I called this business on the unlikely chance they could help. Not only did they help but they prioritized their assistance and sent a gentleman immediately to assist me and they asked for no compensation. Mr Jabari Hayes and his associate s response to my moment of crisis was very refreshing considering all the unkind acts occurring in the world today . If I ever need a body shop I would most definitely use their services.

Bavarian Imports and Collision is the best auto shop in Atlanta. I ve been taking my car here over a decade. They will bring you into the shop, show you what s wrong with your car on the lift, and explain how they ll fix it. I once was quoted $2800 worth of repairs from the dealership at an oil change. I brought it to Bavarian and they said none of the items the dealer quoted needed repaired, and the only issue I was having was something that could be fixed with less than $300 part. I have never taken my cars anywhere else. Cory and Omari are two of the most honest and trustworthy people, and that s saying a lot when it comes to auto repair. Omar was extremely honest and helpful. He saved me >$1,000 for my repair as other locations told me I had to paint my damages and Omar was the only one to say we can get it fixed through PDR. Gave me a free detailing job on the car and made it look brand new. Got my car in and out very quickly. This company will always have my business moving forward! They are excellent. Their customer service is excellent as well. Omar was great and so was Jabaree. Omar truly helped me when other company's were trying to charge me an arm and leg for simple repairs. I appreciate that the quote he gave me in the beginning and what I paid in the end were the same. They did not try to nickle and dime me. I dropped my car off on Tuesday and repairs were completed on Wednesday! Thank you all for everything you did. I will definitely be sending business your way.

Apologize for submitting this review with some delay, but I wanted to report the great experience with Alphonso and team at Bavarian Collision. They repaired some damage to my car ahead of the scheduled time. The work was done in mid-May, 2022. Great service and a pleasure to deal with when so many businesses deliver the opposite, i.e. poor service and customer experience. I am recommending Bavarian to all. Thanks DanService: Body & Trim

This place is amazing. I can t say enough good things about them. I ve brought two of my cars here in the last 5 years when people have hit me. They do such an amazing job with the repairs, and keep you updated every step of the way.Alphonso is such a professional. He takes pictures of the car during each part of the repair process and sends them to you. They make sure you re happy with the job they do, and my car looks even better than before. My car has the three layer paint that can be hard to match, and it looks great.I always recommend them to people. You won t be sorry if you bring your car repairs to them. They re the best!

Omar at Bavarian Collison provided excellent customer service and top of the line repair work to my BMW that was involved in an accident. He was very professional and kept me abreast of the status of the repair. When I picked up my car it was immaculate! The repair work looks great and they even detailed the car for me! I am very pleased. Anybody that drives a BMW that is in need of repair should bring your car to Bavarian Collision and ask for Omar.
