This place is awesome! The customer service is amazing! First, I did not have access to my phones GPS and Sean literally talked me through how to get to the store. Then, I got to the store and had and emergency and they took care of me. These guys know what they are doing with repairs. It is worth it to do the repair. Wyatt and Sean have amazing spirits and attitudes. They make you feel important and valued.

This was one of the best customer service visits I have had in a long time. Both Sean and Wyatt went beyond in helping us. They kept us updated on our iPhone battery replacement time and didn't try to oversell us. I would highly recommend this store.

Sean and Wyatt were probably the best associates I have run across in a long time. I m a Store Mgr for CVS and this is the type of customer service that try to get colleagues to aspire to. Outstanding!! I highly recommend this location it s worth the drive.

I will recommend this location Batteries Bulbs To everyone. Soon as I walked in the door they was very professional. I had a cracked screen on my samsung ultra 21 And he fixed it within a hour.

Do Not Go for Phone Repair.Its been over a month and they don't have my parts, they are also not open during their posted hours. Additionally, when I tried to schedule a repair time to come in they told me to call Squaretrade, my insurance, but Squaretrade says that I have to schedule through BatteriesPlus.

My wife keyfod broke at work and we called the dealership and they wanted almost $400 to replace it. Lucas and Susan were Awesome! Susan managed to replace the fob and that saved us money! We were totally blown away at Susan's skills and compassion for our problem. We are now battery plus customers for LIFE!

I wish I could give 0 stars! I've been trying to get my phone screen replaced here for over a month because this is where my insurance told me to go. The first appointment I went in for, the phone tech never showed up for work. After that, they told me they used the screen to fix someone else's phone. I called a little over a week ago to ask if they had gotten a new screen in and they said to be there at open 2 days later. I tried calling throughout the next day to verify that they had gotten the screen but nobody ever answered the phone. I show up the next morning and no one had made any attempt to even get a screen for my phone. The lady I spoke to that morning called me 15 minutes after I left to let me know that she had gotten a product transfer from another store approved and that they would have my screen in a week. I just found out through my insurance that the store cancelled my claim that day without me ever receiving any form of notification. DO NOT GO HERE!

Horrible service they need to close down. Paid insurance claim up front to assurance to get screen fix. Phone sit at the office for 2 weeks after only supposed to be a next day turn around. People will waste ur time if u let them. After leaving never got a manager back on the phone. Don t know why they are open. Bad business never got my phone fix by the way week 3 was coming. So we got our phone back and left. No one called gave an update or nothing. Bad business. Never again

Wish I could give them more stars.I don't want to tell you the whole nightmare But I needed an emergency screen replacement and Sean came through like a champ.Everybody here was Amazing...if you need anything they have or can get I recommend you use them...

I was expecting poor service and high cost, but found quite the opposite. The dude replaced my iPhone battery quickly but carefully while simultaneously training two new hires and serving other customers. He was polite, professional, friendly and helpful with everyone at all times. I came away impressed and willing to do more business with B+B.

I was absolutely blown away with the great customer service that I received this morning. It was critical that I get the bulb in my headlight replaced this morning as it was raining. The gentleman that worked there came out and replaced the bulbs for me without hesitation and I really appreciate that! On top of that, they also give military discount..that was the icing on the cake for me! I would definitely recommend going here for quick and courteous service for bulbs and batteries!

CALL BEFORE VISITING. I routinely have lunch at the (excellent!) place next door, and as I eat I watch people drive up to this business and then discover that it's not open. There's a sign on the door that says it's "temporarily closed", and it's been like that for weeks at least.

You think you are going to the home depot of batteries where someone would know more about the products than you; however, that was not the case. I waited in the store before an employee showed up, about 5 minutes later. I asked about a specific battery I was looking for and the clerk did his very best to not attend to this question. Instead of trying to help us find the battery he sat down and played video games on his computer. Hopefully customer service is better at other locations.

I had dropped my iPhone for the last time and I thought it was over and done with. My home button was hanging, my volume buttons were not working, my screen was severely damaged until Matthew came to the rescue. He made my phone new again (well as new as it could be.) Bryan cashed me out and he was awesome as well. This store is A+ for customer service and quality of service.

The technician wasn't working on the day that they said an appointment was available, so I drove to the store for nothing -- even though I had booked the appointment several days in advance. Then, upon arriving, a 30min wait estimate turned into 90mins. Luckily, the battery replacement has worked well and the staff was nice, hence 2-stars instead of 1.

Matthew the manager was absolutely amazingggggggggg he knew just what I needed from the time I called to the time I got there. Trice is amazing too her and Matthew have a great work relationship, they both taught me things I didn t know about lights and batteries. I don t know what the problem other people have with them, they we re so wonderful I will be returning soon.

I came in today for a battery replacement. Matthew helped me and he was the best. He replaced my battery in my vehicle in under 10 minutes, told me about an online coupon, and was an all around great communicator. I had a very positive experience.

My service tech Andy was very honest with me as it related to the cost of getting my phone up and running again. He gave me best case scenarios and worst case scenario. Luckily it ended up being the best case scenario. I would definitely return and recommend this place to any one having phone issues.

Came in today and the staff was amazing very helpful. Trice is so funny made me laugh and as soon as I showed her what I needed she went straight to it. I give this store 1000% my business for all my battery and accessories needs definitely will be back.

I went in to get a new battery and screen fixed on my iPhone, it was well worth my time. Matthew had the screen fixed and new battery installed within 30 minutes. I can't say enough about this store. The location is great and easy to access, the store is well stocked and very clean, and the customer service was absolutely A M A Z I N G!!! To the owner and employees that run this store....YA'll ROCK!

I brought my iPhone SE in for Screen Replacement (45min) 2 1/2 later my phone was given to me with a Non Functional Home button AND it ran hot until it died and wouldn t turn back on. LUCKILY I took it to an experienced tech and she told me that the initial guy who replaced my screen didn t place everything back correctly and he tore my home button cable.

I came in to get 2 car remotes programmed for my 2011 toyota camry. I was very pleased with the service provided as it was quick and done beautifully. Matthew was the one that helped me and he was awesome ! I would recommend this place for all you car/phone issues.
