I recently took my 1999 BMW M3 to Autohaus Social, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed with their service. Right from the get-go, the staff was welcoming and showed genuine care for my car. Their expertise was evident as they explained the process and what needed to be done.What truly stood out was their attention to detail. They not only fixed the issues I was aware of but also identified a few potential problems that could have become major headaches down the road. They handled everything with such professionalism and transparency.The communication throughout the service was top-notch. They kept me updated on the progress and even provided insightful advice on how to maintain my M3. My experience with Autohaus Social not only met but exceeded my expectations. I was referred to them by an Audi service technician. I was looking to add a stage I tune to my 2023 Audi S6. The staff were very welcoming and professional. I immediately felt comfortable with their establishment the moment I walked through the door. Although, they couldn't tune my car the day I was there, they explained the process to me and answered all of my questions and concerns. I look forward to APR making a tune for my car very soon and I will definitely go to Autohaus Social for the installation. This place is top notch with customer service and professionalism. I couldn't be happier that I got their referral from my local Audi technician. Two thumbs up.

I have a 2015 Mercedes 550 and have had Social Autohaus take care of my car for past 5 years at least. They are professional, courteous, timely, knowledgeable, highly organized, and probably, most importantly, very trustworthy. Never try to upsell me, only take care of what really needs to be done. Great mechanic to go to if your a gal or guy who doesn't know much about cars. The entire staff was very kind, helpful, and patient. They even took the time to talk with my family members about my car and the needed repairs. The price for repairs was fair and they advised me on how to get the best bang for my buck. Great mechanic! Will be going back!

We have used Autohaus since returning to Atlanta a few years ago. They are in our neighborhood, which is how we made the connection, but have enjoyed the relationship since. The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. Their electronic communication and estimate system is better than any I ve encountered. Most independent shops don t have anything like it. All that said, the quality of their work is great, which is what we want from a service shop.

Autohaus Social performs all service and maintenance on my 2013 Golf R and 2018 Audi RS3. They are subject matter experts who are as meticulous as I am. They treat my vehicles as if they were the owners; no issues glossed over.Autohaus Social has an incredibly straight forward and convenient web-based text / messaging system which keeps the customer informed of upcoming appointments, progress, concerns, and completion status. With each suggested maintenance / repair item the customer can approve or deny based on their needs / abilities.I trust the Autohaus team with my cars and don t see myself going to anyone else! Highly recommend!!! Great customer service and professional service. We have been utilizing Autohaus Social since November of 2019. I recently brought my 2012 VW Golf R to Autohaus Social for an inspection and some routine maintenance. They completed an oil change and inspected my brakes. Brakes were fine; however they provided several different pad and rotor options for my next major brake service. They keep you updated with the status of your car through a very convenient online portal. Previously they took great care of my 2008 BMW M3. I don't trust many people with my cars, but I do trust Autohaus Social.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Brake service & repair, Oil change

These folks are professional and friendly. Don t take your Audi to the dealer for the 10K mile service - go here. It s convenient and quality. They log it into the Audi and CarFax databases and keep your warranty in tact.

These guys are awesome. Integrity, honest, and excellent craftsmanship! Did I mention INTEGRITY!!! You wont regret servicing your European car here .5Star!!! Would give more if I could!!! Got my service in record time, a fair cost, great customer service from start to finish! My only complaint is that they don t service Jaguar- otherwise I would never go back to the dealer!!! These guys are good..,,,,

The folks over at Autohaus Social might have just opened. But their shop and crew is the absolute best. They took excellent care of my Audi and have an exceptional value for the caliber of work they do. Nothing but top of the line equipment and talent...right in the heart of Midtown.

The ENTIRE team at Autohaus Social were a great pleasure to deal with. In an effort to be ready for mountain driving, I had them do an overall inspection and mount/road force balance new tires. I could not be happier with the experience, the service, or the confidence the car inspired. It instilled a great deal of confidence by having professionals do tire work, rather than a run-of-the-mill wheel shop that can have a one track mind. If you need work on a German auto, there isn't a better option in the metro Atlanta area - IMO!!!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection

Brought my 911 GT3 to Autohaus Social for an inspection and some routine maintenance. I'm happy that I finally came here. Not only are they in town and close for me, they were able to squeeze me in ahead of schedule. Nash, the owner, along with his team Joseph and Tristan were extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. The facility was clean and new with all the latest. Waiting area was also very nice and even tempting for me to just wait on site despite living in the area! Thanks again! Will be bringing the BMW next!

