When I visited this location, the service was very slow. There is always an older lady sitting on the stoop and talking. They also gave me the wrong oil and I had to go to a different location for them to get me the right oil. They need better customer service.

Came in earlier today, and so grateful to Deon helping me: I needed to price brakes, and purchased brake fluid. He had excellent customer service, and I will return to purchase the brakes as well. Autozone should give him a raise!

The manager from metropolitan was here off of austell. Super helpful we had a coolant issue and he was so knowledgeable and kind. He even corrected the girl who almost gave us the wrong coolant. He's absolutely amazing

The place was hot as an oven, I don't know how the employees worked in there all day. That said, I got to the store 40 until closingGit a tube of gasket sealant, and a tank of propane gas. There where four or five people working, and it still took almost 25 minutes to pay for those 2 items. And there was only one customer in front of me, it took just as long to get him checked out. I appreciate that 8 hours in that heat can wear you down, but dam! Other then that they are usually Johnny on the spot, and I shop there more then the grocery store.

The service was fine. Needed to get a bulb put in, they were busy, but no one ever came back to put the bulb in or to even say, give us a few more minutes and we'll be with you soon as we can. We ended up leaving after waiting about 20 minutes or longer.

This location has EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Brandon Mireles was AWESOME!!! He was extremely helpful, nice, and professional! He checked my front headlight & gave me advice on other issues!!! Much more than what I expected. ...Brandon DESERVES A RAISE!!

I went into this location about 11am this morning to get my starter and alternator checked. It was a young guy who said that he would assist me. I sat in my car for a hour while he assisted everyone else and then when I went back into the store to let him know I was still here waiting for him, he turned his back to me so I just left. It so sad this in the black community you can t get people who actually have customer service skills. Highly disappointed

This store is always clean and multiple associates are available. The issue was with starter that had been in 72 Chevrolet. The associate identified it as theirs and performed starter check. Associate identified starter as bad. An older associate recognized an error and rechecked starter. The starter was good. The interaction between team members was excellent. This store has a Spanish associate who has great customer service skills as well. This front of the store is debris free. This store is a favorite among auto part stores with great customer service, knowledgeable team members and Spanish team members.

Asking for more than one part or having to start all over on searching parts on the computer apparently is worse than roofing a house in 100 degree weather. Spend ur money where it is appreciated in today s economy

Pleasant experience...the young lady that assisted me was very helpful...checked the check engine light, with reader...also, taking the time to look up, a product I needed...bc they were out..she printed the name of the product...to ensure that I purchased the right product...I appreciate your service...

Great, I was going to spend 30.00 dollars but the manager asked an employee to check my lights after she'd came out before. He came out and realize it was a fuse not the bulb. Shout out to the manager and employees on Metropolitan. And when I went back inside to return the parts she said im glad he was able to find the problem. I will always go there from now on. And tell all my friends

This is where i get all my car parts from. The prices are pretty high but for the most part their small replacement parts are pretty reliable. I love this place. I dont too much worry about the price because one of my long time friend give me his discount on my expensive purchases. I cant forget to mention that their customer service is awesome. I love this place

2020-06-02 After leaving another AutoZone, a mile and a half up the road, very disappointed, I pulled up to this location and was shocked by the Superior level of service I received. I walked in the store, told them what I needed and what was going on with my vehicle, and we got it taken care of within 10 minutes.Melvin, thank you for the awesome customer service!

Being a woman and a senior citizens, not knowing the Logistics basically about a vehicle. This AutoZone, since I moved to this area has been my go-to for any and everything for my vehicle, they even have snacks in there. The customer service is always on point, and Lord knows It takes a lot of patients when someone like me don't know this from that Thanks again, keep up the good work!!
