If, like me, you encounter issues with your car and need guidance from friends to figure out which car parts to buy here, I highly recommend Mr. Henry P! I'm practically clueless about cars, but I knew I could buy a battery here and replace it. Henry P patiently answered my questions, systematically dealt with my car's issues, even though replacing the battery required extra cleaning procedures. His extensive expertise and composed demeanor are truly commendable. I personally highly recommend him! And the next time my car faces any issues, I'll return here for sure.

Today I got a new battery at Autozone for my 2004 Toyota Camry. And they even put the battery in my car for no extra charge. Titus and Les were so helpful and wonderful to interact with and did a great job replacing the battery. If I was the owner I would give them a promotion and a raise!

I had the best experience with Henry, William and Reaz. On 12/21/23 I entered with a Big Red Jack that need hydraulic fluid and the extensive time they took to get this Jack to work was amazing. They would not stop until they were certain that the Jack was working to its full capacity. You guys are awesome, thank you for your valuable time and for caring.You re the only Auto Zone I want to go to for my needs. You guys work and we re super friendly. Oh and how about Reaz even walked me to my car and place this heavy duty Jack in my car she s amazing. You go girls

Went not auto zone on Piedmont looking for a new battery for my truck and was greeted multiple times as I walk into store. I had no tools so Tanya came out to assist me. She was extremely helpful and full of smiles and laughter! I will definitely be returning to shop at this auto zone!

After I bought windshield wipers I asked the guy working the register if they could replace the ones on my car and he told me they didn t do that in the rain come back when it s not raining and I ll install them for you . I was stuck watching a YouTube video in the parking lot. Incredibly rude and unhelpful staff!!!

This is the only AutoZone I ll patron in metro Atlanta going forward. Unlike some of the others in the city, they are knowledgeable, honest, and offer excellent customer service. I strongly suggest saving yourself some time and working with this location for your vehicle maintenance needs.

So I'm recently moving out of Atlanta because I just went through a domestic violence situation and I came to your store to get help in the store manager was extremely rude to me. I had the best experience at Auto Zone and will always come back when I m in need for a car part. I bought a replacement lightbulb for my headlight. At first they said they wouldn t be able to help because the battery was in the way. I bought the lightbulb and then they decided to help. They spent ten minutes taking out my battery and replacing the bulb for me free of charge. Amazing customer service!!

Christian R and Jahmir S went the extra mile helping us with our vehicles battery. Although it took all day these guys showed great patience and customer service although they were the only ones staffed. They literally saved our whole day. Thank you guys again!

Ramon helped me find the correct engine air filter as well as other parts. He was professional and knowledgeable when I asked questions. Ramon was sweet and patient and for that reason I will definitely choose to come to this auto-zone for anything my car needs.

I gotta give a huge thanks to Ramon!He went above and beyond to help me with a problem i couldnt get help with anywhere else!! He was very polite, educated me in a way i could understand and brought my car back to life! I couldnt be more thankful. I would reccomend this Autozone anyday! I had gift cards and no one knows how to enter them manually and I had to spend more money than I needed to. I was told they don t have that option instead of I don t know how to do it, there should be training on this bc the option is very much available!
