There's this ugly, loud, fat slag behind the counter that ruins it for this store. Not only is it typical of Atlanta stores to not have anything but general items in the store with the WORST customer service possible but as per typical this store is like walking into a chicken shack in the ghetto, of which is EVERYWHERE here, and being subjected to the worst people on the planet. Of course the one salvation for this store is the guy one guy who works with the fat slag and the male/female wreck next to her. Don't even bother going to the sticks here...its just as bad. I hate this city!!

I went there with my son. I like it when staff get to know a person, so one of the employees knew my son and helped him with what he was looking for. The employee was a lady, so thank you for your help.

Aaron P was the best! The idiots at Hendricks Toyota in Concord never capped my oil at my oil change and the engine almost seized while I was driving in Atlanta. He came out quick checked my car, filled the oil and was great.

Great overall experience. Jay Mosley, the store manager, was very helpful to me and my husband with purchasing and replacing the headlight on our 2012 Lexus RX. He was willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of before we drove off the lot. Excellent customer service!

Special thanks to Aaron, he was extremely helpful and attentive with my purchase. His expertise and knowledge made me very confident in my purchase. He was very honest with offering his opinion. He was able to offer some merchandise based on his preference which I also purchased. Each and every time I visit this location, I will be asking for Aaron.

I spoke with Sam about finding a part for my Hyundai accent. He was very helpful and answered all my questions concerning my needs at the moment. I believe he had my best interest at heart when he found the part at a good price with an warranty! Overall excellent customer service!

The service was horrible. I wish I could give no stars. I brought in a low beam bulb from my car and asked for an identical or equivalent match. The man helping didn t know what he was doing and brought me a blue (white) bulb. Once I asked for a refund the manager told me I had to wait 3-5 business days when it took them 2 minutes to sale me the wrong bulb.

I was told to come to Auto Zone when a light in my car came on...Not only did Sholanda let me know what the light means. She helped with showing me how to open my hood, use a funnel to put the anti freeze in my car...She was professional and even excused my clumsiness ..very happy with her service.

I received excellent customer service from Joe .. He was able to check and install my battery with a great discount based on the warranty at Auto Zone He was pleasant and patient.. as you know women are not mechanics..I will choose Auto Zone over and over again..

Where do I begin This AutoZone location was nothing but great to me. I was in dyer need of getting some parts for my car. Not only were the employees including Samuel, knowledgeable on the parts and potential services I may need. The customer service was outstanding and I felt confident that he had my best interest and reassured me to return if I need anything else.

I arrived with a flat tire hoping to purchase a new tire or spare. I did not know that they did not sell these items, but the employees were very helpful. They assisted me best they could and it was greatly appreciated. A little kindness really goes a long way

Went in to buy windshield wipers, the male clerk looked up my info and sold me the WRONG ones. SMH. My mechanic said he was a dipstick. Took them back and the female clerk looked them up and I got the RIGHT ones. Wow.

I needed a check engine report and since it'sCovid, I had to do my own check. Which caught me totally by surprise. But I praise theCustomer service for explaining the covid rules of why they no longer could go inside Customer cars. I was able to check it and theyWe're very courteous and helpful.

Horrible customer service. I came in during a rainy day when my windshield wiper broke and asked for assistance putting on my new windshield wiper. I was ignored in the store by the workers who seemed to try and wait for me to get fed up with waiting on assistance. I did get fed up, and returned the windshield wiper bought in store. Will not be coming to this location again.

I went to this store the morning of 31 August 2021. The store is advertises it opens at 7:30a, however when I arrived at the store at 7:43a the doors were locked, lights were off and no one answered the phone. There was no notice on the door giving any additional information about why the store was not open. I waited for 15 minutes for someone to arrive. I understand that every business is struggling with staffing shortages but there should be sign on the door informing customers that store hours have been adjusted. Poor customer service. I will be reporting this location to corporate.

My number one parts store! I kid you not, we have had big ups and minimal downs but I'm proud of the team that is currently at this location. We focus on the tasks at hand and never sweat the small stuff. I am dedicated to keep my first choice for parts right here!!!! Big up to Allison, Ashley, Casey, and the Head store manager! You guys take a lot of heat but you get the job done in the biggest ways. I'm forever greatful!!!!

Was having trouble finding a particular break pad for my Ford Mustang, Sam went above and beyond to help me locate them and also gave me a great recommendation for a technician shop to install. This location has great customer service!!