Lots of positive things to say about this place. First would be customer service. Great first impression, very much a consultative process and they are not out to try to talk you into fixing things that aren't immediately required. The process while your car is being fixed is also excellent. You receive regular texts and emails throughout each step in the process until your car is ready. When it is ready, and go over all the details of what was repaired and let you know if there's any additional things to keep an eye out for.The facility itself is beautiful. It has a nice high-end appearance without the high-end prices. Furthermore, it's set up to be a social environment so you'll enjoy waiting for your car if you have to wait or using their free Wi-Fi or playing video games.Ask for Joshua!I love everything about the place.

Autohaus Social was fantastic as usual. Honest, professional, efficient, affordable and kind. They provide pictures and videos so you can actually see any issues they find so you feel confident that the work they are suggesting is correct and honest. I will not take my Mercedes anywhere else. Autohaus Social completed the annual maintenance on my Porsche 911 and, in a word, their work was superb. Their scheduling, customer relations, availability to answer questions, outreach to ensure the customer remains informed during the process, and finished work product are all first rate. With an obvious knowledge of the car and a careful as well as thorough approach to maintenance, you can't go wrong in choosing their services. I am very pleased with the service level from Autohaus Social! Their attention to detail starts with the excellent level of communication: from appointment making to completion. The online system in great for keeping track of all the details of each visit. On my last visit they tackled a tough alignment on my BMW after some suspension upgrades. It was more challenging than they expected but the end result was spot on! The print out of the settings confirms what I see when driving: my car has never handled better! It s worth the trip.

I love AS! They are knowledgable. professional and provide excellent customer service. Its a no- brainer for me: I live within walking distance. The communication offered customers is unmatched- notifications as soon as on everything. Joseph Renter deserves a special shout out.

I love this shop so much that the next time I buy a car I will be calling Joseph first thing to ask for a list of models he works on. That s how badly I never want to go to another auto shop for the rest of my driving life. And no, I wasn t paid to write this.Ladies:This is a shop where I have never taken any male presence at all - because it was never required. Joseph is respectful, clear and concise in communicating what work is going to be done, and provided full price transparency so you are an informed decision maker, not just a dollar sign.Price Transparency/Is the work they do any good?:I ve never been to a shop that is so good at communicating what you re paying for. On my used, high mileage car, their work stood the test of time, and I ll include the fact that I ended up selling my vehicle for more $ than my total invoicing with them. I did have some repairs that were needed, and we did have one instance where I declined some work because Joseph takes you along in the story. Point being: if you re paying for work done here, it s always worth it, and you ll be an informed party in what s being done and why.Final Thoughts:Writing this review only makes it harder for me to get on the schedule - so honestly, I just want to provide positive feedback where it s due. I couldn t recommend this place highly enough. The whole staff are amazing, and they re so good about remembering you (and your car!). Thank you Autohaus Team, I m so grateful to you for taking care of me and my car!

Nash, Joseph, Tristan and team care about their customers just as much as they do the vehicles they service. And if their quality of work is the measurement of their care the only way to describe it is top notch. Perhaps one of the best part of my 1st and many future visits with Autohaus Social is their communication. Throughout the week my vehicle was there for the extensive work I was having done, we had over 50 communications (via text on their online portal) not only about the current status, but just general banter and jokes. The guys are fun, knowledgeable and THOROUGH. They helped me finally undertake the beginning stages of a long time project of mine. Love this shop and the guys that run it! Great communication and quick turnaround make this a no brained for me! They have worked on both my Porsches and an my daily Audi! I wouldn t trust anyone else with my cars at this point! Not to mention I drive from Sandy Springs just to have this level of service!

Autohaus Social is AMAZING, I have a 2008 VW Beetle convertible and took my car there after buying it used to get it in good shape. These guys are super nice and cool and they know what they're doing, I'm thrilled with their work on my car! They also use an awesome online interface that allows you to really comprehensibly see all the costs and services they are doing and you can approve them or decline them, so you know you're not getting ripped off. Recently had some work performed here on my Porsche (front timing cover repaired, motor mounts replaced, etc.). All the guys here were great. They took care of all communication with my warranty company, took great care of my car, and were just genuinely kind folks. I took my VW Golf here and it did not disappoint! Friendly staff, fantastic service. Joseph took the time to explain the issue to me and was very honest about what was needed. Car drove like new after the repair. Highly recommend Autohaus Social.

I have had 6 various Porsche models over the years and these guys are my go to for services - oil changes, brakes, etc. Right now I have a Carrera 4s cab and Macan Turbo. Not only are these guys able to get you in in a timely manner, they are located much closer to my home than the dealerships. The guy working here are knowledgable, don't try to oversell you and do excellent work at a reasonable cost. If you have a nice European car like I do, I highly suggest this location.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Oil change
