Repairs initially began 10/4/2023 by 10/17 they completed most of the job and my vehicle looked good for what they did complete. Vehicle was drivable I had to pick it up due scheduling issues and advised I will reschedule to complete what they didn t initially complete in Oct . When picked up vehicle marks were still on my car and my camera had x on them advise I can drop vehicle off in Dec ( that s the earliest) because I ll be going out of town this appt was made a few days after pick up in Oct .. part of the issue shop advised some of the damages weren t on insurance initial estimate but was reported to insurance on the claim info which verified. dropped vehicle off on the 12/7 picked up vehicle on 12/21 was advised they will call and reschedule to bring vehicle back due the holidays and also give insurance inspector time to approve the additional damage that was not on the estimate come to find out insurance has been waiting for them to rewrite estimate since 10/17 . Contact shop on 01/04/2024 to advise insurance is still waiting on them to rewrite the estimate and I m still waiting for call from shop. I also sent an email as well and no response from the email as of yet. Holidays can be hectic timeMeanwhile I m still driving around with green circles on my truck.In-spite of all of the above the shop staff is nice.I chose this shop from infinity s certified list.Will update review once completed entirely.

This place was a god send. I initially just came in for a quote but after having a knowledgeable conversation with Kevin I knew I wanted my car fixed here. They made me feel very comfortable leaving my car in their hands. They handled everything with my insurance in a timely manner which made the process less stressful. I was kept informed every step of the way. They did an awesome job on my car and it looks like it just came off the lot. If you are looking for a place you have found it here!

First class! Exceptional communication and frequent updates, even when we were dealing with a difficult insurance company. Excellent, personal customer service! They can explain what needs to be done, they re not trying to take you for anything beyond that. Gave me full confidence in what needed to be done and what was done .and of three comp quotes, they were the most reasonable.Kevin, Veronica and Hans all get 5 Stars!

I called around looking for an estimate for replacing my car emblems and they were able to do it same day. Omar told me to show up at a particular time and surprisingly when I arrived, he was able to get me in. Omar was excellent with explaining best and worst case price for the job. Fortunately, for me, I was able to get the best price. Happy I stopped by and I ll definitely use them again!

I had a good experience working with the Bavarian Body Works team to fix my car. Even though my insurance made the process long and frustrating, the team was patient and did everything they could to make the process better. The work done on my car was good and I am pleased with the results.

Everyone here is so kind and wonderful! Kevin gave me a very upfront estimate to get my bumper fixed after it was ripped off. He was great at communicating any additional costs or time it would take to fix it. My car looks beautiful again - I think they may have even vacuumed it for me before returning it! I definitely recommend coming here for any body work your car needs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

All of the staff were friendly and professional.Bavarian Body Works did a fantastic job on my bumper repair. My SUV looks brand new.Importantly, they promised me the work would be completed in 4 days, and it was.It is extremely rare that you engage a body repair shop and they deliver the work on time and without additional costs.I highly recommend Bavarian Body Works for all your auto body repair needs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Brought my BMW here after someone hit me. They worked with the insurance to get the repair done right. Insurance sent very used (damaged) parts, and Bavarian sent them back and requested new parts be used. Customer service is good too, they always answer and are helpful when I call. I'm glad I trusted my repair to Bavarian.

Thanks so much to Ronneka and Kevin and the whole team at Bavarian body works for a speedy and gorgeous repair to my Highlander. The window casing was bent from someone trying to pry it looks good as new and they knocked the repair out within a day (after planning and pre-ordering the parts). Other body shops asked for up to a week!!! Also washed the car and made it look spotless. Highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim

For the Atlanta/Howell Mill location. It was a fantastic experience. The work was done well and at a fair price. Kevin was great to work with; he answered all my questions. I will definitely use them again if need be.

I had been driving around with a banged up and rattling front bumper for the good part of a year, and finally decided to bring my car in to have it assessed and repaired. I chose BBW based on the kind of car I have, proximity, and the good reviews. I did make an initial appointment, but I wasn't expecting the immediate and attentive 1:1 service that I received from the moment I walked in. Kevin and his team at BBW did an assessment, provided an estimate, ordered parts, and completed the repair (even including obtaining additional unexpectedly needed parts) all within the span of 10 business days. The icing on the cake of a well done repair was how clean both the interior and exterior of the car were when I picked it up, which saved me having to get the car washed and/or detailed. And the car was in excellent shape to drive on a road trip the weekend following the repair! I am super thankful to the BBW team for their awesome service and for helping me take good care of a car that I'm hoping to keep for a long time.

The work they do is high quality, they managed to fix all the panels without buying new ones. Dropped it off on a Thursday and it was done the next Friday! I was expecting it to take weeks. They followed up with me via email which really helped calm my nerves, and they also vacuumed and gave my entire car a nice wash, wax, and polish (which I really appreciated). I would definitely recommend this shop!

