Very friendly young man helped me get the right oil for my MINI. It was actually higher quality than my car requires so very worth the money. I'd recommend this business if you drive an import like me.

I've gotten parts here a couple of times. They provide quality after market parts at a fraction of the cost of OEM and usually get them in the same day. They order all parts from local warehouses, so best to call ahead and order parts before going there. The quality of after market parts is highly variable, so there advice in selecting higher quality parts is useful. Good customer service, no problem taking a return item.

James and Gary have got to be hands down one of the best import parts suppliers Atlanta has to offer. I have had literally dozens of special/ unique cars and these guys are always able to track down what I need. Always very warm welcoming. They will always have my business.

Only good thing is they have the right maintenance parts for my picky Volkswagen such as filters and wiper blades. Parts such as AC compressors, throttle bodies or electrical are overpriced. Gary is very old and slow looking up parts. James and Gary address the customers as "dude", "buddy" and "man" . James is no mechanic and ignorant at diagnosing.German cars are full of computers yet they don't sell automotive computers. They just brush you off and say "take it to the dealer". They referred me to an automotive computer repair place in Texas. I shipped an ABS module over there and tested it saying it was "good" when it obviously was not as it malfunctioned causing the check engine light to come on and the speedometer and odometer to stop working.They need younger staff . They also need to open more locations.

I always call Baker first for VW, Mercedes, and Land Rover parts. The guys are great to deal with, have good prices, and can usually get them same or next day. You don t have to pay for shipping and you support a local business.

Great parts, in great conditiondition. Very good customer service, James was very kind, helpful, and informative; he did the research for me and even encouraged me to shop around, but they have the best prices for good quality parts.

I have been knowing James for over 18 plus years. First met while I was a manager for PepBoys in Sandy Springs. I am no longer in the Atlanta area but if I ever need anything he is my first call. So to everyone in the ATL area this is the place for automotive parts need.

Called around the state of ga. Looking for my part. Called baker auto this morning. Not only could they get the part, but they would have it by noon!!! They are now, my only source for import parts!!!
