No friendly customer service here. Just a glimpse of woman rolling her eyes because you walked in before she could lock the door. And that's the last straw. I'm not spending another dime at this location. The older tall heavy set woman who seems to be some kind of manager, is rude, unfriendly and she practically threw my refund money at me as she walked away. I've been shopping at this location for over 15 years, not anymore.I'll drive a little further to a friendlier and more pleasant atmosphere.

I came into this location to grab some things for my jeep. Brandon H. The commercial manager was more than helpful & went beyond his call of duty to assist me with everything I needed. He was patient & solution oriented. This location is typically very busy & chaotic However, Brandon balanced helping me & others. Thank you Brandon !

I came in to purchase new brake lights. I thought i would have to figure everything out myself but Brandon H. Immediately helped me. He came outside and took the lights out to make sure we got the correct ones and then helped me replace the new ones. He was knowledgeable and very pleasant! I am very happy with my experience today.

Thank God for Brandon H. I have been dealing with overheating issues for a little time now until and I will get it fixed professionally but I just needed a quick fix until then. He gave actually took his time to help us out. Came outside with us to see what's was a good option and helped to the max. Thank God for him!

Bree was very wonderful. Even while pregnant she was still the most helpful. I broke my windshield wiper and she was able to help me with no problems. She was able to help locate a new wiper and install it in under 10 minutes. I would be looking forward to seeing her my next visit.

Normally cool but if you close at 10 then close at ten not at 9:45 I don't have the liberty to shop at normal hour but it's cool

Bre was very helpful with me today. My engine light came on and I did not know what to do. She was able to hook a device to my car and tell me what the codes were for and helped me find the correct part to take to my mechanic to fix. I will definitely be back to his location o et the same exceptional service that I received today.

The employees at this AutoZone rock!! They were very helpful, professional, friendly, and they knew what they were talking about when you ask them questions concerning your vehicle. I will be going back to this AutoZone even if it's a little bit out of the way from where I live because I really liked how they handled me as a customer. Love the atmosphere and there and they made it really fun to be in there even if you had to wait and there wasn't a huge weight whatsoever. Kudos to you guys keep doing what you doing!

Easily the most helpful and professional AutoZone I have been to. My battery and starter seem to both be acting up. The gentleman first replaced the battery but then tested it and it was fine so they found a way to recommend a mobile mechanic and also give me a refund for the battery that I did not need. Without this Crew I would not have been able to make it to work or home.

Let me start off by saying I wish i could give a negative. I went into the store and the CS was amazing, however i received ALL wrong parts. Being my vehicle was broken down and my mechanic was at my home to fix it, I was forced to pay him to go to the nearest AutoZone and exchange. I called and was told to bring my parts in (Jackson store) and they would return. When my mechanic arrived he was told that store does NOT carry one of the incorrect parts and I would need to go to that original store to return. I then call their reginal store and the guy was extremely rude by telling me, well it wouldn't be so difficult if I was there vs my mechanic. Then proceeds to say that was my personal problem. When asked if I could get an email for corporate or district number he said NO! As a customer I will NEVER spend a dime with another AUTOZONE!!!!!!!!!

They are no help I told them I needed some fuses for my car that was outside she said I had to take the fuse out for them to see . No help plus they was eating behind the desk wondering why they not making money they offer no help at all 7/31/22 the date everyone on the schedule should be fired

Location Manager was very rude to me. After waiting in line to exchange the wrong light, the store manager refused to assist me in finding the correct light. I express the urgency of of my family being outside in car. The store manager told me to go look for the lights myself and get back in line again. I told him I would contact corporate. His responses was so what write them.

Wasted my time I called the store first asked about my parts they lied said they had them and when I arrived at the store hear comes the sad songs. They didn't check thoroughly before saying they had the parts then claimed they had no way to call me back. Does the store not have caller ID?? They didn't have any spark plugs on the day I went they didn't have the power steering pump, mass air flow sensor, O2 sensor, spark plugs and the place they thought they could get it from didn't have it either why wasn't all the checking done while I was on the phone instead of wasting my time checking while I am in the store?? I can say they did give me my military discount this time make sure you ask for it they won't ask if your a veteran or not. Want your discounts you better ask for it!!

If you're operating in commercial, this AutoZone by far has the best service. Before any readers second guess this review, no, I was not paid to post this here nor was it produced robotically. When I am working in the area, this location will always be my first stop for my automotive necessities. Alida and Sidney make a wonderful team on the commercial side and their commitment to client satisfaction is impressive. Thank you all for your help and I guarantee I'll be back shortly.

Went by today looking for Pacific items was able to find it with no problem service was great personnel very humble and knowledgeable of their job I will always keep returning to this particular AutoZone is where I would take my business nothing like having a good place to go to get your parts and the person I know exactly what you're talking about showing a lot of care good job great job keep up the good work God bless Reverend Ross be encouraged always

Great service the young man helped me change my battery during work. He came out was swift did the job efficiently pulled up my warranty information recommended the proper battery and I was in and out. I will definitely be returning to this location for my car needs.

Chiquita Sims was amazing! Her energy and willingness to help was top tier customer service!! She cleaned the corrosion off my battery and replaced it! She actually took her time and really freaking helped me!!!

The staff are very helpful and informative. Especially Quita. She change my battery and informed me on what to look out for when my vehicle is having certain issues. She was very nice and pleasant.

I came into the store on a very busy day. After waiting for 15 minutes or more, Terrance apologized for the wait and provided excellent customer service and excellent feedback to all of my questions about parts. He definitely went the extra mile and made sure I had everything I needed for my car. I ll definitely be back!

They need to close this one down immediately it has gotten worse over the years they gotten to the where they don t even have the bare minimum they didn t even have and Ratchets or any tools to work on anything in there, maybe they was in the back but they was too just gossiping on their cell phones to do any work I walked in they was their phones didn t even acknowledge anybody