Made my collision repairs perfectly. Also found a repair issue unrelated that had to be addressed. Fair honest pricing and kept me updated with timing. 3rd collision repaired with them even though they have moved through the years.

The lady at the front desk was always there. Other than that this place is the absolute worst took them 7months to finally total out my car, only after charging my insurance thousands of dollars for repairs. The agent I was working with missed so many things from damage to supplements, phone calls and all. I would call the office and no one would have any info. Find another repair shop.

I highly recommend Bavarian Bodyworks to ANYONE needing car repairs. Hans and his team are incredible. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ! I googled an auto repair near me and chose the place close to my home. I am extremely satisfied with the way Kevin, Brittany, and Ronneka handled my car damages. They went above and beyond the expectations of a body shop and I could not be more happy with the services they have provided. They are quick, friendly, efficient, and have the upmost best service from beginning to end. I will recommend this shop to all my family in the area.

I took my car here on Monday for a repair and got it back on Thursday! My car looks good as new (minus the dents that were there previously lol) and front desk lady, Ronnecka was also amazing! I would recommend this place to someone else!

Ronneka was very helpful explained everything and answered all ofMy questions. I can tell she was very patient and understanding this business and many more need people with her compassion for others. I have many shops closer to me in buckhead but I will continue to get my work done here from front desk answering the phone with much respect to Ronneka making the experience wonderful thank you all.

I can t say enough good things about this place. Went in for a side view mirror repair/replace on my Acura. Very courteous and prompt at providing a fair estimate. Ordered the part right away. Always polite and helpful when I called (maybe too often) to check on part ETA. When I told them I needed the repair done before leaving town, they followed up with supplier, got my part 2 days early, and got me on for the repair the very next day! On top of all, cost was below estimate!! Highly recommend for the work they did and the professionalism!Service: Body & Trim

Sending our car for repair to Bavarian Body Works was the best decision we could have made. They were professional, personable, courteous, efficient, and detail-oriented. They went above and beyond to ensure that we knew of our options, had the information needed to make the right decision for us, and communicated thoroughly throughout the process. We were pleasantly surprised by how quickly they were able to get us on their calendar, and then were even more satisfied with the time it took to have the repair completed. The owner even reached out to us about our experience! We have already referred two of our friends to use Bavarian Body Works and I will tell anyone willing to listen how great of a company they are. Of course we hope that we do not have to have body repair done on a car in the future, but if we do there is no doubt we are taking our car to Bavarian Motor Works.Service: Body & Trim

This was the best shop, honestly that I have ever been to! Friendly and knowledgeable front office. The girls Ronneka & Blair were so kind and great with conversation. The estimator was very informative in helping me understand what needed to be replaced and how long it may take my vehicle to be fixed. They explained that with insurance, it does take a longer time because of the approval process and parts but I was completely ok with that because with all the great things I have heard about them from people I know, I was confident that I came to the right place. When I got my car back it was absolutely perfect! so clean and you cant even see where it was damaged. If I could give the shop more then 5 stars I absolutely would, they were amazing, I will be sure to tell everyone I know about their great work and if I ever need to revisit a shop again (hopefully I wont) but if I do I will definitely bring it to Bavarian Body Works and no where else!!! Do yourself a favor and bring your vehicle here for repair you wont be disappointed!Services: Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Good body repair to my, but bad follow ups i picked up my car and realized there was no tint put back on my window, made the call to the shop and was told i d hear back 2 weeks went by and no call so i called back and received more excuses about Kevin needing to set the appointment let it go and never heard anything else.

Had the absolute best experience with Bavarian! After being completely stressed from a minor cosmetic wreck to my brand new vehicle, Bavarian came to my rescue. Not only were they fair, but efficient. The location manager Hans ensured me that my car would look good as new, and he didn t lie! They matched the paint to perfection and were able to get my vehicle fixed within the promised window of time. A huge shoutout to Ronneka and Blair at the front desk who were a true pleasure from start to finish. They kept me updated on the process of my vehicle, and kept me at ease during what was a frustrating time/incident. I hope I won t have to used Bavarian in the future for any accidents ( ) but if I do I won t trust me vehicle with anywhere else!!Service: Painting

Nice People! My car door was slightly bent (probably thanks to an attempted theft!). The gentleman assigned for my car looked at it and said it should not cost me a fortune. Kevin Gabbadon, Brittini Matthews and Roneeka Haywood are super patient, helpful , very informative and professional while getting my car fixed through insurance. I went to Bavarian to have them look at my car right after an accident. Every other shop I called said they had no appointments, often for multiple weeks.
