This is the best location in Atlanta! Dave s customer service is always top notch and Brian goes above and beyond to help me get all that I need for my car maintenance. As a woman, I left confidently knowing I was given fair and proper treatment.

Thanks to Dave expert advice and service I was able to get in, out, and back to work in less than 20 minutes. He helped me change my battery and taught me how to do it as well. I will definitely be back here for future care needs!

Best Customer Service Team in the business is at this location. The clerk Chris was friendly and helpful and ever team member I saw there was attentive and there to work. As a whole they go beyond the scope of just getting you what you ask for when you ask for it; here at this autozone they make sure you have what you need. Highly reccomend!

Unfortunately my car this morning did not start due to my battery dying. But I was able to get towed to the AutoZone off of Donald Lee Howell Parkway. This was my first time coming here but, I m extremely happy that I was able to get helped by Dave at this AutoZone! He was helpful and explained what battery was best needed for my Toyota Camry SE 2014 and explained my warranty process. He even came out to my car and installed my battery which was amazing because I ve been to plenty of AutoZone and many times depending on where you are they never truly want to come out to help you. During that period when he was changing my battery out he noticed that the current battery that I had since I bought my car was the wrong battery for my car. This was a great experience and I will definitely be coming back here for automotive needs.Thank a lot Dave!

I drove there for the Code Finder and they don't have one it was a waste of time. Between having to drive there for them to not have what they supposed to have I was a supervisor at Auto Zone for years never have I ever had to not be able to assist with the code finder. Because its very important to have it because everyone definitely needs that if they don't need anything else they need the Code Finder

I came in with a list of parts and no clue what to look for but sweetest woman named Niya helped me out. She was so patient and I was there for a long time. Her manager was kind and she helped me out as well. Amazing customer service !!!

I came to the Autozone 907. I was having battery issues. Miranda W. and Lawrence K. was very helpful. I am thankful and I really appreciate the both of them for helping me. Also Dave and Bryant helped me with coil parts and spark plugs

I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Shannon. She was knowledgeable, helpful, professional and friendly. I came in stressed out about what was wrong with my car and left out laughing bc I was totally overreacting. Best AutoZone in Atlanta

Miranda from the Donald L. Hollowell store provided quick and efficient service with a smile. She handled all her duties and responsibilities while my dad and I were at the store with grace. She made all the customers and her fellow coworkers feel like they were important. Saturday July 22, 2023.

This location is always helpful and knowledgeable. Mark or Mike (Some type of traveling manager) assisted me with changing my windshields wiper and gave me a quick lesson. He also encouraged me while I was changing my break light (by myself) and gave me the confidence I needed to complete the job.

AutoZone on DL Hollowell in Atlanta.My vehicle was vandalized and my car fob battery was dying. Ashley P & Miranda W provided stellar customer service. They were extremely helpful, friendly, and hilarious. The AutoZone team members created a welcoming environment...well, everyone except one young woman. She seemed to be having a rough day, so I didn't take it personally. But everyone else was so amazing. Ashley & Miranda definitely elevated my spirits, despite the circumstances surrounding my visit.

I ran into the best machine at the Bankhead site very helpful and experienced and the price is reasonable I recommend anyone to mr . Pie he drives a green avalanche ready to get the job done he always fix on my cars I don t trust anyone else with my vehicle.

I just wanted to thank David, JJ & Davonte who work at the 1598 DL Hollowell location! The customer service was excellent. As soon as I walked in these gentleman helped me find windshield wipers, fluid, taught me how to install them and even helped me find a new remote key fob and activate it. I ve been to 2 other locations but I ve never received customer service like this before. They were kind, fast and this is definitely where I ll picking up items for my car although it s a little further for me. Thank you so much guys for helping me out that day. You guys definitely deserve a raise!

The reason I gave 3 star is because I purchased 3 air fresheners for my car. I went to the checkout and the gentleman with dreads asked me if I was paying with cash or card. I told him card and then he told me to go to the self checkout. I didn't know there was a selfcheckout section. It kind of took me a second to process what he said. I was already at the counter and the amount of time it took him to say all that he could of just checked me out and mentioned "hey BTW in the future we have a selfcheck for card purchases." It's not like he was doing anything anyways.

Literally don t walk in unless you just like to walk out. Condescending and unfriendly in a time when you need understanding and help Vs an attitude or ego. I m not a professional and that s why I come to an auto parts store. Literally came here because it was closest but should have just paid the extra miles!

Visit this location to get some oil and a filter and Nia and Dave were amazing . Very knowledgeable and Nia even referred me to an oil change guy ! I killed two birds in one stone !!!
